Basic but clean accommodations. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and kind, and made check in a breeze. There is ample parking and the rooms are decent sized for a couple. The shower is just a stall so keep that in mind if you’re a bigger person, and the water pressure wasn’t the best. Over all, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. Great location and price.

Dirty small rooms, bedsheets were dirty. The sample shampoo and lotion was used and left for us. No conditioner. No body soap. Says hot tub and pool. Hot tub is closed pool says its heated. It's freezing and the ceiling is always dripping on your things in the pool area.Place is really skimpy on towels and makes you get them yourself. 10 out of 10 would not recommend . Too expensive for a weekend. Not worth it. Will not go back

Currently staying at this hotel. I’m a wedding photographer and I am photographing a wedding tomorrow on Nantucket. I’m staying at this hotel in anticipation of having to wake up early tomorrow to take the ferry. There is an alarm clock in the room but I always like to have a back up option. My phone is dead, and I have two separate phone chargers that for whatever reason are not working- there are no CVS’s or other options to resolve this issue within miles. I just went in the office and the owner literally just gave me an iPhone charger to keep. He was so nice about it and has already been helpful with several other issues today.Obviously the expectations of a roadside inn are not incredibly high, but everyone here has been very kind and helpful! That bed is comfortable and it’s a great location. I would stay here again

The front desk guy was just horrible - rude and uninterested in helping us at all. He just wanted to watch TV. The room was okay- floor was clean but there were stains on the quilt. For the same price, there are other hotel options nearby. Just consider the other options vs this place. No one wants to deal with during a vacation.

Grabbed an inexpensive room after dinner and drinks to avoid a long drive home. Room had been recently renovated. King bed was made with fresh linens. Flat screen TV, microwave and refrigerator in room. Staff was polite and helpful when one of the guests OD'd in the room above ours. Mostly tourists staying here, but also a few sketchy folks. Would likely pay a bit more to avoid that element in the future. Affordable, close to many family activities and restaurants.

This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in the Cape Cod area. When I first arrived the toilet had black stuff around the top where the toilet seat rest. I had to get the nice women who checked us in to take a look at it and she cleaned it up. The shower was also not clean but she cleaned the entire bathroom. I had to go to the office to request a floor mat towel. Next, the ceiling in the shower fell down so we had to change rooms, what an inconvenience. If you are on the bottom floor be ready to hear the people above you walking and bumping around. My husband didn't get much sleep because of the bumping above. It was pretty loud so I am glad I sleep with earplugs. The only positive was Simone, the desk clerk who checked us in and cleaned the room. She was very responsive in getting us moved to a new room. Will NEVER stay here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean, but small and dated. The shower did not work in our room, so we were moved to another room. But the bathroom was in terrible condition. The pool was closed. No free breakfast, which is understandable, but no coffee pots in the rooms. The beds were uncomfortable, the combo heater & A/C was incredibly loud, and the thermostat did not work. The remote control for the tv only worked if you stood in front of the tv. Overall a terrible place to stay and we will not go back.

The price was unbeatable. Definitely an older motel, kind of run down and could use a clean up. It was however newly decorated and the staff was friendly. The pool heater wasn't on so it was freezing unfortunately that was one of the main reason I chose this place. It offers breakfast but just bread slices coffee juice and bananas are options.

From soggy floors in the bathroom, to dirty room doors, this place has everything to disappoint your every expectation. The bathroom which was the size of a broom closet was equipped with a shower design that makes it for poor drainage leaving the water to pool around your feet while you shower and the toilet seat was somehow uneven leaving you to sit tilted. The A/C never seem to be cold enough, the towels and toiletries are of the cheapest quality and the pillows are equivalent to a sports sock stuffed with cotton balls. As a laid on the both hard and lumpy bed I could not help but feel regret at not spending an extra $20 a night for a much better facility. I stood here with my children and I did not feel it was recommended for children.Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $20 a night somewhere else or you will feel regret the minute you open the room door.

