Okay, this place is really really professional. Let me tell you why1. The building is clean and bright. It's a calming warm environment inside.2. The prices are competitive and really reasonable. If you have less to spend they definitely have something for you too.3. The staff is literally so nice and not intimidating at all. If I have questions they have answers.4. Their products are fantastic.I come here every few months and am never disappointed. This place is high end and extremely fair priced compared to other dispensaries I've been to in the area.

Very clean very friendly! Ordering online is a great experience and pickup in store is super easy. They usually have your order ready in minutes. Great deals always going on. Sign up for texts to know when they post new deals or new products. I come here since they are the closest store that has my favorite brands in stock. (Lost farms and incredibles) :)

Ok, Mass tax of 20% sucks… but even with the tax they are excellent deals’ and quality products! The staff are outstanding’! There are excellent vibes and decorations! The prices and deals are no match even for medical! Remains bud barn! F-shake growers mix sativa is my new to go!

Great and knowledgeable customer service. I was traveling from out of the area and was able to view the menu on the website and decide that this was where I wanted to go. Prices were great for what I was wanting in comparison to driving to Gardner and paying more.

I bought a 1/4 of flower which came in 2 containers an 1/8th each. Cracked one open and it smelled weird but I rolled one up and smoked regardless. Didn’t get high, tasted terrible and it was dryer than this mornings laundry coming out of my dryer. I decided to go back and see if I could at the very least exchange it…nope, wouldn’t do it. Even after they broke the seal on the unopened jar and me sucking up the loss on the one I did open. Willing to give me $20 of another purchase not an exchange. Clearly says on receipt, defective products can be exchanged. Who decides what’s defective? In my view, the customer in these cases as were the ones rolling the dice on a product you can’t even view before buying it. They call it you not liking it and it’s done by a 22 yr old who wasn’t even born when I started smoking.This is why the guy in his garage will continue to get my business. At least you can say no when you look and smell it if it doesn’t meet expectations.Poor business policies.

The People at the counter on 9th of March at about 10am. The people treated us like we were ruining their day, we just had questions about strains and glass wear. Everytime I went to ask a question it ruined their mood...They answered the questions but seemed annoyed with every one. Isn't that the point of having employees?? I just wanted to leave. It didn't help that they actively tried to ignore me when I needed assistance. Horrible experience dealing with them, further up the road is another dispensary who don't treat me like this. One employee even ignored me, looked right at me when asking for help them proceeded to help the dude behind me. I'm so upset, never going back.

It was my first time visiting the dispensary, and even from the outside you know you're going to be walking into a great shop! Loved the classy but cozy decor and homey feel to the inside. The staff were warm and friendly, plus my budtender helped me pick a great deal on a product I love.

I don't remember her name, tiny girl, glasses, Long hair straight, at about 3:30 pm today, awesome service. I was out riding my bike and stopped in for a couple prerolls. I had a complaint, she made a suggestion and I took a chance and believed her. She was spot on! Awesome job, always great service at bud barn.

When was the last time your dispensary made you feel special as an individual? These guys are amazing. It's am expensive high-end store. I asked if they had any sales for half gram carts. They said yeah $35/ for 1/2 gram. In my head I'm thinking if I go to West Fitchburg 6 miles away a 1/2 gram cart on sale is $17. I spent $65 for a 1/2 gram cart and a new battery. The equivalent battery and 1/2 gram cart at The Healing Center would have ran me about $37 out the door, just saying. I would compare this place to Ethos. The only good things are the service was great. But all dispensaries I've ever been to have great service. And this place had a selection of 3 vqpe batteries that are not pen shaped. I'd been to Healing Center in Fitchburg at least 3 times over the course of 3 months asking for a vape battery that isn't shaped like a pen. They kept saying they were on back order for 3 months and still don't have them. So I'll give Bud Barn credit for actually having more stuff. But I probably won't go back seeing that their cheapest 1/2 gram cart was $35. That is a bit ridiculous and I only bought it so I would have to go out of my way.

In the beginning, I liked the dispensary, it was close and they had good prices but then their prices started increasing and there was times where I was short by change and I had to ask some of the employees to spot me and they did at times but when they did it seemed like an issue. Today was the last day that I went there, I purchased a 1 gram pre roll and I didn't think it would come out to what it came out to be so I was 21 cents short and when I mentioned that to them, they said that they couldn't spot me anymore cause I asked employees to do it and it made them feel uncomfortable in the past so when I went outside to look to find 21 cents and even asked two people and luckily one was nice enough to give me $1, I went back in and someone told me that I am asked to not come back after this purchase anymore because I asked other customers for money. They're very stingy, I was short by 21 cents. I don't recommend this place anymore. Terrible.
