Don’t use this location. just don't. They cant fill anything timely, and you cant get a hold of anyone over the phone. Obviously Walgreens next door closing has ramped up the pressure on them, and they were miserable before that, and an absolute wast of time since. Just use one of the other cvs, or wally world, your insurance mail order literally anywhere else. Google made me select one star it should be zero.

Extremely patient staff at the CVS pharmacy on Stafford Street. Was helped with kindness by multiple staff with my prescription mix up though my doctors office. Appreciate the staff showing up and doing this job especially on a holiday with a positive attitude so that everyone can have access to their prescriptions. Thank you!!

CVS Pharmacy is the worst. If you need a prescription, you better clear your calendar for the afternoon because you’ll be waiting in line for half the day just to pick up your prescription and odds are, it won’t be ready when you get there or they will charge you the wrong amount with insurance.

MGR at the pharmacy. Most humiliating encounter I've ever had. I've been a customer at this CVS for over 20+ years with no issues with any employees ever!! The general lack of professionalism alone was embarrassing! She is clearly not ready for such an important roll and key representative for CVS. She is not a person you want on the front line!! If you haven't already it won't be long until you receive more complaints and lose more customers and good employees. That poor staff was mortified. As they should be! Corporate nip this one in the bud fast.

Since walgreens had closed on Stafford St. CVS has resumed their prescriptions, I sat on hold for 1 hour and 25 minutes before someone answered my call and was told they had no answers to my questions. Why have meds on auto refill if they are going to wait 2 days prior to the meds running out and then expecting a Doctor to reply fast enough before the customer has no meds left. Very disappointing and extremely rude customer service.

Rude, horrible customer service, and unprofessional. I have even witnessed the pharmacists joking-around and slacking while there is a line waiting to be serviced and the telephone on a constant ring without anyone bothering to answer. My experience at this one CVS has lead me to not trust in the brand anymore. From bad service, too the employees treating the customers as if they were nothing but a bother, I will not continue to give them business.

I’m extremely grateful for the kind employee whose name i did not get, but he wrote down the days and what medications im looking for to pick up for my grandfather while my grandfather is unable to pick up himself. Always when I order pictures or poster, for pick up never have ready, when I walked to pick up they check the computer in that moment, and they only say I’m sorry, they are always in the phone when they have free time 😠 poor costumer service

Every time I try to call the pharmacy, it is at least a 40 minutes wait before I just have to give up and hang up. The wait time is just as bad in person, sometimes worse, regardless of how many employees are currently staffed. It shouldn't be this hard to get a question answered.

I was given someone else's medication in a bag that had my accurate name and med label on it. Therefore, I did not check the bottle before taking. This could have been disastrous as I am 4 days post-partum and on a specific cocktail of medications for hypertension. The health department will be getting a call in the morning. I have never experienced this level of carelessness from a pharmacy.

The worst CVS in Central Mass. They could care less about their patients - I am a pregnant woman who is 100% dependent on medication to prevent constant vomiting. Every time I need a refill it requires multiple calls to the pharmacy to have it refilled, there is always a different excuse as to why they can’t do it. Just now it was due to my insurance, they said it won’t be covered for another two days. Rather than offering any sort of assistance, they tell me I have to call back in two days to request it again. I GUARANTEE you it will require several calls yet again, when the insurance is in order and the refill is there. They always have someone to point the finger at, never their issue and never willing to lift a finger to help

The staff could care less about helping you. They give you the run around for hours sometimes days - they say they are going to follow up, or check on something and they never do. You eventually call back or go back to see whats up and they have no idea who you are or what you need so you have to start all over again. If you are in need of medication the same day its called in good luck. This place needs a visit from corporate. Were changing our pharmacy because of how awful the staff is at this location. They are rude too, completely unacceptable!

I just had the worst experience with the night manager Paul at this CVS. I am a couponer, when I went to the register and advised that I had multiple transactions (3) he became rude, snarky and mean. He stated that CVS now has a policy that they will only complete one transaction per customer per night. When I am in store, I always offer to complete one transaction and then get back in line if there's someone else behind me. I've not ever had an issue with this. I purposely chose to complete my transactions during off peak hours so I would not hold any line. Mind you, I am the only person in the store at this time. I attempted to run the transaction and my coupons were not going through properly and the total was well over what it should have been. I then asked to cancel my transaction and Paul became even more mean to me, I offered three times to put the items back myself and he kicked me out of the store. Who gets kicked out a store for offering to do the right thing and put the items back on the shelf? He told me to leave and stated that I was the one leaving a cart full of items.. to which I replied, I will put them back. I frequent this location often and have not ever had this experience with a cashier or manager ..ever.

Their response time answering a phone is insane. Needed to verify some meds I have, called, because I was working from home, I was able to leave the phone down till someone answered. I was on hold for 19 min 35 seconds. It took 25 seconds to get my answer. This is not the first time this has happened. Time for a change.

The pharmacy always has a long wait and they never apologize. Today I spent 20 minutes on hold after being transferred by the automatic agent. Called again last and waited another 15 minutes before I hung up. They are horrible. Staff appropriately, pick up the phone and learn about customer service

I would like to leave a review for Dillon in the pharmacy department. During these trying times, I can hardly wrap my head around the pressure that the staff must be under. And a big thanks to everyone at the Stafford St location! On one particular occasion, when picking up my prescription, I was alerted that my health insurance had lapsed. Dillon could clearly see the look of anxiety on my face when I saw the out of pocket price for a necessary prescription. This young man went completely out of his way to find a coupon that could be applied to my bill during peak hours, with a line of angry, impatient people behind me. I have to say I was completely blown away by this act of kindness, especially during these times! He didn't have to do that by any means, and it really meant the world to me! Thank you so much Dillon for going above and beyond!!!! And a big thanks to the rest of the staff here!

If there's something I hate is staff that don't want to do their job and make me waste money when the purpose of a subscription is to make you save money. I opt out thanks to the tall guy with dark skin who took my card and looked at it like he never seen the CVS Xtra care card.

Clean store, friendly people, but good god is their pharmacy slow. It feels like everytime I go there to pick up meds, I'm there for at least 15-20 minutes, even if there's only 1 person in front of me. The other day I went through the drive through and waited about 5 minutes for a tech to even begin our transaction. I really wish the Walgreens across the street was 24 hours.

1. For the past 6 months they have gotten my meds wrong and keep blaming doctor's office yet I have been in the office when doctor put in order.2. Call for refills and they tell you they do not have or that it is ready and you get there and it it not.3. People on phone talk over you do not want to take time ti listen to you just want to shut up up and hang up,4. I take a lot of maintenance meds and at this point I try to go without rather than deal with cvs as my blood pressure can not take dealing with them

Had my Covid vaccine at CVS. There online sign up and check in was quick and effective. Very little wait time. The intake staff and cashier were friendly, the nurse giving the shot was professional but kurt.

This pharmacy is pathetic. My prescriptions were e-scribed over 2 1/2 hours ago. I go to pick them up before I go to work and they still aren't ready. I'm now in extreme pain and having to go to work without them. Thanks so much for another terrible experience. I will DEFINITELY be choosing a different CVS location, and filing a complaint with the head of pharmacy.
