Saw the 'Wrapple' on Chronicle and added this place to my list. A few months later, I'm in the area for a wedding and I'm so glad this was on my list! The bakery section was glorious. The Wrapple and Chocolate Cherry Rollup are incredible — so fresh, sweet, and delicious! Also picked up a beautiful and irresistible loaf of Parmesan Provolone Bread, but haven't tried it yet.

This is an awesome jewel of a store in Williamsburg. It a must visit! They have EVERYTHING, including many unique items. Clothing, toys, signs, flags, hats, educational etc. See photos.

If you are traveling through Williamsburg you must stop here. Such a fun country store to wander through. I've been traveling by the store to visit family in Dalton MA for over 40 years. I stop every time. Today's visit felt so nostalgic. Loved it.

Wonderful bakery with selections from fresh bread and pies, cookies. Store itself rivals VT Counrty Store with its selections of old time gadgets, clothing, souvenirs, local jewelry, toys...packed into a small space. Hersey ice cream bar and outside seating make this a pleasant stop. Don't miss the outdoor corkboard with local flyers!

I've been a regular customer at the Williamsburg General Store since I was at least six years old. The food they make and sell there is still as wonderful as ever. Their breads, their wrapples, their ice cream, everything. No doubt the Majerciks have still got it!

What an assortment! Jewelry, candles, kitchen gadgets, spices, toys, clothing, baked goods....all stuffed in to a historic building with friendly staff in a charming New England small town.

This is a great place to visit on a weekend or anytime really. They have everything you could need and more! Many odds and ends, and lots of delicious food. Ice cream and a bakery. Love this place !

First time coming here and I absolutely loved this store, it’s my new favorite! They had so much to browse and as a nature lover I really loved so much of what they had in there. Reasonable prices too! Got a yummy bakery item, some honey, and beautiful butterfly earrings! Can’t wait to go back again soon.

Love this place! So many fun unique gift items! Many are made locally. Also, tasty fresh baked goods, penny candy, and killer milkshakes! Always a highlight when I'm in a road trip down Route 9.

Great selections of gifts ranging from food to smaller items like toys. Very friendly and warm. I treated myself to an apple baked good. It was very tasty. Everything they bake there is amazing. Great selection on dried fruit as well. Great place to stop in and grab a gift for someone or to treat yourself. 🙂

I was traveling from New York and decided to stop somewhere for some local ice cream and came across the store and it's funny because I grew up in Williamsburg Brooklyn I highly recommend the maple ice cream they have! DELICIOUS! i can't wait to go and try the chocolate chip cookies with milk.

What an amazing store! While I grew up in the area this is a spot I got to everything I am back. There is just so much here. From fresh baked goods and an ice cream shop to gifts, household items, indoor and outdoor decorations, toys and more. There is a wide selection of small kitchen items and spices and jewelry too.The ice cream alone is worth the trip. But enjoy the whole experience of this Tru old time general store.

The Williamsburg General Store is exactly what I was hoping to see in a country store. There are fun and functional cooking gadgets, fresh food and jams, teas, and many other odds and ends. They have hard ice cream for the summer and additional parking on the right side of the building. I really enjoy browsing these kinds of stores and finding things that I would have never found had I not gone in and looked around. This store is definitely worth at least one visit.

A lovely, quaint store! A mix of sweets and household bits and pieces that are new or retro in feel. Prices are a good mix, somethings very cheap while others are less so. Very friendly staff and lovely food sold.

I sometimes come here with my friends to buy some stuff. Never have been disappointed, never have had a bad time. You can buy like 50 tootsie rolls for a few bucks. 2 cents a piece. I feel very lucky that I have a general store in my town like this!

🙂 Worth stopping by if you've never been (and according to most, also if you already have). Make a b-line to the bakery if you're interested, as those items can go fast. Great place to find a small, locally-themed gift. Plenty of parking in the back. Friendly, helpful staff.😐 Can get crowded, making it difficult to maneuver in some of the narrow aisles. Prices are on the high side (perhaps having not yet dropped since the pandemic?).

Let me tell a traveler, stop in and enjoy it ice cream coffee snacks candy baked goods. Just stop and have fun do a little shopping you might find that you'll find things that you've never seen in a long time or you'll find something there that is useful that you can't find anywhere else.

What a neat place! You have to visit! I could have wandered in there for hours. So much to see. And so much you don't find anywhere else. Clove drops - wow. And catnip toys to bring home for my cat that all weren't like you see everywhere. Had totally forgotten about bubblegum cigars. But they had them. And wax soda bottles. Brought back my childhood! So many fun things! And the T-shirt i bought is nice & soft. Do visit!

I’ve been going to this store every couple weeks since moving into the area, and I’m always finding something new to buy as a gift or to bring home. The service is very friendly, and the management does a fantastic job of taking their time to show you products and help you find things. It’s stuffed to the max with goods, but that’s exactly what you want in a store like this. I’ve gotten their milkshakes several times and I’m never disappointed. They have great spices, jams, drinks, and even pastries. Really cute spot.

They have an eclectic assortment of gift items. From maple sugar items, spices,kids toys to their in house bakery. The ice cream is very tasty!Staff is friendly and kind. A little pricey but definitely worth a stop!
