I bring my boxer and German shepherd mix here and would never bring them anywhere else. All the staff are very friendly and my pups come home looking and smelling good. Savanna does a great job with them and I trust them in her hands

Kathy definitely knows what she is doing. She knows how to handle show quality type animals so they are really clean and wonderful. 🙂 i noticed someone complained about shaving one thing that comes to mind is if the dog has not been done in a long time and its all knots then it is not just a simple job. Kathy has been around a long time and i dont think we are getting the whole story. She can do a dog by herself why would it take 3 people?

Our first time with Kathy and she did a wonderful job! We were concerned about our old man (14yrs) Winston - mini schnauzer - going to a new groomer. He came back looking and smelling 10 years younger! He even had pep in his step! We are grateful being able to bring him to a professional.

We just left Pets Reflection and we could not be any more pleased with the service our one year old puppy Maltese/Shih Tzu mix received while there. We had previously visited two other groomers and were not pleased. We had ease with making our first appointment at Pet Reflection two weeks out when other groomers were booked.We dropped him off and they took him right on time. Our dog was met with a friendly welcome. He was a challenge with having matting from playing in the snow. We explained he had a sensitive ear and they reassured us he would be fine.We picked up our puppy and he was absolutely adorable and so happy after his time spent there. The price was reasonable considering his matting. We were so pleased with the exceptional care and service we received and definitely will be a loyal customer.

Kathy does a wonderful job grooming my Morkie. I brought my dog to her as a puppy and she was very gentle with him, slowly building him up to be able to handle a "full" service. Tucker loves going there and always looks so cute when I pick him up. Highly recommend them for your dog's grooming needs. Just wish she did cats so I didn't have to go to 2 different groomers.

I saw all the positive reviews and am looking for a groomer for my 2 puppers! I called today and the experience was terrible! The employee who I was trying to speak to was so rude that I did not even end up scheduling with them. It was clear she had no customer service or simple people skills at all. I wouldn’t trust her with my fur babies simply with the way she treated me!!!

I called last minute on a Saturday morning to see if they could fit in my 4 month old German Shepherd/Lab Mix for a nail trim. Savannah picked up the phone before they even opened at 9am and was more than happy to accept him right away. She was kind, professional, and did a great job trimming Bruno’s nails in under 5minutes! We will most definitely be back for all our grooming needs. Xx Beck & Bruno

I wish I could rate this place 100+ stars. The staff was so amazing. My dog looked incredible after his cut! I’ve taken my dog to two previous groomers before and left unhappy every time. But, I would recommend Pets Reflection to anyone. I will never bring my dog anywhere else!

My "boy" Louie got his first grooming here 4/10/21 and it was worth every penny! He got the royal treatment from the staff and came out so soft and lovely smelling. He's a handful with his coarse, always shedding coat and they somehow managed to soften up his fur and de-shed him perfectly. He's an elder dog (12 yrs.) and a solid 55-60 pounds. The staff was so wonderful with him. So glad I found out about this place ( word of mouth) and Louie can't wait to return. Thanks!!

Our first grooming of our Yorkie Winston at A Pet's Reflection was great!! They did a great job and he looks so handsome!! Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!!

I had my dog shaved.They gave me a price of $55. When I came back to pick him up they wanted another $20.Said Theat it took 3 of them to do it.Not 1 person has ever had a problem.I would never go back to them...$75 to just shave him...Really!Horrible business! That's just riping you off.
