Many of the positive reviews were submitted when the place actually was a DOLLAR Now there are actually 5 dollar items in the store and the cashiers try to avoid giving you a bag unless you many items It’s worth the hassle anymore

While I’ve been at this location a numbers of times and have always enjoyed nice employees, I had to write this review with one star withheld for the lack of bagging knowledge on the part of the cashier. It wasn’t until after I left the store and got to my car did I notice that my bag was packed with the chips on the bottom and all my deserts cups (pudding, fruit, jello, etc. was packed on top of my chips. Cashiers should be a little more trained than to put heavy items on top of a light & breakable item. So, I withheld the one star for that.

First time here. I got lost! Place is huge and nice and clean compared to other dollar tree stores. Went in with money left with none that says a lot!

I just seen one of the associates outside crying about how horrible this job is. I’m truly disappointed I am even writing this.I seriously love this store! But the store manager is rude & unprofessional, I heard him blatantly speaking about one of his associates on the phone with who knows who? wait till customers aren’t around ! Why are you on your phone when you should be doing your job? Like I said once before,I was headed to the bus stop right outside the store and there was this young nice woman sobbing her eyes out. I of course asked what’s wrong. This poor young girl that I’ve seen here working here for months, has been through hell. I honestly feel bad ! If this is how they’re treating their associates I will no longer be shopping here, at all. Let’s be honest the skinny man manager is very discriminating against minorities. He will only follow minorities around the store? He will only tell minority children to take their backpacks off. It’s 2023 my grandchildren are half black, would I feel comfortable sending them in alone ? No . Shame on you dollar tree for prioritizing everything over what really matters.

They have a huge crafting/DIY section, a lot of household items that I always seem to forget to grab. Definitely a great store, my only issue I always run into here is not enough cashier's on. But overall a great store

Where do i start, i just recently visited dollar tree on Lincoln plaza and was introduced by a young lady female on 11/14/2022 at 830pm who claims she was a manager on that shift at that time. Well she was at door and said my bags must stay up front and i asked, will you watch them she stated “why do you think I’m standing here for “ wow! And this is a manger. On that note, i will never visit family dollar they will not get my business. when i asked for her name she stated “ i don’t have to give it out” I hate to see how this manager treats the workers there. If she is ok to treat customers this way.

Dollar tree is great. The best of the true dollar stores. Everything here is REALLY a dollar. Can't really go wrong. This location is not bad. They are all pretty good to be honest. Only grip I ever have is that I find the store messy. A lot of boxes and stock on the floors. Still, great deals make up for it.

Gotta love the Dollar Tree, I find things for a buck I never even thought I could get. I buy all my cleaning supplies here. So many options for never more than 1 dollar. It's one of the last true dollar stores. Where everything is a dollar. Also grooming supplies anything you need to stay clean and hygenic. Even the food you can find some real value. Love it here, have for years.

The store has a very large variety of items all for $1.00. We needed many items for our upcoming cookout and were able to get all but three things on the list. The store is very clean and orderly.

Absolutely FILTHY store NEVER CLEAN large brunetteEVENING Cashier is RUDE CRUDE AND SOCIALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! NEVER nice and INSULTS CUSTOMERS!!! THIS store because of the rotund clerk who has personal and personality issues is the worst DOLLAR TREE JN WORCESTER ill be going to West Boylston Where its clean and the clerks are polite!!!!

I just found out that The Dollar Tree sells my childhood favorite candy. It is called SPREE the original. It's very hard to find. They also sell Bacon and Cheddar potato skin chips by TGI FRIDAYS. I love them. They also sell a bag of popcorn by BRIM'S. It is perfectly buttered and well salted. Like you get at the Movies. The building is well kept. The staff is very friendly and are very helpful in finding that special something. You will like them if you give them a try. So come on in.

I can do serious damage in a dollar store! They actually have tons of brand name products and basically the same, if not identical, decorations for each holiday and craft supplies. It's all good

I was shopping at the dollar tree store and came in with bags and the management of the store told me to leave my bags in the front and was very rude and disrespectful about it she was very unprofessional in her work ethnics and showed poor judgement especially when there was other shoppers in there with bags from other stores this form of discrimination will not be tolerated and to top it off another sales associate opened there mouth talking about assaulting me the shopper to punch me in my face the form of customer service should not be tolerated and I hope this message gets to regional supervisor of the dollar tree on Lincoln plaza and this form of behavior is addressed

The reason I gave this review a three star was because the cashier's and the store itself was a good experience but the groups of people who were congregating in the isles with nobody saying anything to them, was a bit disappointing if it hadn't been like that I would have gave a four star review, and the fact that they were stocking shelf's at 5:30 pm on a Friday when everyone gets paid was also a downfall, because between the kids hanging out in isles and the restocking during the busiest time of night which is most everyone's payday has come so they do shopping at that hour on their way home, so it received a star less, whoever is scheduling restock at the high traffic hour, they should really learn to better manage a store schedule.

So many youtube diy channels are promotiong this place and getting product like 3 months in advance to Massachusetts getting it. I don't know if it is truly corperates fault or if it the managers who order it....but my big problem resides here:MASSACHUSETTS IS HOME OF EVERYTHING HALLOWEEN. When your stores on the west coast are dropping that product in June, you should be too....because you aren't you're making people forget about you.Walmart. Target. Christmas Tree Shop and even Michael's and homegoods have sold out TWO TIMES OVER ....you still haven't put your stuff out.PS: CORPERATE. I DONT WANT 36$ IN THE SAME ITEM. I WANT TO BUY INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FROM YOUR SITE....STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME.
