I don’t know what changed but this used to be my favorite Dollar Tree store, it was so organized, clean, no lines, the most nicest staff…however it became the worse one, nothing in place, stuff all over, the line omg…not nice staff at all not even a hello you get!! They need to fix this store asap! Very disappointed it went down hill like this! On a Saturday look at the line!!!

You can get a lot for your $ shopping here at the dollar store. I buy cleaning products that are so much cheaper tham any other stores and they are all brand names. Very well-stocked, and the staff are courteous. Always busy, plenty of parking spaces.

My details are so aweful and humiliating. I am unable to express my concerns regarding this location. Other recent posts have some of the same issues. I will keep trying to make sure it's not going to happen again.

Very crowed and only one register open. Finally, after 10 minutes in line, an other line opened up. Very messy and not stocked well.

You can find all sorts of strange items. You can get cards to kitchen items.

Always have a great experience. Can't always find the item(s) your looking for, but that's the chance you take.Still it is a great place where you will find the same item(s) from another store, at an exceptional lower price.The place is great value for brand name items.

Description of Complaint:The cashier who identified herself as manager, Nellys scanned additional items into our purchase. We bought two Solar Spotlights and two Solar Textured Stake Lights totaling 4 items. Nellys charged us for 2 additional Solar Spotlight making it a total charge for 4 of those items and 3 additional Solar Textured Stake Lights making it a total charge for 5 of those items. Financially we were charged $6.25 for items we didn't buy. We brought this to Nellys attention and her response was refunds are not conducted only exchanges, but given our situation we weren't returning items we are attempting to obtain the money that she overcharged for items we didn't buy.Desired Settlement:Return of the money that was charged for item we didn't purchase; Contact by the business; Explanation of charges

My wife shopped there today and also in another location. She was impressed at the neatness of the North Weymouth and the ease with which she could find things. By comparison between the 2 locations the Riverway Plaza Store gets a 2 Thumbs Up from her! The staff should be congratulated and thanked by their management team!

I love Dollar tree. Why name brand deodorant for a dollar. Snacks and holiday decorations are all a dollar. I can get my kids bath stuff and my hand lotion. They have it. Electronic wipes and cleaning supplies. Just great for everything

Love going to this dollar tree location. I can spend hours inside this store, they legit have everything and it's all $1!! I bought my glassware, silverware,dishes here.

After waiting in line behind 6 customers, and with my items on the belt, i was told the cashier was cashing out and i would have to move to the end of another line. Poor customer service.

This is my go to DOLLAR TREE. It's their best location for selections. They have a lot of frozen food. The UTZ chips are always fully stocked. Its a great place to stock up on hygiene products, basic tools, pet treats and kitchen utensils.

Today there were empty shelves throughout the store. Also no shopping baskets available. Did not have most of what I was looking for and left after purchasing just two items.

Every time I go to this dollar store the shelves are empty and there is only one cashier...I say why did I come to this store..it takes too long!!!

It's fun to go. Untill the pit bulls are allowed to be in there with the owners.its the new Petco!🙄Think I'll go to Abington for now on!!!!!

Kinda messy in the aisles but haven't been to any dollar stores that weren't like that. Really typical honestly. Okay selection of you just need quick supplies in bulk.

The girls at store r great always pleasant the helpful plus they deal with people who don't follow the rules that r posted when entering the building for public safety...they r there for us people should respect them
