When anywhere near South Yarmouth on Cape Cod we shop for the freshest seafood at Andrea’s . The Faro Island Salmon is consistently the sweetest best Salmon I can get anywhere. Fresh Cod is always a must. For the special occasions we buy the sweet lobster meat and make Lobster Rolls for our visiting guest. The perfect light dinner on a hot summer evening is shrimp cocktail and home made Guacamole .Never disappointed with the seafood and super helpful staff. We usually stop twice a week. See you there!

Amazing selection of fresh fish here! I always come here when I’m down the Cape to buy fish and I’m never disappointed. Whether it’s sole, tuna, or anything else, you can’t go wrong. It always looks so great in store and often times the hard part is figuring out what to get. Great location too!

By far THE best place to purchase seafood in the Mid-Cape area. Seafood is fresher than fresh. Service reminds me of the "old" days when customer service was the number one priority. I was raised in Chatham and was taught that if you could smell fish, turn around and leave. I have never had that problem with West Yarmouth Fish and Lobster. Their little shanty is impeccably clean. If you haven't ever been, and you enjoy seafood, you really should stop in!

We ordered lobsters and steamed clams for pick up. The owner was so nice and friendly to us. I had a lot of questions about each type of fish he was selling, where it was from and how fresh was it etc. He was extremely patient and educated my wife and I about the local fishing industry. As for the food we ordered, it was the best packing we have ever seen on a to go order. The food was put inside a plastic bin to keep it warm, and the flavor is competitively similar to how Maine does their lobsters and clams. Mind you we spend so much time going to Maine a few times yearly just for the lobsters, and this is our first time trying out how Cape Cod lobsters taste. I kid you not, it's the same flavor! The lobster price is also reasonable but admittedly more expensive than how it is in Maine but it's not a deal breaker for me, and I have to admit the clam prices are cheaper here than other places including in Maine. If you have a place to eat your to go lobsters and can grill or fry fresh seafood then please give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

Our favorite fish shack on Cape! The chowder and lobster bisque are PHENOMENAL! Stuffed shrimp were amazing! All sorts of fresh fish, shellfish and lobster!

We got the take-home clambake. It was just unbelievable. To celebrate my son's 40th birthday, I wanted to try something I'd read about on line. Went in the day before and ordered three meals. Picked them up Friday, and drove home. Three huge plastic trays, each with steamers and broth, shrimp and cocktail sauce, a lobster and drawn butter, corn on the cob and potatoes. All for less than eating out. What a wonderful deal. Can't recommend highly enough. And the store staff was pleasant too.

Great place for the freshest fish. U pay a little more than grocery store but for such quality. I bought the swordfish, grilled it, delicious, little necks and fresh tuna. Always a stop for me on theCape

Absolutely the best deal I have found on Cape Cod this summer. This past weekend presented a special to go clambake which included a one and a quarter pound lobster, a pound of steamers with broth and butter, corn on the cob, three small red potatoes, a small container of coleslaw, and three cocktail shrimp complete with cocktail sauce. All this for $27. You just can't get a better deal. Andrea's consistently has wonderful seafood and it's a joy to deal with the staff who are always pleasant and helpful. I've been without a kitchen most of the summer and this is by far my best takeout dinner.

I went in to buy a lobster as I have done for years from this fish market. I always make sure to ask for a hard shell which means the lobster is full of meat. Because it was late and I have been happy in the past I did not check to make aure. As soon as I got home and felt the shell I knew it was too soft. It was too late to return it so I cooked it and from a 3lb lobster I got about 4 ounces of meat and took several pictures.all of this would have been fine until I returned and explained it to the owner who was unwilling to do anything about it even after seeing the pictures. I will not visit this establishment again and will buy my live lobsters from Ring Brothers who only sell hard shell lobsters

We have wanted to try their clambake to go all summer-finally got two clambakes to go this evening. The gentleman who answered the phone this afternoon was friendly and informative. I expected to pick up a bag, the dinners came in a plastic box, everything was included! It was delicious! I don't how they do it at this price, I am impressed and will get it again!!! Thank you Andrea's.

