I have never had issues at this, the Westfield store. Has above average selection & inventory especially compared to the nearby Southwick store. But it's worth noting that I do also choose this store over others because the inside is just set up well in my opinion. There I always happen to find what I came in for quicker and easier. There also is a much broader selection of items in each department so I'm always finding things I really need but never remember.

The Westfield store is the one I visit most.Due to recent times that we are going thru, I don't always find the flavor of my coffee !! Lots of pet supplies , treats etc.... but didn't have much for small dog sweaters .

This place is amazing! Their prices on many things are cheaper than other stores. If they carry it, it is usually cheaper. They also have an amazing selection of "different" stuff, especially in their food department. The staff is very friendly now (some previous employees were Not), and they always take care of you if you have an issue with something you've bought. It is also a very charitable store, too, as I find lots of their items new with tags, donated to a charity I volunteer at. The kind of store I feel good about giving my business to!

Where else can you buy clothes, food, garden/yard tools, and food? Also pots and pans and pet supplies. I didn't grow up in New England, I been here 3 years. But I like to check out what they have.

I am already stressed like most everyone else right about now and went shopping at westfield ocean state today and there was so many great products and the store was so organized I ended up spending over 300.00! All of the staff are great with the customers. Here's what led me to review for my 1st time ever- I got to my truck and the doors wouldn't unlock, I had lost my fob and was stranded there for a LONG TIME..the manager came over to me, I believe his name is Joe- he requested my mile long receipt and walked himself and with me several times retracing everywhere I went, looking under everything and never complained! Words really don't Express my gratitude for his kindness, he and many of the other employees there are precious people, Thank you

Good selection and very reasonably priced. Had what I needed at less then the big box stores. Gloves for $6.00, just need some snow. Fast check out. Best price on bird seed and suet.

Used to be a lot cheaper the products they sell, now they seem to be as pricey as other retail stores. There are a few deals which seem to be heavily discounted. I thought they were supposed to buy their products by the lot so customer could benefit, by reduced pricing. The store is clean neat and orderly. Cashiers have personality.

Neat finds, including a fair amount of craft paint supplies (brushes, different types of paper, paints, palettes, etc). At a decent price you will probably find something of use to you here: home goods, mats, towels, some groceries/shelved foods, select clothing, lawn/garden supplies, health/beauty/toiletries, stationery, school supplies, and some toys.

I never set foot into a job lots until 2 years ago and now this is my #1 go to place. I have saved so much $$$ on my face lotions, hair products, and hard to find cooking oils like Avocado and Grapeseed at fantastic prices. Also, the selection on gardening supplies is wonderful. If you have never been you should go and see for yourself. My wallet is so happy for it. Great service

I never come here but it was on my way home so I went to get something quick, and the two ladies on the registers were talking the whole time we were waiting on line. The lady looked at me but didn’t tell me to come to her register, so I asked her if she was open. She only said, “yes” didn’t tell me to come. So I asked if I can come to her register and she said, “yes” again. (There was two more coworkers on register as well without customers) it was a really awkward situation.

I decided to buy several of the extra large pots as well as 8 bags of potting soil. Due to a recent surgery and not being able to lift anything, the staff here picked up all the pots for me, loaded them onto a u-boat and cart, helped me in the check out line, had me pull my car right up to the fire line and loaded every single in my car for me. I am not one to ask for help, so this was VERY appreciated. It's the kindness of people that makes a difference.

They were closed over an hour early today (2/4/18) I came at 6:55pm and the store looks like it has been closed for hours even though it says in the window that they are open on Sundays until 8pm... So if you ever come here make sure to be prepared for the least possible reliability in terms of them being open or not. It looks like if they feel like it they just close an hour or two early sometimes... I’m disappointed.

Offers great seasonal wares for landscaping. However, one issue I had earlier today was one of the managers belittling an employee over the phone for calling out of work. She was in front of me nearly screaming on a phone. This is not the first time I have experienced this at the store, and, has become a revolving theme. Can your corporation look into this? Thank you.

I needed a carpet for prayer. Went here, found it on aisle. Lots of carpets. Lots of uses for carpets. Kind of smelt like plastic in the store. Burning plastic. 🔥

Love the constant change in inventory.each store has different items.Good prices.Nice Food selection & the coffee they sell is better then alot of " Gourmet Coffee"..My go to look place & 99% of the time.I walk out with something at a great price.Seasonal Clothing.Nada more to say but if you want to save $,go here 1st.
