Store is always clean and conveniently located. I needed rope, clippers and a new shovel, they had a great selection. They sadly were out of lime but Dan was such a big help finding everything and even gave me recommendations on great places to go hike after a long day of hard work. Great little store and amazing staff!

The customer service provided by Annette and the Aubuchon staff was exceptional ! I recently wanted to purchase an item online but was unable to physically pick it up at the store location- they cheerfully accommodated my situation. Outstanding!

I reserved U-Haul 15' truck couple days in advance with store employee (#2837130uhaul reservation confirmation) but when I showed up on Friday afternoon I was offered a 10' truck without a ramp. I told them this is not going to work for me , and I need a truck that I reserved. Apparently, my reserved truck was given to someone else and they offered to call around to other places (most of them closed or 20-30 miles away) to remedy this situation . I was stunned and furious experiencing a total absence of ability of the store personnel to hold u-haul reservation. My recommendation is, if you need a professional and knowledgeable help go somewhere else. My plans for this weekend are totally ruined. I am put in a difficult position because I can't postpone my move and I don't have truck that I reserved just because the people in this store seemed to me very incompetent or careless or both.

OUTSTANDING... I wish I'd purchased my mulch YEARS ago at Aubuchon Hardware. The store has such wonderful employees who are beyond helpful and friendly. This hemlock mulch is outstanding and smells wonderful. I leave in Pittsfield but its totally worth the ride to their store.

I needed to replace several fire extinguishers that I bought in November. Two of the three didn’t have a box & I had no receipt. Annette & her husband listened, researched my history & replaced them. They were professional, kind & efficient. Their customer service & willingness to stand behind the products they sell was outstanding! I can’t recommend them more highly!

I always come to this store because of their great customer service. Their reps are always patient and give me all the help that I need, whether to find a particular product or to help me find an alternative way to solve my problem. Today, yet again, they truly impressed me with their care of their customers. I broke the knob of my hot water kettle. Instead of buying a new kettle (and creating yet another landfill item), I visited Aubuchon to see if I could find a similar knob. The rep I asked was incredibly helpful. Although the store doesn't carry such a small product, he was so ingenious that he found a drawer knob and a matching screw and even took out a screw driver and put it on the cover of my hot water kettle for me! It only cost 3 dollars and I saved my kettle from being thrown into a landfill! I was truly touched by their kindness and thoughtfulness. They took the time to help their customers, no matter how little profit a sale is. I would give them 10 stars! Will definitely keep going back there to purchase what I need! Thank you so much!!!

I just want to say that your employee Daniel went out of his way to get what we were there to buy. Daniel had to pull several loads from the shelves of a very small storage area to get the product that we were after, he did so with a Profesional and courteous aditude and is in my opinion a great employee and you are lucky to have him at your Williamstown, MA Store!

My fiance and I just moved from North Adams to Pittsfield and rented a U-Haul from this location. U-Haul had moved our reservation to somewhere 30 minutes away the night prior and we missed that text - Jess (manager) and Rick were so helpful, they were able to change our reservation and provide us with a 10' truck, furniture pad, and dolly. They went above and beyond to help us when they could have just told us we needed to go to the other location. Not only is the customer service fantastic, the store is clean and well-organized and we were able to do some shopping for our new place as well. Thank you so much Rick and Jess!

I was looking for a 14 mm Nut and Bolt to replace the one I lost on the motor mount for a motorcycle everything's clearly marked in the nut and bolt bins clearly easier and faster than ordering online the go to place when you need something now highly recommend.

The store is well stocked and well organized with very helpful staff. If you're planning a spring garden, you will find everything you want. It's a great place for browsing without a salesperson looking over your shoulder. Enjoy the experience!

A life time shopper of aubuchons, I just received the rudest response of an employee. The store has been open for 10 minutes and I spot an employee on the floor with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, that being more important than my sale. I will go to the Greenfield store when I was once an employee.

This is a nice hardware store in Williamstown, Mass. They have a great selection of tools, paint, and garden goodies. They didn't have one of the things I needed, and, like true professionals, they sent me to a place where they did have what I needed. They saved the day for me! Very nice people!
