Potato absolutely can not wait to go to “school” every week!! She trots in and doesn’t look back. We have also boarded her and she loves it. The staff is so nice and very accommodating if we need them! I love the daily posts seeing how much fun she had while there!

I love this place! The staff is very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and you can tell that they are truly animal people. Plenty of parking and the Resort is very clean. The suite areas have various themes - Sports, International cities, National Parks - and even the smallest suites are bigger than other boarding places and some have TVs. They offer 'Family' suites and some of their larger luxury suites have chandeliers.The inside and outside play yards are spacious with obstacles to climb and play on.They currently have weekday daycare but are working to set up weekend daycare.They also have cat suites on a separate floor and some grooming services available.A one stop shop.Comparably priced but A Much Better Bang for the Buck because your Fur Baby gets More Space!

Such a great place! We have had many services including daycare, boarding and grooming services. The staff are very friendly and love the dogs. They always have a smile on their face and are quick to support you with any needs you have. This place has great communication, online booking and even posts pictures of your dogs experiences. We have found them to be affordable as well. We know our dog is safe in their care and he loves going!

I love the care my dog receives from all the staff at Valley Pet. My 1&1/2 year old loves going to daycare there; he doesn’t look back when he runs to see them. I love the boarding as well, can’t say enough good things about this place and all the staff!!

On daycare days, our dog Bailey cannot get into the building fast enough, she loves it! The staff are so caring and attentive to her and genuinely love dogs. They offer nail trimmings, groomings, and enrichment opportunities. Bailey has made so many friends and comes home exhausted everyday from playing inside and outside! One of my favorite features is the daily pictures posted to Facebook. It makes me so happy to see how happy my dog is in the trusted care of the Valley staff. Thank you for all you do!

Our dog LOVES going to the Valley for daycare. She clearly adores the staff members, wagging her tail and moaning with pleasure when they pick her up. The staff appear to delight in their clients, monitoring them closely during play group and giving them lots of love and attention. We are so happy to have found a daycare that is safe and fun for our pup!

I’m probably the worst nightmare when it comes to leaving my cat 🐈, with my detailed instructions, refrigerated food, et al. This place not only calms my anxieties, they send photos throughout the stay and the staff genuinely cares about you and your animals! They are great…this is the second time I’ve left my furry prince with them and they returned him happy and healthy. Thank you!

Very nice staff, our Lhasa Tucker finally got the chance to go to Smaller Dog Daycare last week and watching him onscreen run around with his new friends FInley and Triple was great. Facilities are clean, new, and things are organized yet flexible for pickup and circumstances. Thanks, look forward to bringing him back couple times a month.

We have a senior dog - Lilly. She can be feisty, but the staff at Valley Pet Resort know how to handle her. Our dog has been there twice, and the staff has been excellent with her. We have used their boarding facilities for two .....two-week periods. We have never caged our dog, so their suites are prefect for Lilly. I highly recommend the Valley Pet Resort.

I have been bringing my little dog Kiwi for a few months now and I absolutely love the staff at Valley pet resort. They are professional, kind, fun and most importantly awesome with the dogs. They treat each one very special given they all have unique personalities. They do a great job making sure the dogs are safe and all get along and are in the best care possible. She goes to doggy daycare twice a week typically and I have boarded there for a week and she’s done excellent ! My experience at "the valley pet resort" was extremely unpleasant. Caitlyn, the manager, has consistently demonstrated rude behavior, including sending rude messages. Regrettably, I have to express my concern that her actions may even be racially motivated. Despite my attempts to contact the owners for resolution, Caitlyn assured me she would relay the message, but unfortunately, no one has returned my call. I strongly advise caution when considering this establishment.

Our Rio loves the Valley Pet Resort! Best daycare ever! The staff really care and Rio races to go in every time we drop him off! They engage the dogs which is such a great attribute not just play! The structure of the day with rest periods and quiet time balanced with play and learning create a very nurturing safe and fun environment!!! My dog, Jack, loves going to daycare at The Valley. All the staff are a delight. You can tell they love and care about their charges. Jack has a great time everyday. He learns new skills, and gets reinforced with them. The dogs have fun, and the staff to puppy ratio is great.

I brought my senior dog that has bad anxiety here while going on vacation for a few days, the staff is beyond fantastic! I was able to view my dog through the camera they have set up in the facility, which helped with peace of mind. When my dog became very stressed and sick as a result, the assistant manager Ahleigha took care of her as if she was her own dog to help ease her stress and sent messages to me with updates of how my dog was doing.I would definitely not only recommend this pet resort, but I would return if I went on vacation again. Five stars is not nearly enough for this place. Thanks for taking such great care of nena while she was there!!

We bring all 3 of our doggies to stay and play! The staff is very friendly and great with my dogs. They are also very flexible with special needs and make sure that everyone is comfy. Full disclosure...I am an extremely nervous parent, but I can honestly say that I feel totally at ease leaving my furries in such a safe, clean, and loving environment. My doggies transition back to home life with complete ease following their stay every time. I think they miss all of the kisses, though! I highly recommend The Valley Pet Resort and Spa!

They charge plenty but don't deliver on service at all. If you want your dog left along for most of 24 hrs, confined to a box and no care and attention this is the place for you. The new management/owner of the facility won't address issues that arise never mind address them.I'd like to add that despite the response from the owner below they positively DID not address the issues either at the time the dog was left upset in his box, or even afterward when they would not return calls when we tried to resolve the issue where credit card was overcharged in addition to the poor care issues.
