I went in to the Famiy Dollar in Westfield Ma a few days ago and I couldn't believe the condition of this store. No organization, boxes piled up in aisles, nothing was on shelves, random spills in the aisle. OSHA would have a field day as it's a hazardous environment. I noticed loitering and looked like drug deal in store. Nobody was there to help. Long lines at checkout and staff were miserable. But I can understand that. Either fix the store or close it because someone will get hurt in there

I came into looking for a tarp and some plastic totes, neither were in stock. It smelled like a dirty baby diaper and no one bothered to ask me if I needed any help finding anything, however the woman stocking was very concerned that someone was going to be mad about the door getting fixed... I couldn't believe how empty this place was, looked like it was ready to close down- I'll go up the Rd to dollar general in Southampton...this place MN reds a real Manager bad!!!

I am here almost on a daily basis and I enjoy being able to get just what I need to and occasionally I will find a conversation starter to bring home. This is a well lit store with a good mannered knowledgeable staff. Downside is staff is limited so stock is Sometimes sparse but they will definitely help.when they can.

I like shopping at Family Dollar for used he has some good products for a good value. The store can be a little cluttered sometimes and not as kept as it could be but I still enjoy shopping there. Not saying it's dirty or anything just could be better kept. Great place for Westfield though have quite a few things that you wouldn't realize they sell.

The employees are pretty nice, but the store isn't. It's always cluttered with boxes of unopened product, while the shelves remain bare. The last 2 times I was there, it wasn't busy at all. There were at least 2 employees that I saw, and maybe 3 customers, myself being one of them, and no one stocking shelves. I miss the family dollar in easthampton, but when I just need a few things, it's obviously not a practical drive. At that point, I just go to Walmart.

So total nightmare. Store is unstocked filthy, cashier was I think high, Franklin St Westfield Ma...corporate needs to check this location out because it's disgusting.

To be honest i wouldnt even give this store a full star.. This is the worst store ive ever been to. My 7 year old niece almost got ran down by an employee he didnt say excuse me nor did he apologise for almost knocking her down. Secondly the manager is extremely rude and wouldnt even acknowlage us.. This store is completely disorganized and dirty. I will never EVER EVERRRR shop here again!!

This store is a total wreck i have never seen anything like it seriously understaffed i feel for the employees whom struggle to maintain and cant keep up usually they one or 2 people to keep up impossible

Since Dollar Tree bought them the store is a lot cleaner! Brand new shelves and freezers. Still boxes blocking all the isles though.

There are lots of cute unexpected things in here. Not everything is $1 if that's what you're expecting, but everything seems to be priced lower than if it were in another store.

Customer service is an absolute joke and apparently anyone is hirable, I’m sorry but if you can’t answer basic questions or transfer someone to a manager you shouldn’t be working there let alone answering phones 😔 the stores is always dirty smdh terrible!!!
