We were here in July, but today customer service was downright nasty and when the girl at the register proved mystified, the person she called made it clear that it was just too much trouble for him to help us. He made that very clear by doing his absolute minimum with an attitude that we were wasting his time and could we please go away. We drove out of our way to get here.DON'T shop here on a Sunday afternoon. It is worth your time to go further South. The manager and staff at the other TSC were very helpful!

Clean store with lots of options. Good pet care items and supplies. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. Reminds me of Harbor Freight but much nicer. I came here for some horse stall mats and the staff helped me move it into my car. The weekly sales are appealing and the location is great. You can get a lot of shopping done at this plaza.

Came to use the dog wash after leaving from another one as it did not have a ramp for my newfoundland to get up into the bath. Luckily Tractor Supply has a great setup and I was able to get my boy up no problem (though he did resist a lil bit haha). Although the floor was a little dirty with old dog hair, for the price of 10$ you absolutely can't go wrong. They've got great name brand shampoos with all different kinds. Two workers came in to check on me throughout, explaining what to use and making sure I had towels. Very nice and cool way to wash your dog in the winter or anytime! I was able to use the dryer on him as well. Also noticed someone came in after me and they wouldnt let her use the tub i used until they sanitized it which i think is great. (There are two tubs, one is slightly better for larger dogs)Can't wait to come back!

Every time I have come in they have been so pleasant. I come in for the dog wash and then stroll around the store. There is a lot more there than you would think. One day I'll need to go back without my reactive dog so I can shop.

Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I always call ahead to make sure they have what I need in stock as it's a ride for me. But they always have what I need for my chickens. Highly recommend

This is my favorite Tractor Supply store, ever. I have been coming here for years and for various reasons. I first went down the path of chickens about 4 years ago, and I was coming here so much that I was remembered by the cashiers (this might mean I have a problem, but that's fine haha). I since have had to get rid of them, but I have 2 Great Pyrenees that I brought in for baths (which was hilarious in it's own) and when they need stuff, TS is generally where I go. Recently, I ended up with 6 little GP puppies that I needed to care for, and once again ended up here looking for what I need. The manager (I am so sorry, I did not catch your name) is FABULOUS. Every encounter I have had with him has been pleasant, but my most recent one was the best thus far. He guided me to a better dog food to use, which saved me money and was better for my dogs. He gave me recommendations on puppy pads as well, which I greatly appreciated. This store has some great staff, and even when they are busy they make sure they are available to help. 10/10 for this TS store, and don't worry, I will be back.... I have decided to keep one of my GP puppies, so that makes 3! Bath time will be fun! :P

Time for Achilles bath! Can't beat $10 to (self serve) bathe your dog with everything included. Two stations - Stainless steel bathtub with a pull out ramp, shampoo, brushes, towel and a blow dryer. Be sure to bring your own towels in case they run out. The blow dryers don't work that great, but it's better than nothing. Someone usually comes in to clean up when there's a break between baths. Weekend are busy and it's first come first served... Go off peak of you can. Staff is really nice!

I just bought a fishing Kayak here and I have to say, they are the best! The team at this location were so customer focused and they went WAY above and beyond. If I ever buy another Kayak, I will be buying it here. My kids are still trying to decide if they want one and if they do, I will go straight back to this Westborough location. Helps that its a mile from my house. Aside from that they did a GREAT job helping me out with my purchase. They have earned my business moving forward. I do love this store! The workers here are so friendly and helpful. I injured my wrist and they helped me to move my purchase to my car, which is very heavy. This store is well stocked and offers competitive pricing.

I’m in this store at least once a week for grain and farm supplies. Everyone is always super helpful. They’ve gone above and beyond supporting my 4H club, doing store transfers when needed if items weren’t in stock. Employees have even driven to other stores, off the clock,to pick up items for me and brought in next day. I can’t say enough about this team and what a pleasure they are to work with! Love love love shopping here!!! Always have the items I need in stock. My son loves to look at the baby chicks in the spring time and the staff are super friendly. Dennis is amazing and showed me a cheaper product which is basically the same item I was paying for... Dennis and Tom both always welcome myself and my son every time we enter the store and always ask if we need help..

Vendor delivery. Worst store experience I’ve ever had in over 3 years of delivering to various stores. Management refused to unload during recieving hours but unloaded others. Refused to provide any information including their name and walked away mid conversation. Wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence after they unloaded another truck that arrived after me and shut the door in my face. I’d rate this store worse if I could.

Brand new store, that is very clean and well stocked. Staff is very helpful, and cheerful. Merchandise quality is along par with Lowe's and Home Depot, but prices are as low as Harbor Freight. You can find almost everything you want or need here, except groceries

One of the lesser known shops, but once you enter the shop you would fall in love with it. Nice shop with a combination of outdoor supplies and pet supplies. PETS ARE ALLOWED here. Full function pet wash station complete with shampoo, conditioner, towels, drying etc. Customer service reps are friendly and respectful. Overall it is one of my favorite stores.Drop the big box shops for a while and visit this place - you will find it amazing.

Great place for farm and garden supplies. Good work clothes. Feed and pet food selection is great.If you want chickens or geese they have live chicks on site definitely easier than ordering on line. Easily accessible on Route 9 in Westborough.

They have a lot of stuff in there, don't think you have to have a tractor to go there. It's kind of like a hardware store. They have tools, air compressors, accessories nuts, bolts, steel/aluminum stock, welding supplies, plant fertilizers, trailer stuff and more. Easy parking and easy to get to. I found myself walking around to get familiar with what they have.

Love this place. We have a lot of animals on our little urban farm and tractor supply has everything I need. From mower parts to chicken feed. Plus everything in between. Staff is always courteous and helpful!
