First time working with Done Right Chimney, and we will definitely use them from now on! The guys were so nice, professional, and informative. The service was extremely thorough, and the wood stove insert not only looks great but we have complete confidence it's safe to use. They left the area around the fireplace cleaner than they found it! And the best part of all... when they saw we were masked, they immediately went back to their truck and got masks which they wore at all times inside our home. A deeply appreciated consideration. Sabrina answered my endless questions with great patience, the office sent emails confirming every day’s arrival time during the installation, and our new wood insert looks absolutely beautiful. It was a learning curve for me to build a fire in it correctly, but Cory came on a Saturday to teach me how to do it in time for the holiday season. No wonder DoneRightChimney is in such high demand!

Installation of the propane fireplace insert was fully coordinated and smooth. Great advice and guidance given when appropriate was greatly appreciated. Just a quality business, honest and trustworthy. We are also switching over to them for ongoing yearly chimney service.Follow up service that was planned to adjust flame after initial break in use was great. Cory arrived on time, adjusted the air intake, explained what was done and will come back for any further adjustments needed. Done Right is the best hands done, We were new in town and I was looking for a local, reputable business to assist with repairs the inspector pointed out. It turns out Cory new the house and was willing to do the work. Between emailing his wife we got the work work done, and developed a problem with the pellet stove we called Done Right Cory came on the day the inspection was done for the chimey liner and had the stove working great. We could not have asked for better service.

Corey and the crew were AWESOME ! Immediately came in the front door and put down drop cloths to walk on. Did the leaning of gas fireplace rearranged the logs for better ambiance , cleaned.the glass ,VA used up and were gone ! HIGHLY recommended this company......