What a pleasant surprise! I was a customer before it had new owners, but what a great job they’ve done! No fish smell, for starters — very clean. And the seafood is SO fresh! Flounder, cod, shrimp, lobsters — fabulous. I’ve also tried the stuffed quahogs (great) and their chowder — superb.Need to amend the chowder recommendation and take away a star. Bought more and it was different in every way; in fact, pretty sure it was out of a can. The one I first had had flavor and a little heat. This was bland and salty. I’ll stick to the fresh seafood going forward. Some businesses never learn — stay consistent and avoid shortcuts.

Clean, fresh, good variety, fairly priced for the quality, and the staff is pleasant and professional. Some fresh paint on the outside would be a good idea, but that may be a cheap landlord.Women owned small business; support local!

From a long time restaurant and multi store owner.1. Lobsters are great and priced fairly. Although... When you go to a Cape you expect better prices compared to Wegmans and Whole food in a Greater Boston Area.2. Variety - give me a break. Faeroe Island and ..... HAVE SOME LOCAL. Will pay double for that.3. Only 2 people are knowledgeable. The owner and another guy. Do not want to mention who is not. Teach your front people before a season starts. It is close to the end and you are loosing money because of that.4. Have some must haves - sauces, crackers, coleslaw, marinated mussels......5. You have a great location, but brick and mortar stores also have great internet present. Check your web site. It is updated 2/ year. " We are open.... We are closed" . Really? Specials, blah-blah-blah. That attracts customers especially millennials (I am far from being one unfortunately).6. Selection again. Having 1 type of oyster on a Cape will not make you any favor. Not sure if there is a Restaurant Depot here but I am sure you can get a delivery via Instacart. A huge bag of oysters is ~ $40. That is not a waste even if you will trash 1/2 at the end of the day. Although.... You can keep them on ices for 3-4 days.I wish you good luck. Keep it as a family business. And take some marketing courses. They are almost free now. Will stop by later for oysters. :-)I WILL BE glad to revise my rating when I'll see some changes.Hard business to be in. Trust me

I've been going here for years. It is a great cape cod seafood "shop" The fish could not be fresher, service is friendly and the prepared foods are the very best. It's the little house beside the Lobster Boat Restaurant on rt. 28. You should go!

Shop elsewhere for your lobsters and steamers. Big sign out front...Steamers $5.99 lb. We even called and asked if the price was the same if we got them cooked and was told "yes". Low and behold we were charged $9 lb because they were cooked. Some scam.....and when we complained we were told that it's too bad. There is a sign inside (which we did not see) that conflicts with the sign outside. And they had the gall to say that they wouldn't have told us that the price would be $5.99 lb cooked, even though both my wife and I clearly heard them say that. VERY BAD customer service and even worse customer relations. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Andreas's. First thing, this place is SPOTLESS! You can smell it just as you open the door. This is a gem of a fish market, tucked in the big lot just East of Parkers River. I asked for enough lobster meat for a lobster roll picnic w 90 year old Mum.For the price of 3 restaurant lobster rolls, we were sold fresh, firm, WHOLE hardshell tails and claws. It was perfect!I'm going back today. Hey, when a native Yarmouth girl finds out where the fishing guys make their 1st drop, that's my fish market. SHOP LOCAL, SUPPORT WOMEN!SUPPORT LOCAL FISHERMEN! SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS!

We love the locally caught whole fish they buy and cut up themselves. It doesn't get fresher than that unless you catch it yourself.

Consistently excellent. Always clean; fresh fish; good pricing; delightful staff. Never smells fishy or off, even in the middle of summer, so it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Horrible 1st experience moving to the neighborhood unfortunately. Heard about this spot that has amazing steamers. Stopped by to buy 4 pounds, the lady in front of us decided that the guy behind us can get in front of her & order. I spoke up & said excuse me, we are next but unfortunately she blew it off & the guy bought the last of the steamers. Now this is some bad patronage of an establishment.

Literally the best seafood store ever. Scallops, fish, shrimp, cooked lobster, stuffies...even the coleslaw is good. We've gone dozens of times this summer and it is perfect!
