Brought my pup Milo in for his first full groom yesterday.(mini bernedoodle)Paige did an excellent job with my boy. She was patient and very sweet. My boy came out looking so fresh and smelling great. His hair is also so soft. I’ll definitely be back for an appointment with Paige. 😊🐾

We get our short-haired boxer/lab mix bathed and groomed here and it's always a treat!!! They're fast, friendly, and effective. Paige especially has been a total sweetheart and is so good with our pup. He always comes back with his nails trimmed, a smooth coat, and smelling lovely. He's a nervous boy but he's all smiles and excited and in good spirits when we come back.

Very negative experience at this place, the head groomer really did not want to take my Bernadoodle puppy because she said it would take four hours to do something with her, why don’t they tell you before hand?

Kelsey was extremely attentive. She was with another dog when we arrived. She came to help us as soon as she secured the other dog, quickly looked up our info, and then took my dog Luci fir her nail trim and grinding. I went to pick up cat food and dog treats, and Kelsey came to find us in the store with Luci, before I could finish shopping. This has never happened before. She was pleasant and gracious.

My dog's groomer was Beth. My dog, Oliver responded well to Beth. She did an amazing job with cutting his nails and de-matting him after he had not been seen by his former groomer in over a year. Beth was patient and very kind in her treatment and handling of Oliver. I only want to use her each time I bring him back. It was an excellent experience for me and my dog!

Kelsey worked us in ( agreed to stay late not to have to wait until the end of July for first opening). Happily I was able to get an appointment that had canceled but she was had offered because she knew Bailey and had worked with him before. Above and beyond customer service. And Bailey does well with her.

Very happy with this place first time bringing my puppy. BETH was throne who did his hair cut very professional, nice, and she called me to let me know i could go earlier because cancelation. She will be my puppy 🐶 beautician lol love this girl she is great no one has done this good before and its cheaper than every other place. Also because of virus going on I called over 10 places all had appointments for over months appointments they take u in right away.

Bethany in Woburn MA is so great with my senior hound--she is patient and knowledgeable and is a fantastic communicator. i used to have to medicate my dog to almost unconsciousness and now he goes to Bethany without any extra meds on board. Charlie comes back fresh as a daisy and happy as a clam! We have found our perfect groomer in Bethany!

When I called to request an appointment, I was able to get one within 3 days. (Due to COVID, my dog was long overdue). The technician was ready when I arrived at 8:07am. I was 7 minutes late. The clean and cut were done beautifully, and the technicians at the grooming area were both super kind.
