Fine Fettle's staff encapsulates the meaning of 'customer service'. My bud tender, Richie, took me on an adventure through the wonders of cannabis, wielding his extensive knowledge like a sword to cut straight to the answer to all of my questions and his sheer charisma as a beacon in the night, telling me everything would be ok. If Richie's professionalism was 7gs of flower, it would be called "The Green Giant" because it would feel like being held by a courteous, knowledgeable goliath.

Aside from the effective product the staff is beyond knowledgeable and helpful…. incredibly cute cashier too. fine fettle is the best dispensary on the island hands down. Lovely and welcoming dispensary with a chill island vibe. All products are grown and produced on the island, including concentrates and edibles. While the strain offerings are somewhat limited compared to mainland dispensaries, the buds are beautiful and potent. The budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly and it's always fun to shop there.

No inventory, terrible customer service, menu and prices were out dated and the employees made their transactions a priority before the customer. Would not recommend unless your desperate. Again, horrible.
