This pharmacy wasn't that great a few years ago, as the techs there always seemed mad if you took up too much time and were generally snarky and unwilling to help problem-solve.THAT IS NOT THE WAY THE CURRENT CREW IS AT ALLI literally cried tears of joy and gratefulness after an experience I had at this pharmacy last week. My family and I suddenly lost insurance, without warning, a month ago. If I knew it was coming, I would have stocked up on any prescriptions I could before. But here I am paying out-of-pocket for my meds (one being over $140 every two weeks!). I had a few coupon sites recommended to me to take off some of the costs. When we presented the coupon codes the woman behind the desk saw the new price and said "I think I can do better than that", and entered a different code to lower the cost. Than another employee walking by recommended a coupon code that THEY found works great, and she entered it. Apparently the staff keep track of different discount services for different meds to give the customer the lowest price. I was so beyond grateful and couldn't believe the group effort involved! They got my cost to be about 1/3 of the original price!!I hope this group stays together for a while and anyone in town in a similar situation without insurance should go to CVS for help.

The pharmaceutical section is the worst place I have ever been to for my needs! Zero Stars is what they deserve!It seams who ever you talk to cannot fallow simple instructions!If the aggravation continues I will have no choice but to do business somewhere else! Like the establishment across the Street!I do not shoot the messenger. These issues have been going on for well over a year!This uncalled for petty childish attitude needs to be adjusted. Custermer told cannot do. Next sentence from their mouth is, your all set I took care of it! Just because I asked who I needed to talk to, so it can be done! Only took 30 seconds to do in the computer!Management needs to put someone in charge to clean up all the stupidity. Unfortunately more people than I must be going through the same ordeal and are relocating their suppliers!Which would mean that this place would not separate me from my money. Nor would they have the privilege of doing the same from my insurance provider! Some other place will have the enjoyment of doing so!It's all about the money. I will drive around the world if I need to!Check out the photos, sure looks like nobody else is in the store. Maybe they are all leaving so that they can regain their confidence in a particular pharmacy!Good luck and good bye?Mr. P says, BUMMER👎👎👎👎😯🤔😎

Scheduling immunizations using the CVS appointment procedure was the best system I've ever used. My 3 shots were done the same day I filled out the form. No problem, nice job. Allen

I had an outstanding experience at CVS. The manager, Jessica, was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and informative. Additionally, she was efficient, and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. You can spot fake sincerity. Hers was genuine.. This store is very, very fortunate to have her.

God help you if a script is called in even 1 day. It goes on "hold" and even staff admit it just sits there. App is useless. Have to call at least 4 x month minimum, sigh. We rely on this for health?

I use the photo machine quite alot. Thank you for FINALLY fixing the \"magic hole\" that sometimes took the pictures and hid them inside the bottom of the printer. today the machine would not read my cell phone (it read it yesterday) AS USUAL ALEXANDRA CAME TO SAVE THE DAY\" but, this time even she could not fix it. Suggest all photo computers have a daily automatic system check every night. It might prevent problems.

I’m tearing up writing this. I can barely see my keyboard, and I’m almost bending over from happiness…I’m in the parking lot of this amazing CVS, THE BEST ONE IVE EVER BEEN TO! (And I’ve been to a lot of CVS in my time…)I don’t think I’ll be able to read the keyboard if I talk about amazing workers that were here, so I’ll just cut this short.Thank you for everything, Jose❤️

Not a bad store. I've been a couple times when out in Winchendon. Last time I was there, I bought a gallon of milk that I accidentally dropped out in the parking lot after exiting this store. I went back inside, explained my situation to the staff & was allowed to get a new one. I was asked did I have the empty jug, but told them no, that it was a huge wet mess out in the lot, so they did send an employee out just to verify that this really did occur. Then the young man who did the exchange was very good about it, and didn't take long at all. They do have a self checkout for customer's convenience here also. Nice variety of items, including beverages/snacks, cosmetics, medicines/health items, stationary/greeting cards, laundry items, cleaning supplies, household goods, paper products, etc. Prices are a little high, one of the more expensive drug stores I've been too. You can definitely find many of the same items cheaper at other places, such as Walmart or even some dollar stores. I believe Walgreen's which is also nearby is cheaper as well.

Sad to say... I will be switching my pharmacy. The staff at the pharmacy are incompetent at their jobs. Went there to get my asthma medication and told it was going to cost me $100 because I didn’t have my cvs pharmacy card with me to update THEIR system. Then when I complained about it.. it literally took him two mins to look up my insurance information. I went an hour after the app told me it would be ready... nope not ready either. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with the pharmacy. Don’t need the hassle... I’ll gladly go elsewhere!!!!

After Family Pharmacy closed my family's precriptions were sent there. I could only take so much of dealing with rude and unprofessional employees (ignoring customers, being told it would take 6 hours to fill 1 script when the person in front had 4 scripts and is told half hour, , being huffed at because your license is hard to remove from wallet, being short tempered, as you wait they just stare at you and then turn their back on you) I moved our scripts to Rite Aid. Should of done that from the beginning. I have not been in there since.

Lady named Tanya who works here is rude and unprofessional. My husband had a severe infection and was trying to get his prescription. When he called she hung up on him. Then the manager helped and when he went to pick it up she couldn't find his CVS card with his number and he said it was okay and once again she was rude and said that's what I thought. We will not be going back there unless she gets fired or reprimanded.

This location is clean and well maintained. Also has a drive through pharmacy and now offices deliveries, once a week i believe. Their staff is super friendly and know their way around the store.To the comment above Tanya is amazing and far from rude or unprofessional.

The prices in cvs are so much higher then other stores selling the same products. The only thing I go here for anymore are prescriptions and even then they are cheaper at Walmart with a lot less hassle. The people working the pharmacy seem to hate their jobs..

The drive up is deathly slow. Idk if they need to hire more people or just faster ones, but 15 minutes per vehicle is unacceptable.
