Hello Dollar General in Main Street, Worcester MAMessy store that I've been. The manager and the staffs tried to hide stuff. They do not clean. They do not put the stuff on the shelves. The staffs do not want to sell stuff because they keep them for themselves. They refused to sell them for you even though these chairs were in front of the store. Moreover, I heard the staff complained to customers about someone posted bad reviews. I truly agree that this store needs to be complained. The manager scanned stuff. Then, she blocked seasonal items. That means all staffs want to keep and hide stuff. The staffs talked their language about customers when they realized someone came to buy the stuff that they hide to sell. I walked in the store, the manager warned other staffs moved chairs to hide them by their language. All messy and terrible customer service!! They should learn how to be clean and be nice to customers. Please DO NOT COME to this store!!!At the end, I used to think that I should not write a bad review because I did not want the staffs in trouble. However, I just realized that they need to learn how to be fair and be nice with customers. They can not treat customers unfairly.

I am immune-compromised 80% of my race So comes to covid-19. I am petrified to go out but Dollar General has what I need from food to storage so I take a chance but when I walk in to employees on duty and neither of them have on masks not only that but scratching their noses and checking me out I couldn't stand it it is the worst feeling to know that all they have to do is put on a mask to make the customers feel comfortable. They even know that you don't I've heard them make comments because you have on a mask you're doing it on purpose for what? It takes nothing to put on a mask and protect your customers why won't they do it. I don't know why but I'll never go back again I hate to spend my money at Walmart but at least they make it mandatory for customers and staff to protect the public

Staff here I'd say is hands down the best! They care about your opinions and even has a sense of humor. I've been always greeted very kindly and taken care of when looking for items I wish to see more Dollar General stores like this. It's very well kept and clean. The prices are outstandingly amazing and with the minor one little downside of the occasional theft. I have caught 2 people stealing there and reported to the staff what happened. Those individuals are no longer welcomed there. Over all this is my Go-To store for all my little basic needs.

Store is getting pretty expensive & store policy is a bit weird with the excessive security measures such as their intercom announcing they are monitoring everybody, Makes me feel a bit institutionalized & unwelcomed. I want to shop somewhere else so badly I wish but it's in my neighborhood & I don't have a car. Their is a price chopper a block or 2 away that I must force myself to go to even though it's a little farther but I feel that unwelcomed at the dollar general at times that it's making me fantasize about a better store.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE .. I normally don't write reviews but this store is unacceptable there are boxes in the isles every time I'm there they never put items on the shelves and hide things for themselves the food is expired and there to busy talking to care and there extremely rude to there customers IF THIS IS HOW YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS THEN IT NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN IF YOU CANT HANDLE YOUR EMPLOYEES

Don't go at this store the staff is very unprofessional they will tell you to leave your bag at the front counter and yell at you on the way out if you need to get it back the store is very un organized

I’m PRAYING right now that I don’t end up in the ER FROM LYSTERIA POISONING!! I just bought two Starbucks frappacino and the things is EXPIRED BY THREE YEARS!!!!!!! 😱😱😱😱 JUNE 2019?its 2022 this store is so disorganized I’m NOT SHOCKED for expired soap but FOOD?????????? You can kill ppl!!!

Can't walk down the aisles there is boxes and carts and huge dollies full of plastic containers. Can't even get the carriages down the aisle. No employees had masks, the cashier was too busy eating at the register and watched me struggle lifting 3 twelve packs of soda out of the cart. Could have asked if I needed help. This store is trashed !!

I definitely enjoy shopping their,the prices are much better than the supermarket around the corner, I keep forgetting to compare prices on the ice cream,(If their cheaper) forget about it,,,l normally pick up my deodorant (Dove Men's) candy's, protein bars, and I picked up a nice coffee mug for a BUCK.

I'm not picky but this place is a smaller version of Walmart. Its great. Deal with less people and better service. Well they are good to me. Never treated me wrong or ignored me.

I see an employee making fun of a lady (customer) after she asked for a empty box and said she's coming back for it later. And I was behind her at least they could of wait for customer to leave so they can talk all they want. Not much to say just "EW". Lol

This is a really nice variety store to have in the neighborhood. Food, snacks, paper products, otc medicine and vitamins, some clothes all at prices that are reasonable. Much better than Family Dollar imo.

I liked the dollar General, it was the first time visiting, the store had a variety of household items amongst other needs. Cheap stuff if your on a budget also the store was clean.

I usually like going in that store, it has specific items that I love at good prices today that was one person look like they were working alone and a line like a major grocery store that lady needed some help people just like me walked out the store without making purchases

The staff there are nice.There like a mini grocery store.Its not like a Walmart or Target but if you need some snacks or some frozen dinners or some hygienic and cleaning products they have it there.

Store is dirty. I was in the store on weWednesd last week and some guy was smoking a cigarette in the store.i yelled at him and told him to put it out store needs to be cleaned..floors are terrible . Sad it's a good store but not in Worcester on main St..

Every time I walk into this store..the workers greet me with such big smiles 😊 they make me laugh and smile and they are very helpful when I need directions to things I need to get.. Big thumbs up to them👍👍👍

I go to this store frequently. But, the only thing I dont like is that they dont put the weekly sale tags up on anything. I end up having to look threw the weekly ads on there app.
