I am a customer from CVS on Park Street for a long time I was there when this CVS opened up and now that has received more customers than before this store is growing and it's getting better and better by every year that goes by so I do recommend this CVS for all people who would like to come for starters it has a drive-thru so in case if you need to pick up medications and you don't want to go inside you can just use the drive-thru as well you will never doubt of all the quality products do they have inside so I recommend for you to take a chance of going inside and experienced by and for yourself as well this is a CVS that is open 24 hours

Typically good experiences here, only use the pharmacy. This time I’ve had the worst experience here yet. Pharmacist middle aged short asian named ZOE was very rude and agitated because I didn’t want to use insurance and goodrx didn’t work so I had another code, instead of waiting when I told them I had another they used a different code that was more expensive and I said that I would like to use mine. It is 1am and no one is in drive thru. Tech says that I’m making it complicated and they have all these baskets behind them (I’m sorry but really that’s none of my concern) then they tell me I have to come wait inside and walk away without even letting me say I will drive back around. 0/10 customer service. Don’t work with people if you’re not willing to have the patience it takes.

All I did was call the store and click automated service requests to contact the front clerk about a missing phone and to leave a call back number if found , unfortunately Javier the one who actually wore a name badge wasn’t available but whomever the call was directed too hung up on me, rudely when trying to get her the call back number . I’m sure there was no phone when she got there because clearly even 24 hours people are blind and relentless to helping paying customers. =)

After filling out a prescription twice already, friendly monitoring system flags next refill that came electronically from the doctor's office. What is the purpose for this system when it cannot differentiate between legitimate Rx and potential fraud? Not helping those who need medications with uninterrupted delivery

I had went to this pharmacy to pick up an important prescription. The brown haired short lady at the counter informed me that the prescription was not yet ready and that I would need to wait until 1:30 to pick it up. I come back to the counter at 1:30 just to be rudely told by the same lady that it’s her lunch break now and the pharmacy will be completely closed for some time (she didn’t bother to specify how long). Another kinder blonde lady with glasses brought my prescription over to her for her to check me out. She gave my boyfriend a rude look and told me that I needed an ID. I didn’t have one on me so I turned to my boyfriend to ask him to use his to pick mine up and get it figured out. Before I could even ask she slammed the metal barrier in my face and stormed off. I broke down crying because we live an hour away and cannot afford an uber to come back and she didn’t give us an option to move the prescription to a different cvs. This brown haired short lady was extremely disrespectful and completely unhelpful. The fact that they all have one lunch break is ridiculous. (At least post us or tell us how long it will be!)

A not so bright pharmacy staff. My medication was transferred from another CVS, they told me because it was a controlled medication it can’t be transferred but it can because they’re both the same store and I was in the system.

I just had the worst experience at this location tonight and I will never shop in cvs ever again. I was ready to check out my items and out of no where a so called security staff who dressesed up unprofessionaly acused me of stealing flowers and he acted as he was sure that he saw me with a flower, then when he noticed that was another guy who was walking out towred the exit of the stor and was holding a flower, the security staff did not even bother to apologize to me for the mistake , and when I expressed my concerns with the cvs clerk that I was profiled by the security staff, the clerk respond was "this is the most stupid thing i ever heard "and added if l do not like it here go shop at Walgreens. I was confused and shocked on how they treated me unfairly and it seem that they dont care because they never held accountable.

They have a general inability to pickup the phone and rarely are even remotely organized. I need these prescriptions and they are NOT working with me, helping me, or talking to me. When I've been inside location it's clear that they have no idea what they're doing. I also have been on hold for 15 minutes without even speaking to a person.Not sure what their deal is but this can't be happening at a pharmacy where people get their life saving medication.

The automated system is one of thee worse. Staff are rude. Place went from pretty decent. To straight up rude. Call all day. No one ever picks up. Got screenshots of call duration over hour wait. Multiple calls. Corporate might want to seriously try contacting themselves. Thru customer number. See how long their duration is so glad questions regarding life saving medicine can wait til they decide to answer. Seriously totally unprofessional

This cvs is so bad the manager is very poor mannered and nothing gets done in the morning. I feel better walking in at night where I feel safe to see a serious security guard and two employees who always helps me find what I need . So sad to see how I don’t feel comfortable getting my meds there on day light. So thank you night crews for your help and making me feel safe.

been going to this pharmacy for years because of convenience alone. finally changing because i moved and i’m so glad. they have literally never picked up the phone at the pharmacy. don’t always fill prescriptions on time and often take forever. my psychiatrist and doctor also can never get in touch with them, making filling prescriptions fa hassle. some staff have been very kind and helpful, but generally are probably short staffed and under lots of stress. try to go somewhere else if you can.

They actually do their job here at the pharmacy. Granted they are under staffed and things take a little longer sometimes, but that's not their fault. Hui is a sweetheart. She makes you feel so welcomed and treats you with respect! She is an example of how all pharmacists should treat their patients.

