Jeff in the Minute Clinic is a total sweetheart and I wish all medical professionals were like him. I went there this morning for a scheduled cholesterol test and he was friendly, personable, easy to talk to, and very thorough with the results and recommendations. He's a gem! Very happy with my visit.

I purchased 3 $100 Visa gift cards on December 20th for Christmas gifts, and when the recipients went to use them they did not work. The card had the last 2 digits scratched off the front, and the magnetic strips were scratched up and tampered with, rendering them totally unusable. All packaging looked totally fine otherwise. You would never know that they had been opened.I Have all receipts and cards, and tried to return them to CVS, and they told me they cannot do anything about it and to call corporate. Called corporate, they gave me a claim number and told me to call back in 3-10 business days.I have called back 7 times, since January 5th, on hold for over 1 hour each time, to now find out (on January 30th) that there is nothing they can do and I need to call Visa. Called Visa and they said there is nothing they can do.... go call CVS.So now I am out hundreds of dollars, and gave people unusable Christmas gifts. Great.NOTE TO GIFT CARD SCAMMERS/CRIMINALS: You can tamper with and steal gift cards from this CVS store with literally no consequences at all... go nuts!

THIS 5 STAR RATING IS FOR THE MINUTE CLINIC!! Today I went to the minute clinic for a yearly wellness physical and flu shot. The nurse was professional, gentle with the flu shot, and personable. Would 100% go to the minute clinic again!

I am a Dasher, I go almost every night to this CVS to buy product to our costumers. Always is a two young ladies they are so nice, tonight I went to shop once again, it was another lady there I never Saw before, she said she is a manager, when I asked for information about some products that was probably out stuck, she was so rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, racist, to me and another Dasher who also asked for information.As a Dasher, I represent the costumer and don't deserve to be treated like that.

Genuinely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. So unprofessional, they talk over you to their “favorite customers” and coworkers, barely listen to what you say, and I was told multiple times that my medications would be ready in a few minutes and that I’d be called to pay once they were available, only to never have my name called, and when I finally ask my meds are mysteriously “ready” and then I’m made to go wait in line all over again. Absolutely wretched staff, cold, unhelpful, and just plain bad at their jobs. I would give zero stars if possible

We are regulars at Wilmington CVS lately with our toddler adjusting to daycare viruses. Tonight we went through the drive thru to pick up a prescription for our 16 month old and the script wasn’t quite ready. It was past her bedtime and she was uncomfortable, crying in the backseat. The pharmacist overheard her tears and had the medicine ready in seconds, letting us skip the 15 minute wait. These kind gestures mean more than you know. THANK YOU!

I fill all of my wife's prescriptions here and always get enough register receipt discount coupons to wrap a mummy . However, every time I try to use them , they say I am presenting the wrong CVS card. EVERY time. Do they think I go trash picking for them?I wouldn't buy a candy bar from them ever again.Most items are cheaper at other stores at full price than at CVS with the stupid coupon.I will say contrary to many other reviews I've read, the pharmacy staff is wonderful. I most always use the drive thru and the associates are always professional and friendly.

Our experience could not have been any worse! We booked appointments online for Covid-19 rapid tests that morning. Drove there to the drive through which is where we had tested at other CVS's in the past. After 5 minutes and being the only vehicle there, we were told he would be right with us. After waiting another 5 minutes, he told us to drive around to the parking lot and text the number posted so we did. After waiting 10 minutes and not seeing anyone or getting a text back, I tried calling the store but I was routed to a central location where the person who answered told me to go in the store. So I did and waited 5 minutes at the pharmacy to be told by the pharmacist that he had nothing to with the tests. I pressed for some assistance and he told me to walk to a different part of the store and check which I did but no one was there so I went back to the pharmacist who told me tough luck for getting my sick daughter tested for Covid that the testing must be closed I showed him my appointment confirmations to which he told me that was the MinuteClinic. This man was the pharmacist and clearly should not be in that job with zero compassion or caring for someone's well being, especially a sick child. Imagine just turning us away with no options for getting my daughter tested and actually being annoyed that I would ask. He didn't check another location, offer an at home self-test, or even provide me with a number to call for assistance. I was treated much better at the donut shop up the street. I understand that there are staffing issues and Covid has taken a toll on the healthcare profession, but nothing excuses treating someone like this. Please be warned to avoid this CVS location for testing or anything that involves the pharmacy.

