As home stores go, HD is on par with rest, I bit cheaper for what bought, (Bathroom vanity and sink top), than Lowes, more selection than Rockies, person who brought out the top was polite and professional

Was not helped at all in store, was told to just check for everything online... I specifically came to the store in person to see if I couldn't get what I needed today, not to wait online... obviously I know I can buy these products online

I spend way to much money here. That’s to say it’s a convenient shopping experience. I love this store and I have always found the team of The Home Depot employees to be very kind and helpful.I’m always glad to know that with almost any materials I buy, I can buy more than I think need and return what I don’t use on my next trip. The tool and truck rental service has saved me a ton of money over the years. When I purchased big items like a pallet of roofing shingles, I got help loading it up. I’m a very happy customer of The Home Depot.

Very helpful staff. Immediately greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed help. Directed me to the items I was looking for AND went and got a cart for me. Even though it was minutes before closing, no one tried to throw me out😂 I really appreciated that and apologized for my late arrival to the storeI love to support my local Home Depot.

Terrible customer service. As others have wrote its time to shop other retailers. Final straw after many issues at this store was when I placed an online order. It was supposedly ready for pickup in 15 minutes. I went to the store the next day at 3pm. The store was full of employees but very few customers. After waiting 20 minutes behind one customer at the service desk.( All they had was one employee at the service desk.) I made it to the counter and stated I was there to pickup my 12 items. I was told they were in receiving and someone would get them. Who knows why they were in receiving they dont take any room at all. Another 20 minutes no one showed up. I asked to talk to the manager. Supposedly he was coming. Another 10 minutes no one shows up. (I could have walked in, picked my items and left within 10 minutes.)10 more minutes no one showed so I had to cancel my order and leave. Customer service couldn't have cared less. They canceled the order in 2 seconds and acted like I was the problem.

Quality here is a priority! Not like places where the quality is Lowe's 😂 they fixed the damage from a store down the road without asking any questions. Love it! Don't go to the lower store, if you want to get it done.

HOME DEPOT WILBRAHAM IS MY FAVORITE STORE TO PURCHASE MY HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS. ALL THE EMPLOYEES GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GREET AND OFFER HELP. THE STORE IS VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND STOCKED. ONE DAY EVERYTHING THAT COULD GO WRONG DID AND MY DOG BIT ME AS I WAS HEADED OUT THE DOOR! BUT MY LUCK CHANGED THE MOMENT I WALKED INTO HD IN WILBRAHAM. THERE I WAS ASSISTED BY A WONDERFUL ASSOCIATE BY THE NAME OF LILIANNA. SHE WAS MOST HELPFUL HELPING ME FIND WHAT I COULDN'T FIND AT OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES. SHE PUT SOME SUNSHINE BACK IN MY DAY! EVER SINCE THAT DAY I LOOK AROUND TO SEE IF SHE IS WORKING BEFORE I START SHOPPING BECAUSE SHE KNOWS THE INVENTORY ON HAND AND WHERE IT IS IN THE STORE..IF ALLOWED I WOULD GIVE HER A 10 STAR RATING!!! HOME DEPOT IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE TO PURCHASE MY HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS. SHE IS MY SUPER HERO AT THE WILBRAHAM STORE.

I was able to find the counter stove I wanted, and was even a dollar cheaper than at the previous store I went to. Hey, a dollar is a dollar jajaja Customer service was excellent in the appliance department. Even with multiple people waiting, I didn't feel rushed during the purchase. He was also able to answer all of my questions.

I ordered a lawn mower that was shipped to the store. I brought it home and one of the wheels was cracked. I was so aggravated. I packed it up and brought it back. The first customer service rep I spoke to was not helpful at all. Then I met Cole who suggested we could put 2 new wheels on it. 15 minutes later I left store with 2 new wheels no charge. I was so impressed with Cole. He was the epitome of great customer service. Thanks to him he saved the day for me. Give this guy a raise. He’s the best

Well the morning started bad. I went to Lowe's this morning and figure it's as closer to my house I could get some plumbing parts I waited I called for 30 minutes 35 minutes and no one came to give me help so I said let me go to Home Depot. So the minute I go there I saw I waited I saw an elderly gentleman help me no problem he got all the parts I needed they didn't hesitate when I said I need your help sir can you come help me please and he said sure he came to help me no problem it wasn't like the Lowe's people they see you they hide they don't want to help you so I think Lowe's is going to be my store from now on to the gentleman who helped me thank you.

Ordered a grill and asked for it asembeled. When I went to curbside pick up no one came, after 30 mins of waiting we went inside. They pulled the grill from the back and loaded it on the truck. After going home we noticed it was missing parts, banged up, AND STILL HAD THE TAG ON IT… SO IT CAME FROM DISPLAY.So they were supposed to pick it up, and bring a newly assembled one. Once the delivery was made it was still in the box 🤦🏾‍♀️.So they took that one back a long with the new one, and the one we already have back. Told us it will be here by 2pm, then at 4 I was notified i wouldnt be getting it for another for another 2-3 days. I had a Mothers Day cookout planned for the next day smh

Went to go exchange my propane tank and was told that someone would meet me at the cage, well about 15 minutes passed and no one showed up so I called the store to see if anyone was coming someone from the paint department came because that’s where the automated system transferred me

This store was okay but Home Depot is a whole as much business as I do with them being a contractor the way they do business for a $40 billion dollar company per year if I can go anywhere else first that's where I'll go even if it's out of my way cuz overall Home Depot's run like two children fighting over the same piece of equipment on the playground versus being or having a system that actually works. It's absolutely pathetic how Home Depot runs their National Business and they never seem to be accountable for how they don't train a staff member correctly and you base on what they tell you it's going to be and then when you find out later they didn't know what they were talking about they don't pay the consequences we do and Home Depot don't care and why should they they already have your money my advice you can go anywhere else go there first use Home Depot as a last resort and even at that

Managers at this store are not helpful and we almost lost $200 in a gift card. They made us jump through hoops and even said we need to make a police report?? They are not aware of the company policies, apparently there are issues currently with the gift card system but we were never told and were told to deal with it ourselves. If it wasn’t for our pushing the issue and finally getting into contact with the main offices then we would have lost $200, this took 2 months. They need to be better informed and actually have a desire to help not give people a run around. Managers here need better training and be more informed with what’s going on at their company.

Went in for a washer and dryer; got no help. Store manager- miserable woman in a pant suit was walking around screaming about not enough things being completed by the overnight crew. She didn't greet me. I went down the street to Manny's and got a washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

I love this store anyways, so I'm likely a bit biased for a real review... However I will give it a five-star because it had the very tool I was looking for and on sale no less! This is not my typical home Depot and I ran in for essentials got in and out in record time with absolutely everything on my list... Way to go East Springfield home Depot!
