Great place to stop, have a bite to eat and an ice cream. Wide variety on the menu to select from. Choose hot dogs, burgers, soups, sandwiches, salads, fried foods, and daily specials. Ice cream is made on the premises and they have both hard and softswirl. Eat at one of the many picnic tables, your vehicle, or take it home.

New ownership success story in the making!!Not only will this place continue serving the fantastic ice cream it does, it has added a fantastic breakfast menu. (Let me tell you folks, breakfast will never need to be boring again if you eat here!) Scrumptious meal, large portion, owner and partners are making this a place to want to be all year 'round!! We've been there 6 out of the last 8 weeks. First 3 times was a decent local place to go. I like to spend local when possible. Went DOWNHILL from there. The last two weeks food was cold service was an embarrassment. Ordered 2 waffles with fruit. Waffles were cold to the touch and the fruit was actually still frozen. This I ordered French Toast and a side of biscuits and gravy. Both were served cold. But atleast this week the sausage patty was warm . And forget about a coffee refill. Out of the 6 visits only twice I've managed to get a refill. Today I sat there for 10 minutes tapping my card on the table waiting for my bill, while they all stood there and shoot the breeze.SPEND your hard earned money elsewhere. But honestly this is what our country has come too. The customer is not there to serve the business. And they feel we should be lucky that they are even there.People here Zero Pride in anything that they do now. So never mind thinking that they would give a you know what about anyone else.

Stopped buy today. Got a chilly dog.ordered one got two BUT ! I watched them prepare it.and questioned if there was any Chile on it. Got home opened up bun. I scraped off one teaspoon of chili. That was it. Last owners loaded the dog with chili. Sorry to say I'm disappointed.

I don't normally leave reviews unless I had a very bad experience. They are under new ownership and it is terrible compared to what it used to be. Their turkey dinners taste like slightly better luncheon meat, their biscuits and gravy looked like dog food with gravy and their ice cream was over frozen and lacking any substance (I got cookies and cream and it was basically just vanilla ice cream) I would not reccomend spending your money here, they have clearly cut many quality corners in order to make short term profit. That's not how you get long term buisness, will not be coming back

I needed to get something quick to eat so I pulled into this place on rt 202. it was a snack bar with inside seatingand picknic tables. the hot dog was a full foot long on a grilled roll. I could see them dip the fresh onions in the batter from my seat. best freshest onion rings ever. to wash it down was a real coffee frappe made with their own home made ice cream, made on the premises.

Picked up 6 dinners. 3 chicken nugget dinners. Nuggets were rubbery and some of the fries were previously cooked and reheated. Whole belly clam dinner was over cooked. Turkey club had soggy bread and dry turkey that was extremely dry and cracked around edges. Side of onion rings were twice cooked as well. They were so oily and soggy you could pick them up and watch the grease run off of them. They only thing done right was the bacon cheese burger. Miss the old owners. Won't be back.

Food was mediocre, service was terrible! Asked for water, got none. Asked for extra napkins, got none. Asked for coffee refill, got none. Was looking forward to homemade ice cream for dessert, waitress slapped bill on the table and walked away before we could order dessert. Waitress never asked if food was ok. It was, just ok, but we won't be back.

Nice casual dinner place as well as ‘awesome’ ice cream. Two of us shared a side of onion rings, the Chicken, Bacon Ranch wrap with side of fries, and a bowl of delicious homemade clam chowder. Portions are huge! They now have dine in tables so we didn’t have to do take out. Our server was super friendly and food was great. Will definitely be eating here again.Kid-friendliness: Booth behind us had 3 kids plus adults. All were getting ice cream. Lots of giggles and ‘yums’!

First time there won't be the last. Great meals at reasonable prices and ice cream super sized and inexpensive. Stopped by today. Food and service were still outstanding. Great place for lunch or ice cream or both!

New owners and they are doing a WONDERFUL job. We went for breakfast, and right off the bat you take notice of the new decor and styling in this new comfy place. Booths and enough tables and chairs for the whole town. Menu is stacked with classics and at really great prices. Can't really go wrong with your choices here!Parking: Plenty of parking. Nothing is really marked aside from the handicap parking, so use your brain and don't block anyone.

Went there to try their breakfast menu. It's very expensive first of all. For 2 people it was over $35. Nothing special. They burnt one of my pancakes. Their home fries potatoes was undercooked and the seasoning wasn't great at all. The bacon wasnt crispy at all, very much undercooked. Who doesn't want crispy bacon? Only gave a 2 star because I did like their deep fried French toast. Overall that will be my first and last time I will order from that place.

Delicious roadside ice cream stand. Better than an A&W or other similar place. I had a delicious bacon cheeseburger with a huge helping of fries. Perfectly cooked and wonderfully seasoned.

The best fish sandwich, put it this way McDonald's there filet fish sandwich is nasty and 8 bucks or more for 10 bucks you can have this,and while your at it have there ice cream best around. there banana split is excellent.

Visited Lickity Splitz for the first time this week. Cannot express enough how easy it was to order pick up take out. The people working there were super nice and patient. The window service went quickly even though there was a line. The menu is fun. Good amount of outdoor seating. Easy parking situation also.

Took my wife on a date, we had a great meal, Foot long Hot Dog, Haddock Sandwich, and fries. Nice picnic table, place was cleaned. Lickity Splitz was very busy, the staff was serving the food asap and with a smile. Customers were also very nice and polite! My wife saw The Big RanDom Poster for the Wichenstock concert for Aug 14, 2021, that's her favorite band!!! Zoom in on the right for the food menu. Yum!

It's not the prettiest picture possible but the ice cream was delicious! It's a raspberry sundae with hot fudge, cream, nuts and cherry on top. Yummy! We'll be back for sure! 😋

Great food and service. Everything was delicious. First time there for breakfast, definitely not going to be the last time. Going to try dinner there sometime, looks delicious.New owners are doing it right.Vegetarian options: Have vegetarian omelets, among others.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces right out front.Kid-friendliness: Bring the kids, they have to eat also.

My family loves this place and it's on the way to the lake so it's a great place for us to stop on the way home. A great way to end the day. Also a decent serving size. My daughter and I got smalls with whipped cream.