The only thing consistent about this pharmacy is the low quality of service. To be clear, the pharmacists are spectacular. The customer service desk is abysmal.It is the same issue every time.An error occurs.I stand in line.I notify person at cashier of error.They send me to drop-off.I stand in line/wait for rep to get off phone.I explain the issueThey respond (usually rudely) with misinformation.They refer me to consultation with pharmacists.I go to consultation desk.I stand in line/wait (for the overworked) pharmacistThey confirm the misinformation and fix the problem.I sit and wait for 5-15 minutes.I don't mind the wait. If it takes x amount of time to perform y task, I get it it. However, if I'm waiting some other amount of time because you've made an unnecessary mistake, my impatience meter kicks off.Its very likely that the system they used is overly convoluted and complex. Errors happen.My concern is how often I'm provided with inaccurate information (concerning my or family's healthcare), how rudely it is delivered.I'd much rather be told "I don't know, let me check" than being passed off rudely to another person to solve a problem.

Had a scheduled & confirmed flu shot for 12/28/21 @ 5:40pm. We arrived at 5:30pm. The website must have been down since we couldn't pre-check in (we tried to check online 15 times between 4pm and 5pm, but the CVS website didn't allow it). The CVS kiosk was closed when we arrived at 5:30pm. We waited until 6:30pm and the male CVS pharmacist who was administering injections refused to give the injection. Weird. We will be going back to the primary care office from now on for the flu vaccine.

Had to go a week without certain meds multiple times plus it's always bloody busy there which is half their problem and there's only like two good people there, so I decided to go with billerica medical center pharmacy in north billerica for everything now, at least they're good folks their & treat you well and go out of there way so that you at least get your NECESSARY meds on time. If they don't have it it'll be there the following day.

I just had the worst experience here. I was running a few minutes late to my covid 19 test and this rude woman was so blunt saying that I should have gotten there faster and that I'd have to make another appointment. I was so shocked I just said thanks and hung up. If I could go back and ask to speak to the manager I would have. I rarely write reviews, I have only ever written one other one. We are in the middle of a pandemic and this rude lady couldn't give me an extra 2 minutes. I truly hope she gets fired. I should have asked for her name.

Unbelievable incompetence and laziness. How do you give a zero star review? They surely don't deserve even 1 star.Went to get an antibiotic prescription filled. Waited about 15 minutes in the drop off line. Finally got to the front and the woman took the script and my insurance card. After a few minutes she said there was a problem with the card and she'd have to call the insurance company and asked me to have a seat and that they would call me at the checkout line.Waited another 30 minutes and the clerk asked if I had been helped and I said the other woman was helping me and was supposed to have called the insurance company.This new one took my card, went behind the counter and said there was a problem with the card and that it usually means that the company was sending a new card. Said I'd have to either pay full price or wait for them to call the insurance company which the first woman was supposed to do.Since they were too busy to call I took my card and demanded the script back and went home.Called the insurance company and they said there was no problem with the card and they must not have entered the correct information.Thanks CVS for wasting over an hour of my time driving there and waiting for nothing.I concur with the other reviews - the staff at this CVS don't know what they are doing and are lazy.I will not go back there again and my family won't either.Good job at losing our business.Update - I went to the Walgreens about 200 yards away from CVS and they took my card, validated it was fine and filled the script in 15 minutes.Anyone in Wilmington using CVS and accepting their lousy service should go the extra traffic light to Walgreens. They were courteous and knew how to do their job.CVS = lousyWalgreens = great

