Let me start this off with WOW! James (aka Jimmy) was the best god damn worker I have ever seen in my life. He cut my glass for me and man was that the best cut I have ever seen in my life. He knows what he is doing over there. Just wanted to let everyone know how good he is.

Went here to buy some supplies to build my wife a gardening shed for our 10th anniversary and was quite lost when entering, but a very kind employee named James stepped right in and gave great pointers and knew exactly what I needed and was such a kind person. He not only got me what I needed but sold me on other products he was a great salesman he could dam near sell me a bobby pin. He gave me great tips and knew his was around the place like the back of his hand. Great products and great service will be back!

Koopman's is a decent place with nice, helpful staff. The only issue is they close at 5:00PM Monday thru Saturday and then they are closed on Sundays! This is not helpful at all for John and Jane Q. Homeowner who work during the day. Essentially anyone who, ya know, has a regular job can only shop there on Saturdays, which is pretty useless.

They are honest and hard working people. They charge a fair price too. Most of the sales people are very knowledgable about their products. I often go in there with a picture on my phone of what I need or some project that I need suggestions on, and they're always able to come up with something. Joan is especially stellar in her ability to help!

After having tried several other stores this year to find flowers for my window boxes I will never go anywhere else but Koopman again! Last year was my first year buying annuals and I came to Koopman. I’m so glad I started here because they’ve set the bar so high. Their selection of flowers is exceptional. They really have everything and take meticulous care of their stock. And their staff are not only kind and accommodating but also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’m so glad I didn’t waste my money at those other stores. I’m already excited to come back again next spring!I also love buying the local honey inside the store. The associates inside have been consistently kind, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to help me find whatever it is I’m looking for, whether it’s cleaning supplies, lumber or paint…I’m so thankful that 14 years ago I moved to a home that is close to the store.Even though they are closed on Sundays it is worth planning your projects around being able to go here! I am so glad they give their amazing staff Sunday’s off.

My father stopped in to buy a small item for his house. Not so important was the amount he spent in the store, but the fact that the next day an employee drove to his house across town to deliver his cane that he forgot in the store. It's so nice to have a company around that is willing to go out of their way to take care of their customers. Thank you to all who were involved in this kind gesture.

it's been our "go to" place since we moved to the area in 1985. the fact that they are thriving in the age of the big box stores should tell you something. fantastic people , always helpful, happy to serve. the full timers especially, know their stuff. i've always found the prices fair and product quality is very good. a great family business that we're lucky to have in town.

If they don't have it, you don't need it. Great, big, locally owned hardware stores with locations in Uxbridge and Northbridge. I've bought storm doors and had them installed, all kinds of tools and hardware. Great customer service. Need something? Get it here.

Good community type local Hardware store. Good general supply of hardware, tools, lawn equipment and more . Not as much as a big box store but enough for a person's average needs. But most importantly you can find a person that takes the time to help you if you ask normally a person with a good attitude for a change and knowledgeable. And not as much walking as the big box stores.

Koopman has the nicest most helpful people you can imagine. It's a pleasure going there. If they don't have something they can probably get it for you. There's always someone around to help, rarely any waiting, a very efficient experience. It's so nice to shop somewhere where the employees actually seem to like being there

Employees are very attentive to the customer. The prices are higher than that of the big box stores in most departments . . . remember, you are "shopping small." This is not to say that Koopman is small, they are NOT the conglomerate and they employee people locally who have families, I have been in the area for 10 years and get this . . . THE SAME EMPLOYEES ARE STILL THERE! THIS IS GREAT! God Bless Koopman and all of their employees.

Great place to go for your hardware and home project needs. It may not be the size of home depot or lowes but they still pack a good variety of materials and tools for the job. People here know what they're talking about, too. Prices are a little more than the big chain stores but with that money you pay for expert advice and you support local business. Koopmans is very involved in their communities. They have an excellent paint section with professionals that helped guide me through my painting needs. My experience with Home Depot and Lowe's is that the paint people don't know what they're talking about. Anyways, highly recommend Koopmans!!

Like this store, staff is always very helpful & friendly.... They also carry large-variety of items, can find even individual bolts & special nuts... by piece for home projects that one cannot find in Home Depot...

I went there to buy a gallon of purple paint for my bedroom. After finding the right shade of purple that I wanted, the associate that worked in that department was so very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick out what type and kind of paint that was best to use for my bedroom walls.

After nightmare experiences with Lowes and Home Depot trying to replace our front door, Deb and Bob came through! Door is gorgeous, very reasonably priced and outstanding service. Forget the big box dumps, go with Koopmans if you need a new door.

I am a frequent customer and (for six months) employee of Koopman's. It is a great hardware store with a good selection of products for the home owner and the construction tradesman. I have shopped at Koopman's for nearly thirty years.
