Love this place. You never know what you are going to find here. I have never seen a price that you can complain about to the point that I only allow myself to bring $20 in the store unless I'm buying blue dog food. Yes Blue dog food.

Always has a better variety than some of the bigger Job Lots. The prices are quite reasonable on most products and the staff is always helpful and super friendly!

Loved this location as a lot of items were not available at any other location were available here. Small town and people in the store were really nice and helpful.

I had a terrible experience at the ocean state job lot in whitinsville,ma the manager named Stephanie was rude obnoxious and very disrespectful she was terrible with customer service she absolutely should be fired I will never go back to that job lot ever again customers beware of the manager named Stephanie

As usual, I went in for 2 items and left with a full cart of stuff. How can I say no to these ridiculously low prices? Well obviously I can't!!! LOL! But I always leave very satisfied because even though I got more items than I went in for, I purchased items that I will use and usually at half the price of other stores!!!

I ❤️ going to ocean state job lot for all kinds of items. I always get my bird feeds & plant supplies. They have great prices on outdoor products, from grilling to pool supplies.. they are very competitive.

My wife and I have been going to the store in Whitinsville for quite some time and really love the deals and great prices. It's our 'go-to' place for many items! The only complaint I have is that one day we bought a long list of things and when we got home we checked the receipt, sensing that the bill was a bit high. Sure enough we were charged $15 for something we didn't recognize. I went back to the store and asked customer service what that item was and was told it was a 'hanging plant holder'. I told her we didn't purchase the item and wanted a refund of the amount that I paid for it. She was obliging without question. I believe an unscrupulous cashier tried to include it on our bill then pocket the overage. While I'm certainly not condemning the store, we still love it, my advice is to check your receipt whenever you make purchases there.

This store offers excellent discount on products from high quality related food stores and other sites. Products are sometimes over half price less. And I love the crazy deals, buy 10 low priced items and get a free money $10 crazy card for your next purchase!Bird food is the lowest cost around and always fresh!

I called ahead to see if they had a specific glue in stock. A gentleman named Ron let me know they had it in stock & asked how many I needed. He put them in a box for me. When I went to pick them up (about 2 hrs later), I was greeted by the warmest, friendliest staff. Ron was extra helpful & had a great personality. I go to all the area job lots but this was my first time at this one & its already my favorite. The customer service here is worth driving the extra few minutes. Ron went above & beyond for me & even let me know about other job lots that may have my item when others aren't in stock. I'll be back, not only for the incredibly clean & well stocked store but for the incredibly friendly & warm staff.

The ocean state job lot in whitensville is great! The employees are always very helpful and very nice. This store has everything!!! Its reasonably priced and always has a great selection. I don't remember the store managers name but he's very nice and very funny. Great place to shop.

I love this store. Good prices, and I have found many brand named items here for a much more reasonable price. Easy return policy. Become an inside member as you get special deals. It doesn't cost anything. If you have a return and lost receipt they can pullit up under your membership.I am not a fan of most of the clothing here. It doesnt fit properly. I end up returning so have stopped buying any here.

I love shopping here for gardening supplies. They have a pretty good selection of seeds, garden tools and other accessories, but they really shine in the area of plant containers. They have so many shapes, colors and sizes of pots. As for the staff, they seem a lot happier and more willing to help than other discount stores.

I love this place a lot. You can find so much without realizing you needed it or something you've been trying to find for a hot minute. The only thing I'm confused about is why there were two stickers on a nail file I purchased. The original sticker underneath was the Equate brand but the sticker on top is Diamond Cosmetics brand. Please don't tell me you put a sticker over the original to mark it up I know it's only a nail file but uhhhh what the heck?

Even better than Wal-mart from time to time. I always find awesome things here that are priced really well, I just don't go as often because I usually go for pool floats, then grab other stuff while I'm there.

Good deals sometimes but often if you compare their prices with places like Walmart, which any good shopper frequently uses you will find not much difference. Give both a try and decide for yourself. There are some good deals if you have time to look.
