Great service, fair prices, doggies love it there! Adding more pictures to the collection. Always an amazing experience. They’re the only place in a 10 mile radius that does a meticulous job regardless of how long it’s been since the dogs were last groomed.

This place did an awesome job with my 70 lb Golden Retriever. He looks amazing and he actually was relatively calm afterwards which I cannot say was the case elsewhere. He definitely seemed comfortable and not anxious and that's a big plus in my opinion. Will definitely bring him back.

I have brought my Brittanypoo for grooming every 3-4 months and everyone there is great. I am so surprised that I was told she would be ready in 2 hours and it was 5 hours later when I got her. She was definitely traumatized, vomiting and diarrhea for 2 days after.She also had to be treated for a shoulder injury. Xena is a handful I know but I schedule her early am to minimize the trauma, I called and was told she was to nervous and had to be worked on slowly and my husband was told there had been equipment problems. I don’t know what happened that day but I am afraid to bring her back. Xena gets car sick so I bring her there because it’s 5 minutes from my home, I wish they had called me to come and get her until they could focus on her. I am disappointed and discouraged and fearful that I won’t be able to get her to go back. They were always kind and careful with her and protected her ear problems and bad Matt’s it was an overall bad day for them but Xena paid the price. I do recommend them for a crate trained dog who isn’t fearful of the process. I guess I am an overprotective mom but she had a traumatic start in life and I do everything I can to keep her calm comfortable and safe. I write this at the urging of my Vet. and it makes me sad.

Terrible experience, I brought my 3.9 pound dog there to be groomed 3 times. Price was $100 and went up to $130. When we asked why the price was so high they were extremely rude and said they price how they see fit. Then they also said that the t cup dog was to difficult to groom. So we took him to a new establishment, where they actually groom him instead of just shaving him. They also say he is a pleasure to groom not to difficult. Bonus is instead of paying $130 for a shave (no nails, and all the other grooming services) we now pay $70 and he gets a great haircut along with a full grooming routine a nice scarf and we don’t listen to the groomer complain about how bad of a dog he is. Instead again we are told he is a pleasure. They take 1.5hrs instead of 4-5hrs. I can highly recommend this new place but can’t recommend precious pets.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they stock. It's all top of the line stuff, at least from what I browsed. I'll be dropping in here for all of my cats needs. And it's in a convenient location, right off the Maverick T stop, so I can pop in on my way home from work and jump right back on the T with only a 4 minute walk between.

Our nervous terrier/schnauzer went to Precious Pets for the first time today after hearing several great reviews and we are very pleased. Sabrina clearly made him feel comfortable enough that she was able to do his nails (a great feat) and gave him a beautiful summer trim, while keeping his scruffy beard and ears intact. It was our first visit with Sabrina and Precious Pets, but definitely not our last.

I have been taking my dog Jake, a long haired daschund mix, to precious pets for his grooming for over 2 years now. And I absolutely love the way Jake and I are treated. They do a great job and always make sure we are happy with results. The owner is amazing. Sam is professional, polite and is really good at what she does.

Sam and her team are great. I took my furry baby to somewhere else and they hurt him to the point he was angry and afraid when clipping his nails. Sam puts him at ease and she is able to clip his nails. She always gives him compliments on how well behaved my baby is. I highly recommend PP.Lots of love from Jimeno! 🐾

I love taking my Boston terrier/ Doberman pincher mini for his nails there. Sabrina always makes him feel safe enough to allow her to cut his nails. I recommend Precious Pets to all pet owners.

Love these ladies. My dog is 15 with bad teeth, hips and back legs. She also issues with her heart. She is treated with such love and gentleness. They go above and beyond every single time. I trust them completely and am so grateful for the way they love dogs.

Needed to get my kitten's nails clipped and was told I could stop in with no appt. During appropriate hours. I did just that and they were so nice and accommodating! Took my kitten right in and zip his nails were done with no fuss! They were kind gentle and quick. My kitty and I will definitely be back!!

Love this place...Sam is so good with my not so easy dog....I've always been happy with how she does his hair, not to mention the price is low considering what I've paid in the past...I recommend her to anyone who asks where they should go!!

They dont like when a dog has snarled fur. Instead of spending time with the animal combing through the pets fur, they take the easy way out and shaved my puppy. Then the excuse when i picked her up was she was very hyper and they could not groom her properly. Then after charging me the regular price for shaving instead of combing mt puppy. Lastly the comment from tve groomer was tbis isnt her work, she hates to do this to the dog. If tbat wasnt bad enough sbe recommend i give the dov a benadryl beforehand. What kind of professional business says that to a dog owner?

Best groomers ever.. the most important thing for me is making sure my dog is with people who will treat him well.. The atmosphere at Precious Pets is that of an animal Lover/ animal Lovers.. I have a medium size dog.. with long black and white fur.. after he is done rolling around in dirt .. from my back yard.. his white gets dingy... i have brought him to other places in the past.. and never get the results im looking for.. at Precious Pets.. my dog is returned to me shiny clean and Happy... his white is as white as when he was a puppy... Best service thus far.. thank you Precious Pets...
