Never again! Tell me dog won’t go in the crate for drying and make me do express. Tell me my dog won’t let them groom his ears so he gets ear infections. Charge me $140 for what???? Why so much? Most a groom should ever cost here or anywhere is $75.

Ross did such an amazing job with my 70 lb baby, Raven. She is a tough girl to groom, as she’s terrified of water and everything in-between. Despite this, Ross was able to trim Raven’s nails (the dullest/shortest I’ve ever seen), clean her ears and teeth, and give her a beautiful, soft coat. She already seems to be itching less. We will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you Ross!

We just kenneled our two sibling cats at the Petsmart Hotel for the 9th season. They have never had even one day of bad behavior in 8 years of kenneling there. The cats have 2 adjoining units left open except for meals as they have never been apart and need each other for confort. Well, when they first arrived & were being separated for their first meal, another cat next to them was acting up and spooked them and they acted out. Well, now they will have to remain seperated from this point for the whole of their stay and for all future stays from now to infinity. I consider this cruel and unacceptably rigid, ignoring their former 8 years of impeccably excellent and friendly behavior. I will not be kenneling my cats there ever again. If your cat or dog has just one bad incident, they will not give your pet a second chance, even if they were spooked by another animal & they will be penalized from that point forward. I am very disatisfied in this extreme rigidity. It is unfair & cruel.

Just went to the vet, my 10 months puppy got Kennel Cough right after the stay and it’s been over a week - he’s coughing really hard...clearly something is off inside their place. Sounding recommend.

Drove an hour to get my cat bathed but got nothing done. Warned the staff that my cat will be nervous, they left my cat in the carrier for 20mins and did nothing about him. When it’s his chance, he resisted a little bit for nail trimming and their staff stopped trying. Worst experience ever, DO NOT COME HERE

I whent in for some snails and they refused service there lack of service. They said to me my question was weird that i asked for some pest snails they are rude and not helpful they need to get shutdown for not taking cair of there fish as well i would not get anything from there at all

Absolutely the worst experience l ever could have expected regarding their "let hotel" services. The ONLY thing I recommend at the Woburn Pet Smart is the dog training with Marsha...

Not recommended to wait and then can't handle small dogs for a simple nail trim. At least at commerce way Woburn.
