Always an awesome experience - Ms Kerrie does a wonderful job with Doodles every time! We’ve been coming for almost 2 yrs now. My youngest poodle can be a ball of energy but Fatima always manages to do a perfect job triming her. Body is aways an even cut, no stray hairs. Feet are perfect every time and so are her tail,ears and top knot. All done in an hour or 90 minutes. Perfection. And my dog is never stressed out which is a bonus

Our 9 year old dog has gone here multiple times. On the last visit, the groomer didn’t secure her to the lead in the bath and she was able to jump out of the raised tub, landing on her back. While I appreciate that they called us right away to let us know she might be hurt, I do not appreciate them not taking precautions to keep her safe and then offering us 50% off the service. At 9 years old, a fall like that can be catastrophic and I will never trust them with any animal ever again.

I brought my baby in for a two hour evaluation today for day care .I definitely know that my adopted pit-bull mix had issues with anxiety but the professionals at Sandy Paws just confirmed that she was not cut out for daycare. She quivered in a corner waits for me to come back.This is not what my dog needs and I appreciate the honesty that I got from the girls at Sandy Paws!They are professionals that truly care about the best interest in your fur baby!They will not just secure a spot in their daycare and that to me is everything!

The first time I went to Sandy Paws I was so happy with their service. I was recommending it to friends and I appreciated that they allowed me to step out and take care of a few things. This week my appointment was cancelled 1 hour before and was told that he could be taken care of in an hour another day. On the day of his next appointment and after the service was completed they ended up cutting his hair way shorter than we agreed. I had purposefully brushed his hair twice this week to ensure he didn’t have any knots and he didn’t end up the way he did. I became even more upset when I realized the cut was completely uneven. Attached are images. I also have images of what he looked prior to the cut.Before the appointment I let them know I only had an hour and that that’s what I was told over the phone before the service started. It would be unacceptable to assume the quality provided would be excused because they felt rushed. Extremely disappointing.

Everyone here was amazing. I was able to get an appointment on short notice for my dog reactive rescue after having a terrible experience with another groomer. They were able to work with him slowly and let him build trust. Definitely will be bringing him here from now on!

I've been going to Sandy Paws for years. They are great. The groomer always takes great care of my beagle. The employees (including the groomer) are all friendly and polite. I would recommend this place to anyone who has dogs. Excellent service and a well kept place.

When I made the 2nd appointment I made it for a Saturday first thing in the morning but a month before they called me to confirm the appointment on a Friday, which is impossible, it was obvious that the manager made a mistake, I was kind and understanding, but the manager She was very rude, she didn't make mistakes were her words, after a while of exchanging words the new date was set. I took my dog ​​that day and without my approval they cut the hair from my dog's tail I was understanding, and they were also requiring me to register for vaccinations. I sent it that same day, I never received any response. On the third appointment, they warned me again about the vaccines, the very rude manager told me that I didn't receive anything and I sent her away again. Send a photo of the original record of the vaccine that was given to my dog ​​in his country of origin. However, it was not enough for the manager who again, in a very rude and derogatory manner, demanded that I had to go to the veterinarian who treated my dog ​​in his country of origin and that he certify the validity of the vaccine, it was impossible to do that and after many words I decided to look for another place where my dog ​​would be cared for. I came to the conclusion that if they treated me that way, what would be the treatment they gave my dog ​​when I was not present, I don't know if this is a case of discrimination for being from another country or simply a case of lack of empathy. but in short, if you have a puppy, NEVER GET IT THERE. and complied with the law.
