I went in to the location on E. Main Street in Westfield MA looking for a Type C charging cord for my Android phone. I asked the cashier where the electronic aisle is because there are ZERO aisle signs and it was my first time in this location (incidentally none of the employees were wearing a Dollar Tree shirt or a name tag). When I finally found them, I found hundreds of the Micro USB cords and ZERO of the Type C which is specifically for Android phones. When I got to the register, I thanked the cashier for letting me know where electronics was but unfortunately there wasn't the cord I needed. She immediately jumped down my throat and said that her job ended when she told me where they were and she wasn't paid enough to care about a senior looking for a damn cord. I wish she had a name tag but she's young, heavy set, and an attitude. And she has no respect for seniors. My first trip in this store is my last!!

Now it's $1.25 tree and still so much cheaper than everywhere else. They have a small hardware section where you can buy paint brushes and paint rollers and electrical tape and basic tools and for $10 you can walk out with a bag full that would cost you $30 or $40 somewhere else. They even have food laundry detergent it's like a mini Walmart except everything is low cost but not low quality. Absolutely love the store I save a ton of money there 😁

I was impressed with their selection (especially crafts) and of course prices (1.25 for most items). There is also a nice selection of bath/beauty, grocery, kitchen/house wares, children's activity books/toys, cards/party supplies, and artificial flowers.

I had a great time shopping at Dollar Tree this a.m. I went especially to get a jigsaw puzzle I heard they carried. I got 3 puzzles and a bunch more stuff for way under $20. It will be my first stop on grocery shopping day from now on.

I absolutely love shopping here. Yes they Name brands aren't sold here but if you take the brands carried at Dollar Tree and check the top brands they are exactly the same ingredients. for $1 or less. I can always find something I like and extra to fit my budget.....

Rude employee ! My wife asked at the checkout if she could get some help reaching a product. The pleasant cashier said sure just ask that woman over there. When my wife (4'9" tall and the sweetest person on earth) asked her for help, it wasn't good. She huffed and stomped toward the isle and when my wife thanked her she didn't acknowledge it. A manager should recognize this employees issues so that the public doesn't have to deal with her. Some people don't belong in customer service.

If you are a person of color, DO NOT COME to this dollar tree. I has insulted verbally today at the Westfield dollar tree. Today makes twice. Two different cashiers on two different occasions. An old gray long haired white lady and a short long dark haired middle aged Hispanic female manager both whom were sarcastically disrespectful to me at the counter for no apparent reasons. What I did today was simple. I didn't get flustered by the disrespect, I simply told her I will notbe spending my money here today or ever and left everything at the counter and walked out. Horrible work ethics. They should both receive 100 hours of mandatory unpaid ,"Sensitivity Training"

Shop here. It's the largest dollar tree I've been in and the only one in Westfield. The staff is very helpful.
