As Walmarts go - this is one of the better locations in the region. Conveniently located off of 146 I've rarely seen heavy foot traffic here.There's a very good selection of groceries including meat and produce. What I like most about this location is it seems to be cleaned regularly.As others have pointed out they're probably due for some modernization, but compared to some of the other locations in the region like Worcester or West Boylston - this is the best option.

Great for the basics. Appreciate the grocery store section is separate from the rest of the store. This expedites my shopping. To make trips even faster, I will place a pick up order for most of my trip ahead of time and pick produce out in store separately.

This is one of the few Walmart stores that still has a sufficient amount of cashiers and you aren't forced to do self check-out!!!!! I for one appreciate that and I am sure there are many others that do as well.

Store is almost too big for senior citizens especially but I had plenty of service it was good really nothing bad to say about the store was clean and like I said the people were nice

This WAL-MART could use some updating. It’s a super store and carries a large selection of both food and all other categories a department store should have. But it would be nice to have a larger selection of curtains, since there are few stores who actually do stock curtains now. Prices are fair for most items.

I really just go to this location because it is really close to where I work. I normally just use the pickup option, I hardly go into the store. The wait time for the pickups is normal but sometimes it can take a little longer if they are busy.

There are 4 young employees hanging around in 20 feet radius. And yet there is exactly one register open with a much older employee and she is rushing to take care of customers in a never ending long line. Walmart already has a reputation of horrid employee care, they need to step up and do something because this looks awfully punitive.

I was by the doors today at 10:50pm to grab something quickly and leave, the doors were already closed, the emplyee who was by the door said we close at 11pm and we are not allowing anybody to come inside now, unfortunately with no empathy, no positive language and no respect.

HUGE store. It’s Walmart so you get what you expect. But everything you need is in there so what can you complain about really? Other than crazy people with all sorts of sickness walking around. But hey what’s the fun in avoiding that??

If you are stuck as an awkward tourist of The NBridge this Holiday 2023, do not forget to visit their Walmart Supercenter near 146! Plenty of good examples of the extreme Starship Troopering of America all around. Your weirdly aggro Boomer relatives will have to understand that you left this small town for a very good reason. Walking its halls, you perhaps may even be visited by some grotesque Christmas Ghosts of people you once loved and respected! How Dickensian! :DD

It's a big store with lots and lots of stuff.It's conveniently located just off of rt 146To be fair, I'm not a fan of the Walmart shopping experience, but you can't deny that they fill a need, which is why I gave it as high as 3 stars.This store had 2 cashiers open. Since it is a full grocery store as well as department store, there are customers with carriages full of food. The checkout process there does not handle that well, and there was a long wait at the checkout, unless you go through self-checkout, which I prefer not to.

Although I love this particular Walmart in Northbridge, I have noticed in the past few months that your Great Value Saltine Crackers, Temptations Cat Treats and Purina Dry Cat Food has had little RED ANTS in them... At first I thought that my home had ants so I cleaned the areas and put traps in the cabinets. But I went shopping 4 days ago at the Northbridge location and when I opened the crackers today there they were in a SEALED package just moving around. You need to be aware of where these items are coming from and CHECK them before you put them on the shelves for purchase. I don't like throwing my money away and due to this incident happening at least 5 times I will be buying the mentioned items elsewhere.

Pretty unhelpful staff whenever I have to ask any kind of question. I generally try to avoid this Walmart unless I don't have another option. I generally will go to the target across the street if I can help it. 2 stars because they had what I needed in stock, but going into that place is always a roll of the dice.

I love Walmart. Most prices are reasonable. I can find the items that I am looking for quickly, since I go to this store often. I know that they are short staffed, but the long wait in lines is hard.Notuch has changed in the Sutton Walmart!😊

It's decent to shop here. Only to get personalized because I decided to dress the way I want. Which is usually all black. Treating me like I was practically stupid. I made one mistake, and then the worker would not leave me alone telling me what to do. It's self check out for a reason. I was just fine. I made that ONE mistake. Don't mean to assume and watch me like a hawk, just because I look like "troublemaker" does not mean I am one. But plus side they are organized.

There were 2 cashiers at 4:30pm on a weekday. The lines were so long that I went to the self checkout with the belt as I had a lot of groceries. As an elderly person it was tough to check all my groceries and bag. I had a Walmart employee named David watching me and brought me an extra cart as he knew I would need it. I’m recovering from an arthritic flare up in my knee and I could not pull two carts. I asked him if I could get someone to pull one. David pulled one cart and put in my trunk the heavier bags. Again, thank you so much for your help and your upbeat attitude David. Walmart, you are lucky to have him.

This is my favorite Walmart store. People that work here are always pleasant and ready to help. They also sell my favorite brands and I can say that their fresh fruits and vegetables are fresher than some of their higher priced competitors.Just a good all around store for almost anything you may need.

The Whitinsville Walmart has improved greatly over the recent years. I would always compare to Putnam CT Walmart (personal favorite). The staff at Whitinsville Walmart are super friendly and helpful. It has become MUCH MORE organized than before. Kudos to whoever is making these improvements