Walked around for 20 minutes to find what I needed. I don’t care if no one asks if I need help finding something. I’ll browse while I find it myself. Get to the counter and there’s four people waiting in line. Of corse I’m gonna do self check out I’m young. All of a sudden there’s an extra worker whose name is probably Becky standing two feet behind me over my shoulder watching me scan every item. I have never had anyone do that anywhere let alone another cvs. So aggressive when there are plenty of other people that needed your help

Unless you come in the middle of the night, it takes far longer to fill prescriptions that (most) other pharmacies - upwards of 45 minutes.Their phone hold time is absolutely obscene, I’ve managed to get through maybe 1 out of 10 times.I’ve never had any issue with the staff being unhelpful or unprofessional once I do get a hold of someone, though they tend to be fairly inefficient if your insurance company needs additional pharmacy-authorization/contact. I’ve had to be super-specific with instructions (on what should be their job), and they’ve argued reality - as in claimed it’s my doctor’s office that needs to authorize when the doctor’s office has (in my presence nonetheless), and both the doctor’s office and I, separately, re-confirmed with the insurance company that it’s the pharmacy that was holding up the process. Finally, upon my doctor’s recommendation, I transferred the prescription out of CVS to Walgreen’s where they had it filled and ready (insurance authorization calls and all) and hour after I called them with the transfer request.The Park Ave (or any, really) CVS IS just not worth the aggravation especially with Walgreen’s practically across the street - where the prescription-fill-time is the standard 15 minutes or less and phone calls are answered within a reasonable amount of time (and the automated system helpfully informs you how many callers are ahead of you at any given time), and they resolve any delaying-issue promptly.And, the uncharacteristic-to-the-industry excessively lengthy prescription-fill-time is not unique to this particular CVS, it’s ubiquitous of the entirety of the CVS pharmacy chain. Which makes no sense since all other pharmacies fill within 15 minutes (barring very unusual, rare circumstances), even during so-called busy times.At least it’s not the only 24-hour pharmacy on Park Ave, so there *really* is absolutely no reason for tormenting oneself...

CVS has become too upscale and expensive. The store was tidy, well stocked and faced. The self check out, every single time I use it, it messes up. At this point, even if I only am purchasing a couple of items, I stand in line and get rung in.

The epitome of pharmacy’s! Worst pharmacy experience. Was waiting my turn in the drive thru. Looked like something had happened to my prescription and the pharmacist was doing some corrections internally. I waited in my car for about 25 mins for prescription, mind you I had no idea what was the hold up. Finally got my prescription and asked for clarification on my prescription since they gave me one months worth, I have been on this prescription for years and have always received 3 months worth. She takes a look at my prescription and says your insurance only allows one month. Fine, annoyed at this point and was ready to call my insurance to see what was happening. I asked for my prescription back and she said she couldn’t give me the months worth of supply. I was livid at this point and there were 4 cars staked up behind me. They told me to go back in line having already waited on them. Some guy behind me tells me to go inside. Seriously this is after having gone the day before and not being able to pick up my prescription. Attempt 2 waiting 45 mins first time, 25 mins second and guess what STILL NO PRESCRIPTION!

I just like everyone to know that I was at the check out after I was throw with the pharmacy. The woman at the check out gave me a hassan about being in the store after the start time for elderly . I try to get out as fast as I could . I guess she would have like me to drop my stuff and just leaveJust so people know ther was a 26 year old kid in front of me and she said nothing to himI will shop somewhere elseJust so everyone knows that CVS didn't even respond to my review very sad to have help like that and they keep them on

Had a aweful experience this morning with the pharmacists (Rick and Alana) at this location. Rude, dismissive, and poor mannered. If you cant be nice to people don't work in customer service.Called to transfer my prescription yesterday, went to pick it up an hour later and they told me it would be ready today by 11. I call to confirm to see if it was ready and it was never filled. Rick wanted to play the blame game and say the other pharmacist was wrong that it wouldnt have been done by 11 that I would have to wait 3 hours. I was already on my way and decided to wait anyway.I check in to deal with, Alana. Who was rude and short with me. She Gave me a hard time about my cvs card and insurence.

Expensive for common items milk, bread, cereal etc. unless you have CVS care account with personal or in store coupons for those said products. Shop smart and you can do pretty good, the other option is not to use these tools and this will get expensive! 24hrs a massive plus!

The pharmacy staff at this location is quite disappointing and rude. I was repeatedly misdirected and transferred between different staff members when I was there to simply pick up my doctor prescription. Some staff members were nicer than others but the way it was handled was astoundingly unprofessional and completely waste of time. One of the staff was extremely rude and condescending towards me after seeing me for 2 minutes and not being able to help. I had to sit by the side to wait for my prescription to be filled, when in reality, I’d been notified it was ready to pick up before I came in. While waiting, I noticed a lot of other disgruntled customers who were being treated poorly as well. Overall, I wasted an hour of my time to be treated like a lost soul. Quite unimpressed!

If I can give this pharmacy location a negative 1000 I would!!! Whatever you do please do not call this awful location! They will leave you on hold for hours and not answer the phone! Worst staff in a pharmacy I have ever seen and rude as hell too!!! I've been to this location personally to pick up meds for my mother and witness a huge staff of pharmacists just flapping there gums and laughing while the phone is ringing & ringing! This used to be a great pharmacy location many years ago when they had a caring staff! But this generation we have now is an absolute JOKE!!!

Waited at the photo counter for 15 minutes and eventually asked the cashier, Erin, for help who rudely told me to get to the back of the checkout line (separate from photos), not even apologizing for the wait. I would’ve done that had I known- maybe a sign or something? I was the one who had to wait yet was still friendly, and in return I get snapped at by rude Erin! Fair warning: you must have patience when entering this CVS. Just be prepared.

I have never had a problem with CVS on Park Ave. Yes sometimes I have to wait but so does everybody. If the staff are rude or short or whatever with me I just make sure I smile when I leave I say God bless you. I don't let people like that bother me because I could be the other way and I could be just as rude and nasty as they are but I have better things to do with my energy in my time. Good night

I am making a formal complaint to the Pharmacist board about very hostile behavior by a Pharmacist ( very unprofessional guy ) tall white guy who all of a sudden came out of his desk and came right up to my face/chest and yelled at me that 'I am the only pharmacist working tonite ' This was after he put us on hold to check the vaccines despite our confirmed appointment and instead of finishing his job with us he kept on talking to the next customers . He is going to hear from his pharmacy board soon about this misconduct- also reported him to Worcester police station
