It was the only place i could find the 2 inch high bed for a medium sized dog. You can find all these beds online but this was the only store you could physically pick one up at.

If I can give 0 star I would. What a shame. Brought my dog in and he came out 4 hours after looking the same. No haircut and no nail cutting or teeth brushing. No extra services that I paid for. Instead they charged me the full amount! Wow. For what, a bath! Which didn't happened because he is still dirty and his hair is knotted. Wow. What a shame. All of these corporate business.

Staff was courteous. The issue is with store prices are consistently more than the website. I got home to realize I almost paid double for the cat carrier I purchased. I didn't notice at the time of checkout since I purchased multiple items.

Our 5-year old mini poodle loves, loves, loves Sam. Never has he been so excited to see a groomer. Sam is caring and meticulous & our pup always looks so cute and happy after a groom with Sam.

Petco it’s not a bad store but the way they have the fish tanks is kinda questionable. There’s always a fish dead in the tanks and they don’t take it out . Is going to make the rest of the fishes sick. I just want to show this 2 pictures to prove that they don’t really take care of the fish area. Dead fishes should be remove because it could make the other fishes sick and/or kill.

So nice to our Great Dane - had her nails trimmed and bought her some new toys / cookies / collar and leash set. Love the variety and options here. Service was wonderful - less than 10 minutes as a walk in for nail trim. Very happy

I visit this petco regularly and rarely need assistance as it’s a quick in and out, grab dog food and joint supplements and I’m out the door in under 10 minutes. I’ve recently had some issues with one of my dogs who has an ultra sensitive stomach. I couldn’t remember if I had last bought the chicken or lamb recipe and asked the cashier (Andrew- I believe) if he could look up my pals account to see which one I last bought. He happily assisted me and the computers were running a bit slow. He called for a backup cashier as I noticed a line was forming behind me. I asked if I could just return the bag if I got home and realized it was the wrong one but at that point he was committed to helping me find the answer. Thank dog he did because I had picked up the wrong bag of food. Thank you SO much for saving me an extra trip to the store (and saving my pup from a few days of diarrhea)

My eight-month old labradoodle always loves to be dropped off for grooming! He is extremely high energy and not an easy client. Karen P. is wonderful and very patient with him. My puppy thoroughly enjoys his sessions with her and comes home looking fabulous!

Never had any issues finding what I need there. Today I went in looking for something is never seen before. It was new to the employee I spoke too as well but he took the time to inside with others and turns out they had what I was looking for! Great service.

Went for. VETCO! Place well stocked. Plenty of staff. Clean... love the costumes for LARGER dogs....everywhere I go. Small ( arm candy) dogs are catered to.. thank you for having a few to choose from on my dogs size.. ( 85Lbs) XXL.

Excellent experience, came in for fish & supplies. Manager helped us with fish selection and supplies. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Store was clean and stocked well. Prices, quality and selection good. Updated: Came in today regarding actual fish and pet supplies. Fantastic, helpful, personable and knowledgeable staff make coming to this petco a pleasure! Great place to get supplies and pets.

I bring my lab regularly for nail trim and never make an appt. They always accommodate us quickly and courteously. This time, I asked they brush my lab's teeth as well, which they did without issue and then spoke to the condition of his teeth. Very helpful

was absolutely devastated at the condition that their poor ferrets were living in! ferrets need exercise and plenty of room, and while i understand that this is a store and cannot provide stellar care, these ferrets were living in a small tank-like enclosure, which is not at all healthy for them. ferrets need much larger enclosures with better air flow, and preferably with more areas for them to hide and burrow, seeing as that is in their nature and it gives them anxiety to go without it. there were also many racks of beta fish living in individual plastic containers that left them no room to swim, and were stationed directly next to each other, which aggravates and stresses beta fish. almost all of the fish were just floating because they didn't have room to swim. i came into the store just to pick up something for my cat and left with a pit in my stomach :(

The store is great, has virtually everything you need and seems to be the perfect size for us and our little corgi.It is so pet and human friendly that we enjoy taking Cooper, our corgi, to visit.And when Cooper has an accident, there are cleanup stations for us so the store is always nice and clean and neat.I highly recommend this store and their dog trainers.

I have an extensive bird sanctuary in my back yard, I wanted to have two parakeets for inside my home. A very nice sales associate helped me choose two females to bring home. She also helped me select a habitat, food and toys, she was great.I have been thrilled with my parakeets.I now have a new one year old Sealyham that will be enrolled in adult basic obedience with Kristen.

This store seems really put together, and they have an excellent selection of different feeders. I have a big frog and a snake at home, both want live feeders and this is where I go to get em.Today I went in and had exceptionally good customer service from a store associate named Ben. It's really refreshing to find someone who is genuinely happy to help.Thank you, Petco in Westford. You can be sure I'll be back soon!

Great customer service. Returned some fish that were not a fit in my tank. Purchased at Petco a few days before. Went out of their way to help me resolve my issues. This is for the Westford store. Don’t remember her name but she was fantastic. She worked in aquatics.

Had what I needed. A bit pricey for a Betta fish I thought. 14.99. but they had a good selection. Would have been nice if there were price tag on each of the little containers to make a better decision.

today around 5:20 P.M I took my dog ​​to have his nails cut, the grooming was CLOSED!!! I asked the employee, he said it closed at 5:00 PM, on the website it shows until 8:00 PM, when I asked about it, the employee was EXTREMELY RUDE, rude, and said that if he wanted the service to come sooner the store… I've never been so disrespected!! I don't know the name of it, however, it was in the coffin of the market around 5:20... please take care, if the employees are like that, imagine what they do with our dogs when we're not looking.

Your staff is incompetent. Your products are overpriced and often hard to find. Everything I went there to get was out of stock. I wanted to return something, but had left my driver's license in the car and apparently one has to have government ID to return merchandise to your store. Total waste of time and energy.
