The do it yourself doggie wash station is the best! I have two big (45 and 60lb) dogs and they both fit in the tub. I can wash and dry them both in less than 30 min. And my back doesn’t hurt when I’m done! 🐾

The owners are so awesome, the store is clean and easy to navigate and everything is really reasonably priced plus they deliver!!! I have used the self service wash station with both my frenchie and my Great Pyrenees/husky/shepherd/other rescue dog and they were both comfortable and safe, super bonus that it’s always very clean. Marissa is super knowledgeable and always has the best advice and I ask so many product questions LOL. Our mix - 85lb, long haired and reactive - also goes for grooming and they do a great job with him both emotionally and with his coat which is difficult since he’s a crazy mix of big long haired/double coated breeds. Overall excellent store, full five stars for sure. Picture not of grooming but of his busy paws chew hoard 🤣

Just got my lab groomed here today ! The groomer Britany, is an absolute natural with dogs, you can tell she really loves them and is very experienced in what she’s doing ! This is the best my dog has ever looked after a groom, he has a ton of hair and she took her time to fully dry him from head to toe and he smelled amazing. Also the owner is so friendly and down to earth the shop inside is so clean and inviting ! I will definitely be coming back

We have been following the groomer in this location for many years. The store has many great products and many professional guides to enhance many pet lives. Many people in many towns near Westwood speak highly of Buisy Paws. The groomer is Manny.

Like the 3rd time this happened having a booked appointment to get there on time & to be turned away due to other dogs barking, & my dog barking but to get no call back and told to come back 2-3 hrs later if i dont have other priorities, its just the audacity for me an the first time they opened we were welcomed now I just feel awkward going back the woman was nice though, moving foward I would have to go elsewhere, but thank you!!

Love busy paws!! I’m a local dogsitter and tell all my clients about this place! I’ve brought a few there for a self wash bath and for nail trims and always have great experiences even with nervous pups. You can tell they care about all the animals and their humans! Highly recommend!

This place is a rip off and over charges. I guess they assume because they’re in a wealthy neighborhood people will pay. I went in to buy raw bones, ended up paying almost $40 for the exact same Raw bones I normally pay less than $10 for. I was in a bind and needed them that instant so I was stuck. I would never return for any reason, I simply won’t support business that price gouges.

Busy Paws is a gem of a find! I called to schedule a last minute nail trim for my pup Winnie and they were gracious enough to squeeze her in that same afternoon. While waiting I browsed their impressive selection of high quality dog food & treats, grabbing a few new options I hadn’t seen elsewhere.An added bonus was the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Special mention to their shop dog Fiona, who was also a very welcoming host. I highly recommend stopping by!

Such a wonderful place! We used the self serve dog wash and were so happy! Clean, tidy, organized. Lots of clean towels, heated dryer and a multitude of shampoo choices! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend and we will be back! Thank you!

We stumbled upon this store today after the post office. The owner was super friendly and shared her little dog with us. I got some treats and she let me have her dog taste them. I will be bringing our pup in for a grooming

Their self-wash service is wonderful and at a very reasonable price ($15/single self wash). They provide everything you need to bath your furry friend. The shop is also very clean and organized. Will definitely be back ☺️

Super friendly owner and such a cute store. Had our first groom with Brittany and she was amazing. She took time with our dog and fit us in as the last appointment because my dog doesn’t do well in a crate.

I just took our dog there for the first time for a grooming. The groomer herself was very friendly and really wanted to understand our needs and our dog’s temperament to ensure he had a good experience. He walked away with a smile on his face and clean groom (no nicks or cuts—which can sometimes happen with our squirmy fur friends).

It’s not pet supply!! They don’t have a nail groomer for dogs all what I saw was dog foot, also the employe doesn’t show a minimum interés in sale some!! Was more like afraid jajajajaja sad very sad ! You have to put real sales people in this kind a job, you will lose a lot of coustomer or futures customers
