Joyce is amazing with my long haired tuxedo cat Mister. He’s been seeing her for grooming for over 10 years! While we met when she was across the street, I now travel from Boston to see her because no one else comes close! I also love the variety of accessories she offers supporting other small businesses. I can’t say enough about Joyce and tranquil paws . She did for my pup Rufus what thousands of dollars in vet bills couldn’t do . He had a severe skin problem and she found the right combination of shampoos or what ever . She gave him comfort with her expertise. In doing so , she extended his life . Thank you Joyce for your love and compassion for the family members we love so much .

Joyce took my cat milo and gave him a flea bath when no other place would..she did a great job and was very accomodating, I highly recommend her !

If you’re looking for a groomer that is kind and good with animals but also just really good at grooming, Joyce is your gal. Our late pup Amy didn’t like getting groomed but she loved Joyce! Joyce’s prices are great too!

The lady that owns this shop, Joyce Kahakalau, is very knowledgeable about dogs in general, especially skin and fur problems and treatments, and also offers a variety of massage therapies and teeth brushing. What’s great about this shop is that she takes only one dog at a time, so there’s no worry about your dog being caged for several hours. This is important to me because I have a short-mouthed breed who needs to drink water a lot and who is very scared of other dogs (he was a rescue). She does a great job trimming. Her prices are GREAT, and remember you are getting an exclusive appointment with a well credentialed professional. The shop is conveniently located at 68 Sea St. across from the Post Office in N. Weymouth. Highly recommend!

Joyce thought I wouldn't be able to tell that she just sprayed some perfume on my dog and tried tricking me into thinking that she actually bathed him.
