Very good liquor selection. They have a good amount of store picks as well a museum of high end allocated bourbons.The prices are pretty steep on the allocated bottles (think high secondary), but the store picks and other retail barrels are very well priced.

So the selection is outstanding and plentiful. The problem...I stood 2nd in line as the coustomer before me was being help by one of (2) people behind the register. As I walked up to the counter (female personnel) she was engaging with her phone and as I approached to put product on the counter to pay, she never acknowledged me, however she did cough with her mouth wide open without any coverage whatsoever. I understand this not something that should be taught in the work place. Unfortunately it appears this simple, but important, courtesy should be done, regardless. I thought it was extremely rude to just be looking at one's phone while a coustomer is waiting to be helped- but if one can not cover one's mouth- why would I expect the marks to be high with coustomer service?! I only posted this after not finding any number to call, besides the store/business itself!

Everyone there is very nice but if you walk in and the Asian woman is working leave and go to mcgoverns. She is condescending rude and always acts like you’re wasting her time.

Massachusetts has some supermarkets where liquor of any kind is not sold. Austin Liquors is not from from nearby Shaw's Supermarket. This liquor store is huge. Has loads of a variety of liquors. Clean, neat and organized.Gentleman behind counter courteous. In addition, there was friendly, Corey featurung tequila shots.

So, this store does alcohol tasting events Ave give away. They have competitive prices e.t.c BUT alcohol tasting events that include free swag and give aways? Common, my neighbors, how could you not like this store? Not on only do that introduce you to new and exciting alcohol but they have reps come and let you sample them while giving away shirts, keychains, and even mini baseball bats lol!

Went to purchase a twisted tea for myself and was asked by lady at the counter to show two IDs one being my own and the other my friends. When telling her this was my purchase she was extremely rude and refused to sell it to me without seeing both our IDs… I told my friend to just head to the car because this was ridiculous considering I was the customer holding and purchasing the item but she continued to refuse service… and I told her that’s perfectly fine but my question to the staff is how are you willing to refuse a paying customer with a valid ID service yet allow other customers with underage children to come into the store and make purchases without demanding to see two forms of ID, I had never heard of something so stupid in my life and considering her attitude it wasn’t even worth it.

I’ve never had an employee be so rude to me in my entire life. He yelled at me, using the f word and called me ‘lame’ because I accidentally used the wrong door. I will never be returning to this monstrosity of a business. He might’ve thought I was underaged because I left without buying anything and I look young. But I am of age, just didn’t see anything I wanted.

This place was stocked with a large variety of items to choose from and the back wall was well stocked with cold beer. The staff was helpful in finding my items for me, quickly got me checked out and out the door I went. Will be going back to the store for more.

Bern buying my beverages curbside pick up the last few times here..have to say hands down the best place to work with! Great selection, excellent customer service..actually above and beyond on customer service!! Had a technical issue spoke with Patrick and he had my situation fixed in 30 minutes!! Recommended anyone who has not tried Austin to try it once..you wont be sorry!! Keep up the great work!! See you curbside pick up again soon!!

Cool nice place. There is an Indian man who works there that follows customers, and especially follows minorities. Pretty ironic seeing how hes an IMMIGRANT! But it's the truth. I had to tell the manager about. Everyone is cool, but I had to take away 1 star because of the indian guy.

They've got a good selection of just about whatever you'd be looking for, various aisles for wine, all kinds of liquor, and beer from mainstream brands as well as some smaller craft brews. In a convenient location, in a small shopping mall. They also have a can/bottle redemption center off just to the right of the store.

Excellent selection of wines and liquors, clean store and easy to navigate aisles. The wine director Patrick is particularly friendly and helpful so feel free to ask for recommendations and don't worry if you don't know exactly what to ask for.

This is a fair package store. It used to be very competitive in micro-brew/craft-brew prices, but has increased over past couple of years(might have something to do With spending millions to buy-out a local competitor). Now, will go to new competitor that opened nearby. Must say, however, that staff are always seeking to assist, and craft brew selection has increased to include some of the more obscure. However, they cost more than their local competitors. Therefore, can only conclude that the negative review lies on the shoulders of the owners.

Great liquor store. Wide variety of everything. Whether it be craft beer, domestic beer, imported beer, hard Seltzer's, wines, vodkas, rums you name it they either have it or have a easy to get it. They even have kegs. I wish they had a little more selection of cigars, but don't let that be a deterrent for your visit.

Excellent selection of everything, from Scotch to craft beers and everything in between. The sales clerks are knowledgeable about most of the merch, and the prices are quite reasonable. My "go-to" liquor store when visiting family in the Bay State.

Great selection of wine, craft beer and spirits. Check out the walk-in at the back for harder-to-find craft brews, and take note of the staff's wine picks. Their loyalty card is a crazy good deal too- ask about it.

I feel that Austin liquors has gone down hill in the past few months in the beer department. It seems messy and prices have gone way up, compare prices with other retailers in the area like total wine, and prices can be up to a $4 difference, founders all day for example, or some of the jacks abby. I won’t be going back for beer..wine selection and prices have not gone up as much but still in the pricey side

I just moved back to Worcester, and now that I'm older I can finally appreciate Austin Liquors! All I had was a few small liquor stores (which are charming) but when you want selection its just not there. This place is HUGE, with an endless selection of beer, wine and liquor. I was in system overload, dumb founded, and probably looking like I just found heaven. The guy stocking the beer cooler asked me if I needed help...ummm YES! He had a great knowledge of micro brews, and steered me towards a few different beers. I ended up walking out with a couple six packs which impressed the bud light crowd I was catering for. Overall great selection, great service, glad to have this place around the corner from me.

Huge selection, walk in cooler for cold beers, a wide range of alcohols that you don't always find at other stores, as well as other unique items like chocolate liqueur candies. *They also sell scratch tickets.

Has variety of beers. Staff is nice and responds to large lines by opening another register. The bottle/can deposits get full, but they will respond when you push the green button.

Austin liquors has some of the best prices anywhere and they have an excellent loyalty card program that saves you tons, especially if you are a wine drinker.Update: They no longer have the loyalty card ☹️
