The crew here are amazing and did such a wonderful job with my two long hair cats!! My little one was too skittish so they couldn’t do her and were so gentle and so sweet with my big boy. I would highly recommend them for their work and their discretion, thank you!

i’ve never experienced what I experienced today. I was on my way to work and dropping off my dog at the pet hotel at this location. I’ve never been to this location before. The lady tried to put a tag on him. He got scared. Of course he did. He’s a dog, and he growled just a little bit, I’ve been to other pets hotels before, and I’ve never had an issue with my dog being scared, because who wouldn’t be scared in a new environment after he growled at her, she refused to service and I had to turn around and find last-minute adjustments for my dog I bet you if he had been a smaller breed dog, there wouldn’t have been any issue. The people here clearly not fit the handle and most specifically large breed dogs. It’s ridiculous what I had to experience today .

The person working in the fish department was really great (I didn't get her name, unfortunately) and we got some healthy, happy fish for a decent price, plus a lot of helpful information from the employee. The cashier was also nice and it was overall a very pleasant experience.

Placed an order online for pickup four hours later. I never received an email or text that it was ready. I had to call to find out if it was. I wanted a case of wet cat food and I could only order 23 cans online. I bought the 24th can when I arrived at the store. That made no sense at all. I received an email and text the next morning at 1:00 a.m. saying that my order was ready for pickup.

Send my dog to the grooming salon the appointment was for 1.5 hour groom at 2pm. I called after 3hrs & told she be done in an hour. She was started an hour before, hence she was held for 2hrs in a cage waiting. Not good. The grooming was good. But comments are always made getting a lot of hair off her. She is a high shed dog, and we furminate her often at home. We still have her hair around the house. They seem to want to guilt us to come more often. But she hates it and it is expensive at 107.00 per visit because we order the full furminater service. I think I will try pet co for grooming, as I already get her Arcana food there, because petsmart does no carry it.

Awesome! Whenever I go away for vacation, I almost always leave my dog here and he definitely loves it! Workers are SUPER friendly, and he has a lot of fun with the other dogs! Definitely recommend!

The staff was so lovely, and I was so nervous since this was the dog's first time getting groomed. He’s an eight-month golden retriever. They did such a great job and listened to everything I said. I mentioned it was my birthday, and when I went to pick him up, he had a “happy birthday” bandana. I would recommend them.

I just spent 3 1/2 hrs in this store with a little guy who was turning 6 today, and was going to pick a pet as a birthday gift. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't mind us hanging around and looking at all the cool animals. We ended up leaving with a beautiful red, white, and blue betta fish that we named Billish Capt. America! The store is clean and staff is great. I will definitely be back.

They've got a great selection of critters and there are lots of doggos walking around going shopping with their owners. When my kid was little and I didn't have enough money to take her anywhere, we'd go to PetSmart and look at the birdies and the fish.

Life’s been tough since relocating back to MA 3 years ago to care for a severely ill family member. 2 of those 3, I was in crisis mode. Everyone in the family relies heavily on me. I barely had time for myself when our pet unexpectedly became severely ill. Been back in crisis mode since May pulling out all the stops to increase our pet’s chance of survival. I’m easily irritable being a sleep deprived caretaker of my 2 family patients, hate hassle, and easily upset if I get bad customer service or poor treatment which seems more prevalent since the pandemic. I’m not easy to please so it says a lot that this is my favorite PetSmart to shop at! I’ve been shopping at PetSmarts prolifically for the past 3 months due to our pet’s illness so I’ve been in this store often and each time, the service has been fantastic! Plus they have very nice stock. The employees are friendly, helpful, and very kind! Always brightens my day and yes, call me corny, truly warms my heart which I appreciate so much during this difficult time! Thank you to the lovely employees for always providing excellent customer service!

I took my dog in for a haircut today. The place was clearly busy, they asked me what I wanted and told me to leave him there and pick him up in 5hrs. When I went to pick him up they had done something completely different, they told me that oh we couldn’t do what you had asked for because your dog was super nervous so we decided to do this instead. Common courtesy would have been for them to call me and check with me if I am okay with having something be different done with my dog. I was completely shocked, they did such an awful job. His nails were super sharp after they trimmed them and he scratched my leg badly. The lady at the grooming salon said his nails will get better after he scratches some concrete. They told me to go and pay the fee associated with their job. I talked to the manager and complained about them too. What an awful experience. I am never taking my dog to PetSmart grooming again.

