Love this store! Can find things not at other stores(local products, healthy stuff, better quality beef)) and if you shop sales you can get great prices! Also the staff is fantastic! I love Big Y!

Good store, some things can be priced a bit higher, but in line with other grocery stores. The staff is fantastic. If you don't see what your looking for definitely ask, they'll get it for you. Their generic brand, I think is superior.

My local grocery store— really good prices, never long lines, clean and organized store. I enjoy getting my produce here and my meat as well. My biggest gripe is that they don’t have baskets, just carts!

If I can give it no stars I would!! I ordered the big y party power pack, on June 23, for a party on the 24 which consist of a party Pizza, I ordered cheese, two 30 inch grinders, and 20 chicken tenders, I got the party pizza which was onion and pepper, no five-year-olds are going to eat!! We had to wait 20 minutes on the chicken tenders because they didn't make that, and I got no grinders, I called to to explain my situation the guy told me to speak to a manager and hung up on me, speaking with manger thank God I got a total refund, because I had to call Village Pizza, for an order for six additional pizza for 40 kids! I will find other places to go to order my party pizza for now on! If You can't get food service right, then I think you're working in the wrong place! Good Luck!!

Hello..... today I was in line at checkout 3 at 2:35pm and the cashier, seeing the size of my shopping cart, did not want to serve me and sent me to checkout 2...... I understand that is their job and they are not supposed to choose which customers they want to serve and who they don't, in the same way the boy who was helping the cashier on line 3 also showed himself making comments about not wanting to serve me because of the number of items in my shopping cart....I understand that it is a lack of respect on the part of your employees.... I have been shopping in your store for more than 10 years and this is the first time that I feel observed and judged for purchasing my monthly items. family.....

Big Y always has a variety of items that I can't find in other grocery stores. I Love their flower section! 💖🌹 However, the best part of my trip to Big Y is that I can be sure that I can depend on getting what I need when I go there.

Good selection of frozen, shelf stable and pantry goods, and premade foods. Nice sized rotisserie chickens and a fast deli with a good variety. The produce is kinda meh, some good, some not so good. We were able to find everything on our list and checkout went fast.

My new favorite store. Very wide variety of products, fantastic deli/bakery/seafood. Ready to eat hot food (soups, chicken wings, steak cut fries, egg rolls) expansive snack aisle, there's nothing I can complain about.They have self checkout and they leave the yellow city bags out so you can purchase them on your own at self checkout. This store is far more convenient than other stores I've been to.

This store was spotless clean well Stocked and organized was a pleasure to shop here. I started shopping here because they carry boar's Head no sodium added roast beef and turkey in their deli and it's delicious and it allows me to still eat some deli meat even though I'm on a sodium restricted diet. Also in their bakery they have some low sodium bread and that's very good plus they do carry a lot of sodium free and low sodium merchandise throughout the store and again it's a pleasure to shop in a store that's so clean and so well organized.

I like the produce here. The pizzas they make are pretty good. They do have good deals on sea food. They do have okay sales. But can be pricey love the pharmacy. I travel all the way from Auburn to use this pharmacy. They're the best. The Fish and Chips here are amazing.

I want to be a loyal customer but no longer have patience with Big Y in worcester, MA. The customer service getting worse each time I go there. The customers and myself were waiting for more than 15 minutes in line for lottery. We finally left. I mad an attempt to come back more time while I was in store and they told me they were closed. Really???? I didn't know that they close lottery station at 4:55pm.No more Big Y. Shaw's is way better. I am very happy every time I shop at Shaws.

We are new to the area and starting shopping here. I was looking for a part time position why this store. I did the application and followed up with a manager and left my number. My experience has not been good. I changed my mind due to lack of response from the managers. I am a manger for a store chain and treplying to potential workers is important.

This market is user friendly, and I really enjoy shopping here. The store is attractive and clean, the products are nice and fresh, I never leave empty handed. The flowers are beautiful, and they have wonderful deals. I know the employees, many on a first name basis, and they are such a big part of the stores success. I love that they have incredible employees with intellectual challenges that they empower, and also that they close the store on holidays so that their employees can spend time with their families. Old fashioned values are a great part of their success, and I am quite impressed !

A little over priced and I don’t like that they have replaced people with check yourself out. It’s like calling Customer Service and taking to the computer who can never seem to understand what you say and you never get the answer you need before giving up because you’re so frustrated that you didn’t get to talk to humanI have my own job, an I really being forced to do yours to ? Isn’t that technically slave labor since you’re not asking me to check out my own items your forcing me to do it, .I’m giving you five stars because overall you’re a good store, but you should really rethink about your check yourself out.Nothing worse than calling your self family store when you’re talking to a machine.

The staff at this store are very friendly, and the store is always clean and bright. They keep things stocked well, and they have a great selection of brands. Big Y prices are pretty good, too, and they have really good sales, so make sure you get their shopping points card.

Seafood department extremely rude mismarked my order charging me 10.00 more than it was then refused to fix it had to go to customer service they fixed it got home my order was cold and soggy from grease had to throw away what a waste of money can't reheat shrimp get rubbery. forth time had problems with that store Holden big y and Spencer big y never any problem I will only use those two stores from now on what a waste of 22.00 dollars Worcester big y should be ashamed of them selves

Clean,well stocked store. Very very little attention paid to customer service. I go frequently because of the proximity to my house but would not do weekly shopping there. Extremely overpriced. But, the worst part is that there is minal customer service. After selecting top and overpriced items you are forced to check out and bag on your own. Usually only a few registers with cashiers open.Management needs to take a ride to Market Basket or Trader Joe's for a lesson in customer service.

Clean store with a decent variety of healthier options in food and beauty and cleaning. Friendly staff and self check out is great! Make sure you bring your own bags though they charge you 10c for paper ones and the handles rip pretty easily! Or you can buy one of their reusable ones for around $1 but if you're like me you have tons that you always seem to forget!!

Big Y is a very well stocked grocery store, and usually has a good selection of produce, carryout meals, and all general groceries. There's always a decent amount on sale, and their free Big Y membership does usually trim a small chunk off my bill.It does seem like they've gotten lazy about cleanliness in the past few months and there are constantly dozens of shopping carts overflowing the cart stalls and sticking out into the lot.Myself, as well as other shoppers have, numerous times, taken time to rearrange carts & push them in just so cars could pass both ways, and so there was a safe place to put my empty cart.I miss the variety of boneless marinated wings they used to have in the 'hot meals to-go' section but the new popcorn chicken is inexpensive and tasty. The bakery usually is well stocked with fresh pastries, though, go before noon if you want the best variety.The staff is pretty friendly and helpful - all in all, a nice place to get your essentials and some fun treats.

Big Y has done so much better. While other Markets are jacking thier prices or don't even have the product. Big Y always seems to be completely stocked on everything that you need and they're not price gouging like everyone else. Great Job Big Y. And kudos for Always being staffed and helping the elderly. Hands the most professional trained employees. 👏