Covid - 19 VaccineFurst doseI arrived on scheduled time. Seemed like I was bothering them to be in there. Seemed like I had to the guy to finish his job to give me vaccine. Hello! Scheduled time! Luckly came by a kind lady and I told her about getting the vaccine what she promptly did. I was surprised how I didn't feel anything. When I looked ito my arm it was alredy done. I remember she cleaned the area before applying the vaccine.Second doseAfter applying the vaccine in the afternoon at my night sleep I noticed the area was inflamed. This has never happened before in my whole life. I don't remember about cleaned the area so I'm not sure. But I will ask about it and watch next time if the area had been cleaned well once seems like all of us will have to continue taking those vaccines.

I often have to pick up medication for the quadriplegic woman I take care of. The pharmacy staff is almost always rude and there is always some sort of problem. They do not take responsibility when they make a mistake, instead they said there was no error on their part. She will be switching pharmacies. Save yourself the headache and do not go here!!!!!

AVOID. I think these guys have a double-payment scam going on. Mysterious payment problems when there is no insurance problem are usual here. I only chose this place because they are 24 hours, but it is absolutely not worth it. You will have to come back during the day anyway to speak to a manager, and let's not forget time spent on hold with the insurance company to confirm that there is no problem and that CVS is just jerking you around.Expect to pay full, uninsured price for your medication. If you are persistent you can get your money back, but seriously! This seems to happen way too often and to too many different people to be a coincidence.

My family has had nothing but bad experiences here. Years ago we switched our prescriptions to Walgreens due to the rude people that work here. Just today we tried returning a broken Halloween decoration. We were told "no" by the manager while our young son was crying right in front of him. We took the item to the Tewksbury CVS, where they took the item and replaced it- No questions asked. They were even apologetic for it. Avoid Wilmington CVS at all costs!

In the 14 years our family has lived in Wilmington, I have never had less than a 3 star experience in this CVS, and much of the time, it is a 5 star experience. No matter if mid-day or middle of the night, when I have needed assistance with something, someone has helped me. This includes the pharmacy. In fact, once very recently, when my husband vey urgently needed a particular drug that they did not have, they quickly and proactively found another one of their branches that did have it, and called ahead to have them hold it for us, then called us to let us know when it would be ready for pickup.

Do not go here! Rude staff at the pharmacy, on the phone and in person. I am actually scared to call to refill my scripts because their tone makes me feel like I am wasting their time and annoying them. First time in this location I witnessed a pharmacists and an employee yelling and arguing back and forth with each other. I am a transplant patient that takes 12 meds daily. I will be moving everything back to Walgreens even though it is further from me. This pharmacy is a disgrace. Do not go here.

Quick and efficient!! Friendly and competent! Get all our family's prescriptions here. Don't know why the other people writing reviews are having such problems. Have never had a problem here. I mostly go through the drive through where you can also drop off a prescription and pick it up shortly after. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Most pharmacist are polite and admit it when they make a mistake and try to fix it. There is wrong with the way they train the pharmacists here. Rather than fix the mistake they made with medications they get angry at the customer, especially Janet.

It’s always Different depending who you get. This time They need to update my insurance card so he told me I had to wait 15 minutes OK that’s fine. 30 mins later I go up and ask what’s the hold up he says oh ya your all set. So frustrating.

I've never once had a prescription filled on time. I quit. I've never seen a pharmacy unable to fill an automatic renewal in which we also confirmed over the phone before we came. Unbelievable.

No Covid vaccinarion walk-ins! Contrary to their website that will not take appointments for covid vaccinations and is clearly marked as "Walk-ins only", I was refused vaccination without appointment.

so terrible. got jerked around for a WEEK with them saying i needed a PA and my doc and insurance both confirming that i didnt. and it was a time sensitive medication that I needed asap. finally went in to pick it up and the pharmacy was CLOSED at 8:30 am on a monday for an "emergency"........... ridiculous
