Its the only Value convenience store serving 2 towns. It's a great option to have. It saves me money and time for not having to drive much farther in order to buy simple things. The also have great prices on most of their products. Very satisfied with them...

These people are good people, sounds funny but I enjoy heading here and chit catting with the employees about nothing in particular. They are kind and funny they know the store and its products well, they will even tell you ahead of time when a good sale is coming. I buy the simple things that are non perishable and the occasional odd grill accessory or kids toy, maybe a lawn hose or some charcoal for the grill. Can be a lifesaver in a pinch.

The staff is always friendly. However I believe they are understaffed when you can't get product you need because they are in crates blocking the Isles. Can't get half of what you need. Is it under new management because it wasn't ever like this before. At times I dread going in there. With Vivid, I at least know there won't be a lot of people. One employee... Nicki I think is wonderful. All in all, I love the store it's just become unorganized and in chaos.

My first time there, I will be back more often. Now one of my favorite stores. Cashier was nice all the time and patient with me. Even with my multiple transactions, she had a smile in her face

This place was dirty and the cashier was calling two of the other employees for help. The cashier was very friendly and she was repeatedly calling the 2x boys up to help ring. The employees were in an aisle with ear buds in listening to music. We stayed at a local resort and I was at dollar general for toiletries. The line was so long and the shelves were blown out to the point that I left and spent a megaton of cash at a gas station on what I needed.Not like the DG at home.

Is what you expect from a store called dollar general. People are nice, building is steel warehouse landscaping is adequate. Store is clean, prices are good but there is a lot of merchandise that is lower quality so shopping here has to be done selectively or with low expectations for durability/quality.

The manager on duty at 3 PM on 11/17 did everything he could to make sure I was happy. An associate walked me around to show me where the deals were at that I had driven 20 miles to find. Love this store.

Needed to ship a FedEx Overnight package. This store provides that servce for drop off. So i called at 3:17pm to find out what time thier pickup was. The person put me on hold to ask someone else and came back and told me the pickup was at 4pm. I immediately got in the car and drove there. I arrived at 3:35 went inside and when the counter person helped me it was 3:44. So i was there in more than enough time to get this package there for the 4pm pick up. Then they told me the FedEx driver came at 3pm. Now note at 3:17 icalled and they did not mention that FedEx had arrived already. Totally wasted my time going there and because of that missed another possible drop off at another location.

Don't use their website for inventory purposes. It's all wrong. The lady I asked for help was rude and acted like she didn't care. The place was also a mess. Last time I stop. If this was a real general, they would be court marshaled. Epic fail DG.

Employees are great and the store is usually clean and organized. Only complaint is when you're trying to shop and there are boxes everywhere of things that need to be put away, which is more often than not.

Dollar General has been helpful during the pandemic. I have found a lot of little crafts or ideas for crafts roaming the aisles. Also good coloring book varieties and crayons.

I enjoy shopping at Dollar General in Westminster, MA 01473 because: The Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked, clean, prices are reasonable and plenty of parking spaces.

Dollor general truly knows what sells cause I always go shopping thinking I am just going to buy what I need and come out purchasing 200 plus dollars more I love tgier selection of clothes for women they are 100 percent comfort and 100 percent style n classy love all the deals
