I brought my puppy to get groomed thinking Petco would be different than Petsmart but it is not. If anything worst than Petsmart. My puppy went in and out looking the same the only difference is they sprayed him with a spritz to smell good which lasted that same day. His hair was not cut nails were not cut anal glands were not expressed. Then they charged me the full amount with the extra services I paid for which I did not received. What a shame. After that, I contact Petco and the manager said they would refund me but I have to drive back to get the refund. Mind you, I live 20 minutes away so that is 40 minutes back and forth to get my refund. What a shame these corporate companies!

Sam L always does a great job with Maisie. Maisie is a 75lb sheep dog and washing and de-matting is a challenge. Maisie never seams anxious with Sam and she looks great when she comes home.

I’ve been taking my Maltipoo here for a couple of years and enjoy bringing him. Appointments frequently are booked up well in advance, but when we are able to bring him in, the staff is very friendly and they treat him well. Most importantly, he comes home looking cute. :0)

Alex did a great job with my cavapoo puppy. It was his first groom and we were anxious as to how he will handle it and whether the groomer will treat him well. Alex was friendly right from when we checked in. She showed my pup lots of love and put us at ease. The groom was great and my puppy was very happy and not stressed at all after his groom when we went to pick him up. She also followed up with me after I picked him up to give me tips and pointers on how to keep his coat free of matts. Appreciate the friendliness and professionalism

The groomer are worse in Westford.I booked the appointment for my dog . I got the call from groomer and they said in 30 min to come and take the dog as my dog is throwing up. It was a suprise for me because my dog was completely well. They made my dog wet and handed over to me . The dog was shivering. I had to ask for the towel and dried her up with towel . They didn’t even care do dry her up . This is animal torture. They made her soaking wet and left it in the cage for me to take her . And They have me appointment after 6 days and said to come at 8:35-8:45 and I reached at d:50 and they accept to take my dog saying ing that I came one hour late . Where there door only open at 8:30 . I don’t recommend petco at all . Not happy with their service

Overall, it was a positive experience with pleasant staff and clean facilities. It feels a bit pricey, but I haven't shopped around much so I don't know what a "typical" rate is for this area.

I took my cockapoo for grooming at Westford, ma Petco. The groomer said it will take 3hours. I requested to let me stay there and watch her getting groomed. They did not let me. I told the groomer that please keep the structure of the pet's hair and don't shave to opposite side of hair growth and the groomer said, i know how to do it. I got my dog back after 3hrs and the haircut was a disaster. She has hair removed in some areas like i can see the skin and some areas the hair remains long. They destroyed the structure of her hair completely. All over, the hair is so uneven. The hair near her mouth is the worst part of the hair cut, it shows like she got a hair fall issue or something so there are some hair in one part and little hair in other part and no hair in other part. Complete disaster. If you love your dog, please don't take the dog for grooming to Westford, ma Petco. I will Never recommend this grooming store to anyone.

I am glad to have gotten Hunter to the groomer at Petco! They did a great job, though I do wish that the pricing was a bit lower. But nothing can compare to the happiness that I could see in my dog all day. He was so calm and relaxed after his grooming experience at Petco.

Our appointment had been canceled and rescheduled due to a groomer shortage. They got us in more quickly than I had expected and Rebecca did a great job with Milo, who is very shy. I appreciate her patience with him.

They didn’t listen how I would like my dog to be groomed. They made a cut mistake on her face (too sure like the groomer lost control of the dog and over cut). The customer service was terrible. The groomer was gather talking about they life and seems like that I was interrupting they conversation. They didn’t clean the ears of my dog and I was charged $42 for a 6 month 10 lb puppy. The groomer asked for 1 hour and half but called to tell my dog was ready with 40 minutes. She should had take the time to do a good job.

Brought my Siberian Husky here on New Year’s Day after she was sprayed by a skunk, Sam did an excellent job removing most of the smell and removed much of her undercoat which will help us get rid of the skunk smell over a shorter period of time.

We have a very anxious dog. The Groomer listened carefully to my description of his anxiety and called me mid way through the appointment to provide me with an update and an assessment of my dogs ability to complete the process. Very professional, Very compassionate.

I like Petco grooming. It’s convenient and if I don’t like something they did with Max they try to fix it. I just wish they would listen better when I tell them how I like him cut. I like his ears short but they always leave them long and he never smells nice after and I don’t know why!

The woman who did my dogs nails was so nice and pleasant. She stopped after to chat with me about how I struggled to do them myself during the pandemic. I am always astounded by the professionalism and quality of service I receive every time I’m there!

They didn't clip his nails. They just made them sharper. His bath was fine. But they said they couldn't get his nails. Then charged me an extra $30. Without getting his nails trimmed. Robbery! Im still not sure why I paid $30 on top of the $57 for an incomplete groom.

Logan smelled and looked great!! My only criticism would be that his face had clearly not been washed as his eyes weep and they were still stained and crusty. Had I noticed before I left the store (I did not inspect the work lol) I would have mentioned it then :-(
