On a positive note the store is bigger than Hyannis with a lot more merchandise, and I got what I wanted. On the negative side there was only one person working, it was a mess, items on the floor and carts in the aisles with products to be stocked. I guess they must be having trouble finding help.

Manager was extremely rude today when I asked to exchange party favors for a different color. She yelled loudly “WE DONT HAVE THOSE” and refused to exchange my items. After I found them in the store and brought them up front she then threw them off the countertop towards me as I walked out. The other employees at the location have always been kind and helpful but this manager‘s behavior was completely unacceptable. I live in this neighborhood and frequent this store for small items regularly.

Temporarily closed due to there being only 1 employee. And can't blame anyone for not wanting to work there, due to the price of rents on cape cod. $2,000 a month for a studio, you'd have to room with 4 other people, in a single room, or live in the woods.

It’s Dollar Tree, they all pretty much stink!, the associates are merely there for a pay check and nothing else. They were top notch when they first opened but like everything else, it dwindled. 5 stars for still keeping their prices low even while going up on price, it’s still super inexpensive for some of your everyday needs or throwaways.

I never feel comfortable in this store and I come here all the time. The selection is good and there is refrigerated items. Just seems to be lacking quality people.

The store used to be so clean and organized in the past... I assume they need to hire more people. I love this store. The size of it, the assortment - works for me, considering the price ! Also location is good, and a big parking lot. 👍

Like all Dollar Tree Stores...they get old real quickly. This store is a bout two years old at most and it has aged. The merchant works hard to keep shelves stocked and orderly....buyers don't care ... It has typical seasonal themed goodies for the dining table, lots of 5 & 10 cents store toys worth a dollar....gadgets and excellent selection of greeting cards at $1.00 percard. That's a deal. Parking easy, location easy, summers busy rest of the year tourists are absent business is slow.

Terrible customer service at the West Yarmouth location. Had to wait for the young cashier to finish flirting with a guy before she would come to her register and check me out. Then she acted “put out” that she had to do her job. Hopefully more than one register will be open in the future so people can be checked out in a timely manner and hopefully without attitude.

Very new and very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and actually act like they want to work there and help the customer. The place is very well organized with way more products than I was expecting. Perfect location, close to all hotels and other major stores.Overall great experience

Awesome, NEW location! Right on route 28, and close to everything: hotels, restaurants, neighborhoods, gas stations, liquor stores, you name it! The staff is bright, friendly, and eager to help. Everything is organized and spaced out properly. The floors, walls, and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Also, this location has an actual frozen/refrigerated food section, unlike the older Yarmouth location. You could actually buy an entire well rounded meal here, which is amazing, especially if you're in a rush or on a tight budget. Is it "gourmet" food? Of course not, but it's absolutely edible, safe, and fairly priced. I have always loved shopping at the Dollar Tree, but this is definitely my favorite store out of the handful I have shopped at. I'm thrilled to have one so close to where I live! The other Yarmouth location isn't far at all, but this store is even more convenient for me, and I will definitely be a regular customer.

Not happy with the the announcement that was made over speaker system when 2 long time friends bumped into each other at the West Yarmouth MA Dollar tree and hugged each other: the announcement said: "Do Not Hug or Touch In Our Store"...was very loud over speaker system...How do they have the right to do that?...I don't think they do!!!

It's like Christmas Tree Shop. It has everything you would need for the..."I forgot it at home"... items. Beach towels to Sunscreen to Advil...all covered.
