My, new to me, rescue dog would not allow touch to his paws, ears or teeth. He would lash out and nip whomever attempted to touch him. Nicole and Michael found a way to soothe him making it possible to have his nails cut. This was a major accomplishment that lead to changing my dog Charlie’s behavior entirely.Nicole and Michael are a great team. They’re kind, they’re patient and they’re compassionate. I’ll always be grateful for the impact and behavioral changes they’ve had on my dog Charlie.

Both of my Labradoodles left Nicholl's shop looking fantastic and feeling very chill. My 14 year old has needed to be sedated for the last five years for grooming but not with Nicholl! He got some special attention and handling and he was happy throughout. Needless to say, Nicholl's special touch and warm and personal service has made me a returning customer.

Nicholl is wonderful!! My Shih-Poo has fear aggression, etc., and is not the easiest dog, but she has groomed him regularly for eight years and does a wonderful job every single time. Nicholl is absolutely the best!!

Great place to go I had such a hard time getting my car into the carrier but when I got there they had no problem calming her and maker her feel relaxed and got the job done fast. You can tell that have a way with animals and most don’t. I highly recommend them for all your cat or dog needs.

Nicoll lost a customer today!! My dog was scared and urinated 2 times because he was scared to get groomed, and even though I have cronic pain at my over 70 age frame I cleaned one of them as she cleaned the other only to come back to pick up my Benji and hear her talking up a storm about me, myDog and about how she should charge me extra for his accident never mentioning how apoligetic I was or that I helped cleaned it up. This isn't about her work but more about her character! I referred her to my daughter for her 2 dogs and several other people and I will be making sure they all know how she talks about her customers when she thinks they aren't there, I am happy I overheard what she thinks of me, I will take my dog somewhere else from now on. Might not seem like a big deal but I am in tears about it, call me over sensitive but sitting there listening to her talk about me to other people really hurt. Take it for what it worth.... Oh and she tried to charge me $75 instead of $55 like my last 3 visits, so she cut me a deal at $60.

Terrible , my wife and I were in the middle of a long awaited. Move into our new home. It was a stress full time and if that wasn’t enough a quick snow storm dropped on us. My wife called the day before our appointment when we knew we weren’t going to be able to get our cats to the appointment. ( it was after hours. ) We have been using this place for a couple of years and alwayys paiid the hourly rate x2 because we had 2 cats done. We were always charged for 2 hours for only 1 hours worth of work. Tipped $20 on top of that every time! We missed but called our appointment and she charged us a cancel fee. That was sent in the mail to our old address and then to collections. Are you kidding me??? This shop was never busy and I’m sure she is not doing a great business and times are tough for her. Don’t go to the shop if you want a small town feel. You can get the same poor customer service at Petco. She should remember all of the tips on top of her gouging rate .
