I called to inquire about plain white bathroom tiles bc they advertise for bathroom and kitchen projects and was abruptly told that they don't sell them. I didn't receive "exceptional service" and she hung up before I could ask anymore questions. I told her they were to make coasters and didn't get the chance to ask any other questions pertaining to the remodel I'm doing on my own home because she hung up. I'm disappointed with the customer service and confused why a home improvement store wouldn't carry plain white standard 4x4 tiles. 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ I also needed a quote on lumber, wallboard, and paint but I won't be calling back. The people who speak to customers on the phone are the face of the company. They can make or break sales and sometimes a small sale can lead to a better and more sizable one.

Went to buy a piece of conduent. Shelf says $9.99. get the the register and blonde woman tries to charge me 13.99..i told her what the shelf price was , she never went to check it. Just said well it's 13.99. so I didn't buy it . I told her that the shelf price should match the register price. She said she would check into it later..and I go there every weekend. Nice job lady. This is why people make the trip to home Depot.

Found the hardware I needed. Not totally impressed with drill bit or file selections but had alternatives that would work for job scope. Prices reasonable and store well organized. 3.5 stars

They are okay, they could be better. We order a lot through them because they are local but the employees there look miserable. Like they don't want to work/be there. They have no personality. When we ask them questions, they give me that horrible look, like if I'm asking them to run across country or something.

Needed to replace glass on an exabition frame. Asked attendant if he could clean it and he was amenable to do it. People are very pleasant and friendly. I was in and out in no time at all. Glass was pre cut for the size I needed.Mr. P says 👍👍👍👍🙂🍒🎯

I would rather not Express how I feel about the way they treated me at this time. I used Belletetes for many years while putting up many houses when Ted was in charge, but things have changed. It's a shame I don't spend enough on items now and they dropped me from getting contractors discounts. I will leave it at that. I get most of my products from National Lumber nowdad's except for a number of small items.

Horrible customer service, girl at counter was very rude, asked if they had any air conditioners available for $129 they had advertised from June 25th to July 5th I was told we don't have them ,when I asked for a rain check or when she thought they'd be getting more in,she replied "I don't friggin know,and im not giving you a rain check either cuz i dont have too!!! I asked to speak with her manager and was told he wasn't in the building yet. This is unacceptable customer service and I will NEVER shop here again.

Too bad they can't get decent help there. No one ever wants to lend assistance. I walk out with nothing in hand and no one asks if I need help. It's no wonder the big box stores are taking over.
