My fiancé and I went in to Paw Planet today and could not possibly be more pleased with our overall experience! In total transparency, we have ordered from Chewy many times and they do have some deals but we were totally blown away with Paw Planet! My fiancé asked the lovely owner for suggestions on high quality dog food and she was pleasant and knowledgeable. We paid $44 for high quality food - that Chewy sells for $57 (yes, identical product). The store was clean, the owner is knowledgeable and she has lifelong customers in us! Please do your fur babies and yourselves a tremendous service and visit this store- you won’t be disappointed!

Kristen and Janice are top notch. I've been going to Paw Planet for over 12 years. It started with Puppy Kindergarten and it continues today. Not only to purchase dog food, but for solid advice any time I had an issue with my dog. They are a tremendous help and asset to any dog owner. Highly recommend!!

I am extremely disappointed with this "fake" business. I ordered a small service dog collar for my working dog. What I received was a collar what could fit a horse. This is very disappoint as I am a Veteran and have been waiting for a new collar for the past few weeks now.After trying to contact this "fake" place i soon found out they have no contact number only email. BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESSAgain extremely disappointed in this business as they say their from Australia when clearly they are not. Their website shows a lovely family work photo, don't believe what you see. A company this big would have a contact number.

Absolutely love Paw Planet. My pup just completed puppy Kindergarten class and it was fantastic. Kristen is extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher. The store is also great. We have stopped in for advice and the staff is always ready to help with anything we have needed.

Stopped by one day to train my service dog around petstores (he struggles with all of the dog smells😅) and I was blown away by the experience. The products were absolutely incredible and only the highest quality food and treats. They carried very natural chews and not to mention gorgeous leashes. I saw no products that I disagreed with, which blew me away.The shop owner/trainer was incredibly kind and helpful. I forgot to bring money that day but she still allowed us to train in the store, and even had a bunny and a dog as a distraction to help us. She offered tips and was very good about not addressing Henry since he was working.I will definitely be coming back to this store many times. The customer service and products are amazing. They even had free samples so I didn’t leave empty handed.

I have 3 dogs and I go to this store only for a few things because they are much more expensive than Chewy, Petsmart or Petco. Sometimes the lady at the counter is nice but usually I hear them belittling other customers and other stores. I have walked out many times because I felt uncomfortable.

We recently adopted a rescue puppy and since he is our family's first dog we needed some help with training so we enrolled him in puppy kindergarten. Kristin and her team are AMAZING! She gives great tips and trouble shooting advice on how to best adjust your furry friend to their new home. The class was reasonably priced and a great experience overall. I would recommend her classes to anyone!

Really, this place is over-priced but most pet supply stores are. They are usually friendly but it all depends on the day and person who is working there. They can train your dog for you but I wouldn't trust them.

Our 2 Labrador Retriever puppies took part in Puppy Kindergarten 1, and 2. Training was thorough and professional. Best of all, all dogs and owners had fun. I have continued to buy pet supplies through Paw Planet and have been impressed with the store's mission to provide quality products, from toys to outerwear reflective jackets! They are a step above the chain pet stores. I highly recommend Paw Planet for training and supplies!

Through my experience, this has been a great place to get dog supplies as the selection is good, prices are decent for a local shop, and the staff and trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable.If you are looking for any sort of dog training, I would highly recommend Paw Planet. The trainers are very knowledgable and the training itself is informative and fun.My experience:My girlfriend and I signed up for Basic Obedience 1 with her 6 month old mix breed. She insisted that she wanted formal training, whereas I didn't want to spend the money at first, as I was convinced we could do the training ourselves. She convinced me to try it, and I'm glad she did.Like with most things, you get results out of dog training equal to the amount of effort you put in. The course motivated us to go home and actually enforce training techniques that we otherwise wouldn't have known, and the trainers became a source for questions and problems that we were having. The course enjoyable to attend and easy to ask questions in. The classes are also small, which is nice.As I mentioned, at first i was skeptical, but results don't lie and there's so much to learn that many of us don't even think about. If you're thinking of formal training for your dog or trying to solve a specific problem, I'd definitely give Paw Planet a call.

My first visit to Paw Planet was 11/16 for obedience classes. I was very pleased with the instructors honesty at what I'm doing wrong, and how to change it, and her genuine concern for wanting my husband and I to train our Yorkie for his safety & well being, so I was happy to sign up for the other two classes. 🌟

My husband and I brought our dog Holley here for a few private training sessions with Janice because our dog was very high energy and could not walk on a leash and would barrel jump onto anyone and everyone. We learned so much about training in just a few lessons and Holley began to jump less! We were so impressed with this local trainer we decided to sign up for the basic training course with Kristen at paw planet.🐾❤️ We loved the basic training course and we’re able to train our wild puppy to continue to be just that but much more well behaved! With the tips and tricks from these wonderful trainers our dog is now able to go on walks with us (without pulling) and she does not jump on people to greet them anymore! Kristen and Janice you are both great trainers and people and we are so thankful to have found paw planet 🐾😀

After the loss of our 16 and 13 year old Siberian Husky dogs, my wife and I took a little time to decide if we wanted to get another dog. After a while I found a Siberian breeder nearby and the two of us were off to see a new litter of puppies.With all the intention of purchasing one puppy, when we saw the litter we decided two would be a great idea.During the six weeks we waited to take our new family members home I began to research raising two puppies at once and what I came across was discouraging. Everyone I read said don’t do it, other than people who raised two Huskies.Also during that time we looked into puppy training courses and with a recommendation from my cousin checked out Paw Planet and signed up for our first training class. We knew we were going to need help and right from the start we felt we picked the right place.Even before a class started we had several conversations with Janice, a Paw Planet trainer and she made us feel comfortable with the choice we made, though she assured us it would be a lot of work.Our class had 4 puppies with the occasional fifth visitor and that small size allowed the large play area to be well supervised by Janice who could quickly step in if a puppy ever felt overwhelmed.The puppy kindergarten class was broken into two parts, play time for puppy socialization and verbal and hands on training for puppies and people. The small class size also allowed plenty of one on one time with Janice and we felt all our questions were thoroughly answered.We have been very happy with the puppy training and joined the next level of training that continues socialization and working on the basic commands every dog needs to learn.The other great thing about Paw Planet is that they sell numerous pet supplies and the owners are almost always in sight and more than happy to answer questions or give advice on food and supplies.I would highly recommend anyone who has a new puppy on the way, or even an older dog to check out Paw Planet.

I wish I could give this store a great review since it always used to be great to go here but lately every time I go in there the owner has been humorless and rude, giving me attitude when I was completely friendly and respectful. Additionally, their products are particularly expensive. Today I went in and after paying over $100 for a bag of dog food and some cat litter and getting more attitude from the owner, my family has decided that we will take our business to the Milford Petco where the employees are always friendly and we have never had a problem.

Ordered a dog bed from Paw planet and not received a response chasing them for an update on expected delivery.Despite them saying ‘all orders aim to be delivered in 10 days’ it’s now been 13 and no communication.

The staff and store owners are very knowledgeable about everything they carry, and about animal nutrition in particular. They've helped me solve plenty of little puzzles with my dog and her health, and I won't go anywhere else.
