I have been bringing my dog there for grooming for some time now and never had any issues. Today I was a few minutes late for the appointment and Sam (the groomer) was incredibly rude, didn’t even greet us just told me to call if I’m going to be late and was just plain rude the entire time she talked to me. Then informed me that she saw the note from the Walpole location about my dog “nipping” at the groomers while working on her paws (which was an extra charge for handling) so she will “see how it goes”. I have never had complaints about this from groomers at this location or others but now its in my dogs chart here and they realize they can charge extra for it (my dog is a 12 pound shih tzu mix). So of course when I picked her up I was charged extra and again Sam was rude to me. On top of all that the cut looks choppy, she did not do a good job. I will not be returning with either of my dogs.

I had a bad can of cat food that was rancid and because I didn’t have the can they wouldn’t replace it. On their voicemail, they lead off with, “we care about your pets” that’s not true. It’s not about the can of cat food, it’s the principal. My cat could have gotten really sick and who keeps a rotten can of cat food that smells up your whole apt. I was very disappointed with is response as I spend thousands off dollars there. I’m extremely disappointed in the clerks response.. no humanity.Wasn’t rude but if that’s store policy. That’s terrible.It was Merrilck salmon limited. I still bought the merrick grain free dry food and some more cans, cause I feel bijou likes them a lot and is one of the healthiest. Look my info up if you want to make this right. I bought my cat food at 840 pm.From me and BijouBe nice

I have been going to Petsmart for years to the store and love it. This time I decided to take my Aussie to get groomed at the Westwood location. Bad idea! I booked him with Amanda on Dec. 16th for the works and yes he was overdue and I know sometimes they have to cut the knots off. First of all he is double coated, was getting a full bath, furminator package, nail and teeth. They were done with him too quick and I even said wow that’s too quick and they said we had a cancellation . Not sure what that meant if they had someone else assisting but when I got home I realized that they completely shaved a god portion of the middle of his beautiful tail. You could imagine since he is very fluffy is a bit hard to notice until you get closer and start petting him and slowly get to check him. I have been taking him to Petco in Avon and have never had such abad experience.

store is super clean and the manager (erin) is really helpful. sometimes I need help with things like picking out the right food and litter and she's always there to help me, give her a raise =) she is always there.

We have been going to this grooming place for last three years. I understand our dog has hair and far and very hard to groom but recently they been intentionally been price gauging. I paid 122 for base plus 40 special (“my dog was aggressive”) plus 10 plus 10 total 182. I should say my dog is Bernedoodle. The manager was telling me how weekend is bad for them because they are busy however they are the one reschedule once month ago and the other yesterday. I truly am fed up with Pets smart and the grooming price gauging.Never going back to pets smart.

For grooming look elsewhere!!I am not one to write reviews but this should be known by all. I have a 10 month old Mini Goldendoodle, and have been coming to PetSmart in Westwood since his first grooming appointment. As of recent we noticed a quite a bit of scratching around the ears so we booked a vet visit. Come to find out the scratching was due to hair build up in the ears (see picture below). This should have been avoided if ear trimming was not neglected by these groomers. We will be looking for a new groomer and you should do the same!

This is the last photo taken of my dog before I had to put him down at PetSmart in Westwood, MA. The staff there was beyond compassionate and handled my dog's euthanization with grace and a quiet dignity. They made it as easy for me as possibe and I am so grateful that they were able to help my boy be free from pain.

This place always has amazing clearances. I found 7 piece bone that’s usually sold for $11, but got it for $2.50! I stocked up for my little pupper who is teething.I also found some nice toys on sale from Halloween’s batch. They have sales and new items often!

Deplorable customer service. My dogs were unevenly groomed. I was told my dogs were not the breed listed on their profile. They’ve gone to this office since birth 3 years ago. How now are they not the breed listed? I was told next time I would pay more, which wouldn’t be and issue if I requested to pay less but I asked why I was being charged so little. Why am I being insulted because the employees’ don’t know how to charge.

I have a white 110 lb German Shepherd who can be skittish. Vet , technicians and staff were calming caring and took there time with her and us . We are very confident with her care and suggestions with all who work at Banfield. Thank you to all of the staff . Love the Curtis Family specially Athena ❤

Just had my dog groomed. Not the greatest on her stained face from her eyes dripping. Hence why I ask for the certain shampoo that cleans it up. Had her nail cut too, but they are still somewhat long. Her ears are scraggly, same with tail.

We love Matia! She does a great job with our pup- and he always gets endless compliments on his haircut. She takes her time to make sure he looks absolutely perfect. We recommend anyone to bring their pups to see her! Everyone is so nice and there’s no doubt they take great care of the pups when they’re there!

I went in today with the intention of buying a fish but ended up with a tree frog . All 3 employees at the store were amazing they helped me get everything I need for my frog And that I have the information. Not only that but the workers were friendly. I left my debit card my accident at home and they were super understanding and kind about it

Their training classes, grooming, and veterinarian clinic is top notch. I recently adopted a puppy and they recommended getting the puppy book for $15. That book has saved more than $100 for me already brought things that I already had to purchase for my new dog. I highly recommend buying the puppy book especially if you’re a first time owner.
