We have been a long time customer at the Wilmington store and highly recommend them. We went in on a Friday night at 6 to purchase 3 phones. Jose was more than happy to take care of us. Switching out phones can be a process and he was so friendly, polite and helpful. he stayed until we all had new phones and made sure everything was perfect before we left. Be warned that this location charges $25-$50 for basically any service outside of buying a new phone. It’s $25 for 20 minutes, or $50 if longer than 20 minutes.I bought a new phone online to replace the existing Verizon phone on my account and brought it here to activate, after 20 minutes they couldn’t get the phone activated due to an error they were getting, and they still assessed this fee for “tech support”.I then went home, spent 10 minutes on the phone with Verizon support, and had the new phone activated without any trouble. For anything outside of buying a phone here, I’d save yourself some money and effort, and just call Verizon instead.
