I have had nothing but good experiences here time and time again. No matter which Vet is seeing my animal I know they are in good hands, that gives me so much relief. I feel very lucky to have this place as the Veterinarian that cares for my animals. The staff is amazing. They truly care for your animals. They are compassionate, caring and very friendly. A time came when I had to put down my kitty that I had for over 20 years. One of the hardest things I’ve had to do in my life. They were so comforting towards me and allowed me time to say my goodbyes. A week later I got a card in the mail. Handwritten from the Doctor that was caring for us that day. That card meant so much to me. So yes, I would highly recommend Wilbraham Animal Hospital to anyone looking for an amazing Vet for their furry loved ones.

I like bringing my dogs here because it’s clean and the vets are really knowledgeable. They make recommendations not only to make money but keeping a budget in mind, which is not always my experience with other vets. I also like that they’re affiliated with the office on Page Blvd because sometimes that office will have openings if I call last minute I a pinch. Sometimes the front receptionists can be a little sassy but overall I wouldn’t bring my dogs anywhere else!

After bringing our Chihuahuas here and saw the best care they can ever have we decided to bring Milly here. We had a prior bad experience at a Pet Vet for Milly. To the point where she was traumatize to get in her carrier. Coming to Wilbraham Animal Hospital was the complete opposite. The Vet treated her with patience, love and care. He worked with herat her own timing. Milly felt very comfortable being around them. I loved it, got all my questions answered and he was very kind, friendly and patient.

The most friendly doctors and staff! I started taking my rescue here right after I got her and it was the best decision. Every time we have been in the office, it has been extremely clean and accommodating. Dr. Guidry is very warm, gentle, and loving and made me so at ease with my dog in her care. She was great at explaining and reassuring me throughout the whole appointment. Nelly now loves going to the vet as it’s no longer an anxiety producing environment for her as it previously was. I highly recommend the Hersman Family facilities and team! Thank you for treating our pets as extensions of your family!

I can't say enough great things about WAH! From Liz and Celenia at the front desk to the Outstanding Dr. Dgetluck, Wendy and Amber and all the other amazing staff who our kids have had the pleasure of meeting over the years! Have been going to this office for many years. Recently my dog got ill and I needed him sean as soon as possible. I had my appointment with in a couple hours. The technicians and Veterinarian were professional, and caring to Biscuit and myself. Diagnosed him quickly and I am happy to report he is back to himself.

Spoke with someone initially because my cat has been vomiting, said they needed my previous vet to send information. Called my previous vet, they said they would send the info. I never heard from Wilbraham Animal Hospital again. I've called multiple times. Now no one picks up, you have to leave a voicemail. No one has called me back. Very upset and disappointed

All I needed was a appointment for my cat, my cat is a indoor cat,NEVER goes out ,has a issue with a hot spot on his back where he is licking it alot and the fur is off,he's 7 years old,I have fed him the same food all his life, I'm thinking something in the food has changed!! I called asked if there taking new patients, the girl said yes,after she took my information she said they would call me back,they did told me no they won't see him!! Wth?? Because I don't take him yearly for Vaccines that he doesn't need!!!!! They overvaccinate these animals as it is. As usual, it's all about the money. They want me to go over to West Springfield as an emergency visit. When you just walk in the door and it's $211. You people suck!!!!!

The staff is great at Wilbraham Animal Hospital the place is clean the Dr is kind and I really didn’t have to wait long to be seen he took care of my dog he answered all of my concerns I am happy and will keep coming there and when my dog had some tests done they called me right away … all is well and I’m happy and my little Jasper is happy too thanks again

We have been coming to Wilbraham Animal Hospital for many years. The Doctor’s, staff, and technicians are the best! Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We love Dr. Belcher-Timme for her warm, friendly, and caring manner she gives to all her animals and clients. We are lucky to have her! We have known Liz since she was working with Dr. Rowe and can’t say enough about her professionalism. All the techs have always been friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend bringing one’s family pet to this outstanding hospital.

I decided to switch vets for my 3 year old shepherd because finding a convenient appointment with my current one was impossible. Dr. Hersman was very friendly, knowledgeable and my dog felt super comfortable around all of the employees! I will definitely be returning for all of my dogs future vet needs. The facility is also super clean and spacious.

Bella is 11 and has been a patient of Dr Dgetluck's since she was adopted at 18 months. It's very reassuring to have a great vet like Dr Dgetluck whom I know I can trust with Bella. The vet techs and office staff prepared me each step of the way for Bella's dental visit, which relieved a lot of anxiety I would have otherwise had. I appreciated all of the detail on her discharge paperwork for her at home care because I was overwhelmed a bit when picking her up. I received it by email and a paper copy and a vet tech walked me through everything, and effortlessly changed a pain med to liquid form when I requested it. In the follow-up call from the office the next day I again felt reassured that the team was there for Bella, and for any questions I had. The entire team is just amazing and Bella is healing wonderfully from her extractions! I feel there is so much thought and care that goes into each and every step at the office. Thank you all so much for all of the services you provide in such a caring and thoughtful manner!

My cat started crying, pacing, and going to and from the litter box without doing anything. I immediately knew that something was wrong. I called and explained what was going on. Showing much empathy, they squeezed me in at the end of their busy day so that I wouldn't need to drive out of town to an emergency veterinary hospital. My cat has a urinary tract infection that is clearing up. She, and I, are so appreciative!

At 4:15 6/11/2020 our 13 year old fur baby died. We have been coming to Wilbraham animal hospital, So we called to see what our options where to send our baby off. Aria was so kind which really helped. Dr. Hersman is fantastic, great bedside manner even when it’s not great news, just a great vet. His support staff is excellent, I love the techs in Wilbraham, all friendly faces. Ashley is the best. I always feel like we are in good hands there.

My cat is very aggressive and had not had a real checkup in three years because her old vet did not know how to handle a cat like her. Before I even took her to Wilbraham Animal Hospital they made sure I had everything I needed to make the visit go smoothly. They gave her the best care she’s had and the first comprehensive wellness visit and did their best to make her comfortable in that scary environment! Even had me wait in their room until we were ready to pay because there was a dog in the waiting area and they said there’s no sense in stressing her out until we’re ready to leave. Selena is the sweetest receptionist I’ve talked to as well! Would give 10 stars if I could!
