Very very good Ice cream. A bit pricy They also have a farm behind The place where you can see Peacocks Cows And goats and chickens. I’m only giving 4 stars because of the prices and The outdoor tables usually the tables are very Dirty but I can’t blame them because there often busy and the tables are outside. Overall really good place.

Great place to stop and get some ice cream! While you are waiting for your order you can take a walk around back and look/pet the animals which is very nice to have.

Cash only, generally friendly staff, amazing homemade ice cream. One of the girls made the comment "No cash, no service" to a customer ahead of us as they were turned away.Tables aren't always clean and ground around tables can be a bit muddy/squishy BUT you're eating at a generally busy ice cream stand on a working farm! Set your expectations accordingly and bring your own wipes and boots if you're concerned (or tailgate!). Definitely one of our local favorites for the ice cream and environment.Also the calves are just so beautiful!Picture of a super friendly mama chicken and (presumably) her chicks who hung out around our table as we ate!

Classic ice cream! Fast and well priced. You can also get a large amount to take home.You can also see a few cows/goats while enjoying your dairy treat. And that's always fun for the kids.Outside seating is okay. Otherwise this place would be 5 stars.

Very nice family run place. Ice cream is always good. Was kind of disappointed in the brownie sundae. It is just a cosmic brownie stuffed in ice cream. Would be much better if it was a home made brownie. None the less still a great place to get your favorite flavor.

Very friendly staff. You can tell the ice cream is homemade. It is so delicious! My 6 year old granddaughter loves the farm animals in the back of the building. We eat our sundaes on the stone bench and watch the cows and goats. They also have chickens and peacocks running around. Fun family farm.

There is a decent selection of typical ice creams and sundaes. Their specials don't seem to change with regularity and the fact that they only take cash is a negative. The plus is that you can see live animals, what with it being a farm. Not my first choice for ice cream, but still better than what you'll get from the store.

The Brownies are from Little Debbie type with the multi colored sprinkle's. I wanted chocolate ice cream with chunk's of brownies. Very little hot fudge. It's a soft serve ice cream. $6.00+change, for a large. I am disappointed. My girlfriend's hot fudge sundae had ice chips in it. Very little hot fudge. We'll never go back. Sorry To Have To Say...

The ice cream here is good and the service is friendly. Last time I came here me, my wife, and my dog were absolutely covered in ticks. We took advantage of the picnic tables in the grass, big mistake. Please treat for insects in your customer areas!

Great little ice cream place. They don't have the largest selections of flavors, but the ones they do are very good. Service is good too! If you are in Winchendon and looking for ice cream, then visit Murdock's.

The ice cream here is pretty solid- no complaints, good variety, and rather quick service. The only reason this isn't a five star review is they don't offer sprinkles and get a bit weird about it when you ask.

Winchendon has some great ice cream options but this is the best of them. Mint Oreo is inspired. I went back and forth about deducting a star for lack of sprinkles so consider this actually a 4.5 star review, if they had sprinkles it'd be 5 stars all the way.

Let's be honest,we all have had a moment in our lives in which we have enjoyed something in our childhoods. I was brought to Murdock Farm by surprise and immediately I turned into a kid internally when I saw that they had banana split's/ boat . I love this dessert and their service was impeccable. I also enjoyed while waiting the sight of the cows and goats and when my order was up, I took a small amount of ice cream and it felt like as if no one else existed but me and my banana split. So if you're ever around Winchendon, ma.do take the time to come over and give yourself the pleasure to enjoy an ice cream, we only live once.

Murdocks is awesome. I've been going here since I was a kid, so it's nice to be able to bring my kid here and have her have just as great of an experience as I had. Glad to see that they've brought animals back out behind the shop again.
