I recently switch from another pharmacy. Talk about from the pan to the fire. These people are providing life saving drugs for the pubic but act like they're inflating balloons to children for all the care they provide to it's customers. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer questions and they don't seem to care. I say BOYCOTT them, at least until they learn to answer questions by phone. Good Luck everyone your going to need it.

7/16/23The pharmacist is the rudest and must unkind person I have met! I had a problem with leaving a prescription home on vacation and had to get 6 tablets to tide me over. He was rude when I explained my problem. He made me switch to another line. I waited there only for him to come over 5 minutes later for me to tell him the same thing!I went 5 hours later and it wasn’t filled!. I explained to him that I wanted to get home before it rained because I have poor vision. He could have cared less. “Take a seat and it will be really in half an hour. No concern at all! Not nice. Not sympathetic. Nothing. No compassion.I know how busy and short staffed places of business are now a days. I wouldn’t treat a dog the way I was treated by that man!I was going to followup with corporate but they got just as many bad reviews as this pharmacy in West Yarmouth!The depravity evidently starts at the top!

My rating is based on a terrible system in the pharmacy. My rating has nothing to do with the people I encountered. The system is terrible! The last three months my prescription had issues. I hate bothering anyone but constantly calling my primary doctor for help gets rather old. The system allegedly duplicates my orders then cancels them out. It’s extremely frustrating to everyone involved. I’ve made the decision to try a new pharmacy although I’m hoping it will be better.

So I never write reviews but I had too if I could give it 0 stars I would this pharmacy is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been too in my life the people were so rude i came in 40 mins before they had there break for 3 antiacid pills because I’m from out of town on vacation and left my medicine at home and cannot eat without them the man tells me he can’t fill them till after 2 couldn’t give me an estimated time the pharmacist was being so rude to the customers slamming the medications in the box there was another lady in there that looked so sick and said she was waiting for her medication since 8 am She said it never used to be like this until these new workers all I’m saying is do not go here it is super unprofessional the workers are rude and don’t seem like they want to do their job and should all be fired in my opinion if you need your meds on time don’t come here cause you’ll be waiting awhile I have to wait 2 hours for 3 pills goodluck.

Checked the website which said the drive through and pharmacy were open until 8 PM. I was in line at 7:28 pm while the woman in front of me and pharmacist in the window were just having a leisurely chat for 10 minutes. Another car was also waiting behind me. When they finished their non RX related conversation, the pharmacist closed the window to me and the other car who were waiting ....20 minutes early. I was there 6 days ago to pick up this same rx they wouldn’t give me without my license, something I have never been asked for in the 10+ years I have been getting this RX. Hence, I had left it in the car since I never needed it before. I had already stood in line for 20 minutes and wasn’t about to do it again so I said I’d just come back ,later....which was tonight.....my first available time all week because I work longer hours than any of your pharmacists do. I have been having so many significant problems with CVS recently and am already working a court case against them. Things like this only strengthen my case. Don’t use CVS....switch to anywhere else. They are horrible and this particular location is awful.

I have been on hold for over an hour! I need help with my meds but they do not answer the phone. I do not mind waiting, but being ignored is past my limits, time to start moving my prescriptions to Walgreens! At least they answer their phone!!!!! The only thing large companies will understand is lawsuits for negligence, Medical malpractice includes conditions caused by delayed administration of treatment and errors in dispensing medication. Acting at the right time is critical in many cases, and failure to do so can cause injury and even death. If you were negligently treated, you have the right to sue.

Went in for a Covid test because I tested positive on home tests.Drive thru was closed. Told the lady the website wasnt very user friendly. They made me wait 45 mins. & then handed me a bag of home tests. I said " I need a lab test" She said "that's what u asked for" NO U didn't listen. Very Rude

I dont understand how is it you wait for over a hour to talk to a pharmacist this is not the first time it had happened I sont mind waiting but calling at 11 and 10 and waiting over 1 hour and still called after lunch time and still waiting right now typing am waiting half hour and still waiting to speak to representative the workers there are very nice Its just you wait way too long to speak to someone and thats very irritating❗

I wish I could give negative stars. Nobody answers the phone at the pharmacy. EVER. I have been on hold for over AN HOUR and counting. This is an "all the time" issue. I understand giving vaccines and boosters, but enough is enough. They need to hire someone to just answer the phone. I have tried to have my scripts transferred to Stop and Shop. I was told that Stop and Shop must call CVS and request the scripts be sent to them. Guess what Stop and Shop said? "They never answered the phone". If you have a new script, I would advise you to have it sent to any place other than this cvs. If you DO happen to get someone on the phone, they are very rude.

The pharmacy does not respond to their responsibility to call the proper covering insurance for override when told they have to. I arrived on Saturday to pick my medication and was told I couldn't even after my dr and insurance cleared for payment because of no follow through on this pharmacies part!!!!!!

Had to get an product I could not find and the pharmacy was very helpful wound up it was in the baby aisle. I am not at all a baby so never would have looked there joked with the pharmecy staff that I would be a man about it and get the ointment for my wound anyway. They had me directed to the risht spot in seconds. As I guy I hate to ask for directions, but 3 times around the place i had to give up.

Pharmacy Failed me, They took my prescription for 2 weeks and could not even fill it out at the end because they don't have it. They did not even call me to they I need find another pharmacy. They just don't care if you out of your medications. Never again!