Good selection, but not enough cat speciality items and most of the prices were too high. Clearance had a good selection though and the store is clean.Please get more cat items for the holidays!

I brought my 4 month old Goldendoodle, Scout, in for his first professional puppy groom. I was incredibly nervous about the appointment, because though we've practiced at self-wash salons and at home, Scout can be nippy when he is anxious/scared and he hasn't yet come to love the grooming experience. But, Hailey did an amazing job!...even though he didn't make it easy for her. Thank you so much!

I have had a great experience with Marsha the trainer with my new lab puppy… she’s a new dog! I’ve also taken my dogs to be groomed there and my male lab is very high anxiety and the groomers always make him feel safe and have patience with him and he always comes out so happy. The soul reason this store will not get 5 stars is because of a cashier there that I’ve encountered multiple times. I will not walk through her line anymore because whenever I have my male who’s very anxious when he was 7-10 months old we got a spray sound correctional tool to keep in my training bag which the spray is only a noise you spray into the air and is used to distract him and it can break up dog fights. VERY HELPFUL EMERGENCY TOOL which was recommended by an animal trainer whom is very compassionate for animals. This cashier made comments to me about buying it “well i hope this doesn’t make him more anxious and have more anxiety and scare him” this is not the first time she’s given me “feedback” about what i’m buying and she’s disrespectful when she speaks to me about the care OF MY OWN ANIMAL. My pups live their best life and I feel degraded when she speaks to me about the care I give. I have happy pups and it’s obvious. I shouldn’t have to justify myself when I purchase things from the store. Especially when they’re safety tools for my own animal. She’s just a cashier and not a animal trainer.

Never really have what i'm looking for. Bought a brush from there yesterday. As soon as i started brushing my dog, he cried. Now his leg is all red and irritated. How are they going to sell a product that is going to hurt a dog. Unbelievable!!

I went in there to look at the lizards and geckos. Originally planned on getting a very small reptile for my kids so I purchased a medium sized tank online. I got there and we fell in love with the bearded dragons. I already ordered the cage but before I canceled it and bought a bigger cage I wanted to speak to someone about the lizards. A man came over extremely rude as if I was interrupting him. He refused to open the cage and told me he wasn't selling me a lizard with the tank I bought. I told him I'd be buying a bigger tank if I got the bearded dragon. He was extremely rude I asked a few questions about them and he then proceeded to tell me they get...3 - 4 feet and unless I buy a tank big enough he's not selling me one...3 - 4 feet? I'm not sure where he is getting his information but regardless he was completely rude. I ended up leaving and spent my 400 dollars across the street at petco. That man should not be working in a job where he interacts with customers. I don't know his name but he was a taller male and he was over in the fish and reptile section.

I havent been back here for a very long time. Thought I'd give it another chance. Went in for a nail trim. What I thought was going to be a great experience turned sour. Granted... There was a lot of chaos going on... My dog was getting chocked due to how tight around the neck the blue petsmart leash was on her. Of course, staff was dealing with the chaos and didn't realize. I'm glad it was more towards the end because I do not know how long my dog would've lasted. She was literally wheezing. Then, after a long line at check out...and it was finally my turn... I get cut off from a price check encouraged by an employee...customer just slipped the whole line and paid for her products. Does that mean if I didn't want to wait in line I could just request for a price check and skip the line? I used to enjoy coming here. Unsure about now.

The training is fine, but the area training is done is just in a back aisle near the pet hotel and doggy daycare. Everyone is crammed in the aisle and the dogs are distracted by dogs and people walking back and forth from the hotel and daycare. Not really convenient. Cancelled rest of classes in Woburn and going to continue up in Salem, N.H. where there is a large training ring which is so much more convenient and nicer. Our dog will have less distractions there.

We did a friend a favor by picking up their dog here. They had their credit card on file but refused to charge it. We had to pay and get reimbursed. We were then charged the wrong amount and had to wait 5 days for a refund