Breakfast was very incomplete, but at least present and free. The "2 queen" room used Full mattresses, which was very disappointing. The shower head was a sharp blast of water. Aside from that, for an exterior entry hotel, it was fairly nice. Vinyl planking floors (no carpet) was understandable in this beach destination. The front desk clerk in the evening was very nice and helpful.

I have mixed emotions . The room appeared to be newly renovated..it was clear that the bed pillows and sheets had not been laundered since there was mascara and hair on them . Thank goodness I brought my own . The top bed cover had cigarette burns . The floor hadn't been mopped as there was dirt upon entering and in the bathroom there was a wet area which I went to wipe up and when I moved the towel it was yellow....that grossed me out . Anyway ...aside from that our stay was cut short and we had to check out early..we were charged an additional day for that . The front desk people were nice.

It was ok that's all I can say. The staff hung around by the pool which made me not want to go in. There was a couple in a room downstairs at the very end who would fight and argue. Very off putting. The room was clean but it definitely needed decorating. The shower was so difficult to turn on. The breakfast consisted of muffins and bagels and 2 cereals, bananas were the only fruit offered. The receptionist was friendly. The hot tub never worked during our 5 night stay. I wouldn't stay again.

This hotel is exactly what it says it is. That may seem obvious, but other hotels on this street claim to be dog friendly but turn you away when you arrive, even with a long-standing reservation. We found Econo lodge in a last minute, frantic moment thinking we would have no place to go. They were very nice, told us to come right over and got us into a room in minutes. The rooms are nothing extra ordinary, but are clean, and have everything you need. They are pretty small and our microwave and wifi wouldn't work, but the mini fridge was really nice to have and everything else was good. The free breakfast is basic, but always a noce plus. We did not make it to the pool, but it did look nice and was covered so would be neat in the winter. I highly recommend this place if you are staying with a dog. They are actually very dog friendly here.

To start, booking was very unprofessional. Once we arrived I was treated with very poor attitude when I asked basic questions about housekeeping. After seeing the recent reviews I hoped the pictures were true to the rooms and they were not. This place is a dump covered by paint and thin dirty blankets!! When I turned the beds down at night there was dark short hair all down the inside of both beds!! Sheets and blankets are reused and the floors were filthy! The bath towels were very old and they left two for four of us. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Places like this don’t deserve the business-unconscionable practices to save a buck!

I am a single mom and the price to stay here was affordable so I went ahead and booked a King room which was all that was available for the 4 nights. When I arrived the woman at the front desk who, from the second I walked in acted like I was bothering her because she had to do her job, told me I had to be upgraded to a double queen room and the charge would be an additional $150. I explained to her that I was on a pretty tight budget and had just driven 4 hours with my little boys and honestly did not have the extra money. She told me I had no choice and I asked her if there was any way she could help me. The entire time she was rude as she spoke to me and I finally got her to agree to call the manager. In the midst of dealing with this nasty woman my son walked over and without hesitation pulled his vacation money he had worked so hard to earn from his pocket and said “mom I will pay the extra money so we have somewhere to stay”. The woman paid no mind to my sons gesture which would have melted anyone with a half a decent bone in their bodies heart but not this cold hearted woman. She finally agreed to call the manager and told me she would call me back within the hour. Fast forward two and a half hours, no call back. I called her back and was told the manager said my options were to pay the extra money or I could cancel my reservation. I am disgusted by these people and would not recommend anyone paying this place one penny of their money to support heartless people who are working with public in an area that economically is highly supported by tourists like me. Just average people looking for an affordable clean place to stay because I am certain that no one who is well of financially would be staying at this place. Thanks for taking a minute to read about my experience at the West Yarmouth Econo Lodge. I ended up finding a place for us that was 10 times nicer than this place!!

I've stayed at hotels for 60% more money that were less clean and less comfortable. This is a huge bargain, and the family who runs it is so genuinely caring about their guests. The bedding could be a little higher quality, but everything else is equivalent to a 4 or 5 star hotel.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The place is old and run-down looking, nothing fancy. It is very low quality and repair work if any at all looks like amateurs did it. There are missing baseboards, lumpy patches on walls, and just is not attractive at all. There were worms coming in and out of Woodwork in bathroom and all over shower curtain. Totally freaked me out. Ate breakfast out everyday to get organic food and gluten-free food. Would not go back there again. We did get a second room there over the worm issue. Seems to me they should have taken something off my bill. It truly is a No-Frills place.

