Purchased scallops today and was disappointed. They were not fresh and still had muscle attached. They worked to develop a good reputation but that doesn't help. I would be reluctant to return.

The smoked Bluefish is fantastic, pick some up and make a snack of it. It is perfect all by itself, or on a cracker with a little cream cheese. No typical "strong" Blue flavor at all.

The stuffed clams were excellent. Also got mussels which were nicely cleaned so all we had to do was steam them. And they were very reasonable, and all opened fine so we didn't have to discard any. Don't want to crack your own lobster and deal with the mess? (and cost is no barrier?). They had lobster meat for $75/pound. Needless to say we didn't indulge...but it looked yummy! As did the other fresh seafood.

Can find various type of fresh fish. Clean place and they follow all covid rules. Easy to order and recommend for everyone.

The best local seafood market around! The staff is always super helpful and friendly, the quality of their seafood is excellent compared to other markets. Come here for all of my seafood needs, highly recommend the cooked shrimp they have and the tubs of clam chowder ! Only thing that could make it better is if they served fish and chips on the weekends !

Bought lobster meat for rolls. Got home and immediately opened it up to make lunch. It had the worst smell. It definitely was not fresh. Clerk pulled meat from bottom of lobster bowl. That should have been a red flag. :(

I'm a long time customer. I live a half hour away and although their prices are inflated, the quality is good, so I make the trip. However, they are now charging customers for ice. Seriously? Any other seafood market will provide you with ice free of charge to keep your seafood cold until you get home. Westport Lobster has just lost a loyal customer. Too bad for them as I spend at least $80 every time I visit. Other fish markets will now get my business.

Incredibly fresh halibut, scallops, haddock when I was there. Everything looked terrific. Taste was amazing after it was cooked at home. Very friendly and efficient staff. Will be back.

Straight from the boat freshness!! This summer I purchased lobster, scallops,crabs,swordfish,cod,salmon,steamers,shrimp,littlenecks,oysters and a delightfully surprising pastrami smoked salmon! Always FRESH!! My go to spot for fresh seafood when in New England!!!
