Our host was incredibly kind, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the fresh breakfast was probably the nicest I’ve seen in any motel anywhere. The price was also amazing for what we received.Food & drinks: Such a good fresh breakfast. Yogurt, wide selection of fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, coffee, etc.

Willows has long been a 'Go-To' spot whenever returning to the Berkshires as a former MCLA (North Adams State) mens basketball Alum '85. Conveniently located where you can have the best of Williamstown as well as the short travel distance to North Adams, the hospitality is gracious, welcoming and on point in providing cozy, clean and comfortable rooms. I am usually not a fan of motels,however I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this one. We booked last minute as this was the only one we could find with a vacancy. The room was clean, spacious enough, with a fridge and microwave, sitting area, and desk. Clean bathroom with plenty of fluffy towels. Free wifi, cable TV. The breakfast is one for the champion, with healthy options (juices and hot drinks, selection of fresh fruits and nuts, yogurts, cereals, bagels and bread, and topping.) There are plenty of picnic tables , chairs, and umbrellas allowing you to enjoy sunny days . Pool in the back... Mostly, the owners are very welcoming, friendly,and helpful ...Great experience!

The owner of the Motel is very cooperative, polite, gentle & enthusiastic. I am From India, I visited many places with family in USA & stayed in many Hotels & Motels but I feel much better in this Motel . In breakfast there are so many fruits , tea , coffee & other dishes . It was complete & organic food. I am totally satisfied, thanks to owners & management team .

Traveled from Texas to see family and stayed at the Willows. The staff was simply amazing and super friendly! They were very attentive and kind. The breakfast was A++, delicious and healthy! The rooms were clean and had plenty of extra towels and pillows in drawers. We were very comfortable and pleased and would definitely stay again!

Honestly, if I hadn't seen the reviews I would have driven right past this place. It is an older motel that the owners are working hard to update. We had a nice room with two queen beds. Mattresses were new. Everything was clean. When we arrived it was dark, but there was a light on in the room and the heat had been turned on. Such a nice gesture. Breakfast was great (coffee, juice, bagels, fruit, cream cheese and peanut butter). If it had been warmer we would have sat out in one of the outdoor areas that look very inviting. Thank you for the great night sleep!! We will be back if we are in the area again.

Willows motel is an exceptional value. The hosts were very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A warm and clean room, comfortable bed, healthy breakfast and recommendations from the host ( and discounts on some nearby restaurants and attractions too ! ) are some of the things that we really appreciated on a cold weekend in February with heavy snow. 100% would recommend.

This is such a fun and convenient place to stay! The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing - the freshest, healthiest hotel breakfast I have ever eaten! The flower-filled surroundings, with picnic tables, lounge chairs and pool, make it a lovely place to relax after a day of busy sightseeing. The staff are very friendly and extremely attentive to their guests' comfort and satisfaction. I will definitely book again!

We spent 10 days here and the price is good for the area. The customer service by the family is excellent. The free breakfast is the best and healthiest I have ever seen. Good coffee.Soft beds, warm rooms, fridge, coffee maker, hot water, new towels.Noteworthy details: It is near Williams College where our son goes. Great location. Easy parking. Safe.

Extremely nice owners. Since I've been staying for an extended period of time, I got to know the 3 owners / front desk staff really well, and they've been so kind to me. Every time I ask for a towel, soap, etc, they ask me if I also want cereal & milk, and say I can take anything I want. They ask me nice questions about how I'm doing, give me everything I need, and are overall just awesome (when I asked for 2 rolls of toilet paper, they handed me a whole 20 pack of toilet paper rolls for free). The rooms are nice; Room 1 has a new bed, smart TV, two chairs, fridge with freezer, and microwave. It's a great value for a great price (about $72 on weekdays), and staying at a nice place with such nice owners has been really refreshing for me. I've never had to deal with any of the common problems motels often have; to me, it just feels like a hotel. Plus the breakfast is pretty good--homemade muffins, fruit cakes, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, and more. And it's only a 13 minute walk from the Williams College campus, with nice restaurants (Chopsticks, Korean Garden, Olympic Pizza Restaurant) only 3-8 minute walk away. Great place to stay!

Clean, well furnished rooms in a very convenient location. We stayed for one day and found it very comfortable. The father and son combo running the place are the delight. Extremely hospitable and gushing to offer help. The breakfast spread was awesome - big spread of fresh organic fruits and yoghurt among the usual stuff. The owner insisted on my daughters taking fruits and juice boxes with us for our journey. They made an otherwise hard to remember stay, a memorable one. Kudos.

This place was Fantastic! Stayed here with My Family overnight in July .There is New air conditioner New Mattress Made for comfortable sleeping. In the morning, They serve Buffet Breakfast in there office delicious coffee We were near to Williams College. Lots of dining options including next door Greek food. Can’t say enough positives about this charming and immaculately clean motel. Highly Recommended

Willows is a great bang for your buck. It is an old-fashioned motel, so it cannot be compared with a modern hotel experience. The room was clean with a new bed and carpeting. The cable TV setup was great. You can tell the owners take great pride in their small operation and they are very pleasant. The breakfast was a nice touch loaded with fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, juice, and yogurt.

I was in Williamstown to meet my friends at Williams College. I found Willows just a few minutes from the Williams College campus and decided to stay there as I got a good deal on Bed and Breakfast. The room was clean and fresh, giving me an excellent start, I had a good nap to get refreshed, and I stepped out to take a walk. They have a small patio with some tables where you can enjoy an evening tea while watching the sunsets. The following day I went for breakfast. They had a good spread, and I had a filling meal will great coffee to start my day. Overall I had a pleasant stay; the rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities and free WiFi access. Gladly, I did not face any problems during my visit, and I will choose Willows again without a second thought.

While hiking the AT my dad and I stopped for a zero day in Williamstown and absolutely adored our stay at the Willows Motel. Our room was clean, service was great (they even picked us up & dropped us off at the trailhead), had laundry service and was close to lots of good food options. I especially enjoyed all of the fresh fruit and amazing breakfast that was provided

Papa's Breakfast was Sublime! Never seen so many types of fruits all on one countertop! We loved the pool and the grounds. There were many places to sit outside plus a swing we loved. Brand-new mattresses and carpet. Near Wild Oats, grocery store, and a Greek restaurant. The only thing we noticed was that the bathroom floor was a little dusty.

We went to this motel for five days as our kids had camp at Mass MoCA and we were out of State. The best breakfast that anybody has ever served in a motel! Organic tea, seasonal fruit and nuts, and some sweet treats. My son had a stomach ache and I asked if they had peppermint tea, and the owner made us fresh ginger tea with honey. It was delicious! The pool in the back was also a big hit with the kids as was the teddy bears that they received from the owner! I highly recommend this hotel! Super friendly people and everything was very clean and welcoming!

This review is regarding the service and the no hassle cancellation I received. I do really appreciate the owner doing that. You very well could have fairly charged me a fee. My issue was simply I was looking for a getaway with a indoor pool in the online amenities from a third party website wrongly advertised this place of having one. As far as the location it was spot on the place was well maintained and again the service was great.
