I feel that everyone at this Cvs is pleasant ,friendly. I was more aware of this during and after the covid lock down. That's what got my attention. They seem to really try and I appreciate it.

I picked up my insulin pen last week and yesterday I tried to use it but the plunger is jammed I tried to get a replacement today but they told me they couldn’t replace it I need to contact the manufacturer fortunately it’s not my last one or it could be a life threatening problem! I messaged Cvs corporate but after 6 hours no response

I called 10 minutes before closing and no one answered the telephone in the Pharmacy.I was calling to let them know that I might be there one minute late but it was important because I was picking up medication for an elderly family member that had recently broken her wrist5:50 on a Saturday they must’ve had more important things to do then answer what could have have been an emergency phone call regarding medication.The worst customer service in the industry!!!