Room was filthy. The floor didn't get cleaned at all after last guest. It had dirt and sand all over. They left used shampoo bottles in our room instead of giving us new ones Walls were filthy. I couldn't leave soon enough. Don't waste your money.

I stayed here with family and my boyfriend for 3 nights and would recommend it to others. We were supposed to get a king sized bed and only got a queen due to having an adjoining room but not a huge deal. Other than that, cheapest price for the quality. Free breakfast items, indoor pool, friendly staff. The rooms could use a little work here and there but overall good experience and I'd go back in the future.

It was actually a lot nicer than i thought it was going to be. We had our own bathroom and the bed was huge. There was actually an ice machine at this hotel. Breakfast wasnt amazing, but it was free so im not complaining. Over all it was a pretty nice stay for Valentines day, not to mention the cute little set up they had for us.

Today was THE worst experience I could have ever had. Upon arrival my husband and I checked in and received our room cards. We got to our room, which was on the main level. The Windows were open when we got into the room. We shut the windows and turned on the a.c. The more we were going in and out of the room, unloading our stuff, we noticed the room just started to smell more and more musty. We unfortunately got a room with 2 full sizes beds. When we tried to move the 2 beds together we noticed as soon as we moved the bed there was black mold all behind the bed. We immediately went back to the front desk. Upon informing the front desk we were told we'd be refunded all nights but one. Which is ridiculous with the health code violating conditions. We told him we still needed a key to load everything back up. My husband told him he still had his and that we would drop it off on the way out. While we were in our room trying to load everything back out, the guy from the front desk walked into our room unannounced. I proceeded to ask why he didn't knock and he responded he thought we left. Completely disregarding the conversation we just had in the lobby. Even if he thought we could have left, he should have attempted to knock or announce himself entering. Never have I EVER had such a bad experience or such horrible customer service. Ive never been so disgusted by the level of cleanliness of a room. NEVER BOOK A ROOM HERE.

If you are needing a moderate hotel for the night this is one of them. We just drove in to do a personal music video and was out all day so we decided to spend the night before heading home.Checking in was fast and the front desk clerk was friendly. There is an indoor pool right there in the lobby and on the outside, a small area where they include a continental breakfast. Mainly coffee cereal, a banana and mini muffins or small pastries.Rooms are okay, just a bit outdated on furnishings and bedspreads. Beds were okay and pillows were way too soft. Needs a little TLC.

Not the normal place we stay on cape. Nice rooms, nice staff. Only two things keeping it from five star. First the pool hours are 10 to 9. The other place we stayed had much earlier and longer hours so we could get a swim in during the morning. The second thing was the heat/air system was not intuitive to use. Out of the three couples staying in our group none of us found the way to keep heat on and the fan on so it constant blew. Instead it would turn on and off all through the night. All the cold and fan settings could continously blow, but not the heat. Overall minor things but kept it from being full five star.

The nastiest experience in lodgings that I've had. The room had not been cleaned. There was trash underneath the bed. The refrigerator had a putrid odor of dead hooker, or perhaps rotten bush meat. Peeling paint and wallpaper, the smell of cigarette smoke permeates the curtains (it was advertised as a non smoking room). The rating system does NOT go low enough. I rate this place a FIVE TURD. The toilet ran until you returned the flush lever. Shower curtain stained. Cigarette burns on carpet and. Surly desk manager. I was too tired to look for another motel the first night. I checked out first thing in the morning.

The place is run-down and nasty. The pics show the dirty sheets we found upon arrival, some poorly repaired from a leak, stacks of mattresses stored on the balcony while they worked on rooms, something really foul on the curtains (you know what it looks like) and the overall small, dingy room. The staff are rude....like really rude. There are no coffee pots in the room and they do not leave any on past 9am in the office. Wi-Fi is unusable. I regret spending $60 here and am very concerned about them having my credit card number. Do not stay here unless pure desperation calls for it!
