Let's face it; generally, dealing with commercial pharmacies is no fun, but CVS on 115 Stafford St. in Worcester has been consistently exceptional. Everyone is always friendly, they always have my meds in stock, there is rarely a line or a wait to checkout, and today, the customer service I received was the best I've ever experienced. Felicite rang me up and was so incredibly and authentically kind (she even asked me if I had any fun plans today). She helped find my Rx which had been filed under an old address and took the time to explain that this sometimes happens. I'm seriously just blown away that there are still people out there in customer service positions that are truly nice. Keep up the good work CVS!

CVS pharmacy is the most unorganized place on earthPotentially dangerous to get meds from there. Be your own advocate and check and recheck.Dosent matter every month things prescriptions are messed up.

Make sure you have an hour set aside if you’re trying to call the pharmacy. Awful !

This review is only about the pharmacy.They are not the least bit helpful.they say they are going to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy. Instead of them picking up the phone and helping me they said I have to call so I did and Walgreens helped me. However again cvs did not transfer it over.Do they need more help?or is it just lazy incompetence?get it together already.

Quickness
